Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

A powerful wind Ninjutsu that manipulates wind into a spiralling force, creating a large funnel cloud that becomes a large tornado. Upon impact, the vortex of wind attempts to drill into its opponent while carrying them high into the sky through the sheer strength of the winds. Some have used this jutsu to help guide other techniques, launching fireballs, waves of water, or even Kunai into the spinning tempest to strike the helpless victims within. Others however, simply enjoy watching their victims smash into the environment after being hurled like a rag doll by this tornado.

Prerequisites: A Rank, 7 mastered Wind jutsu

Rank 1: The user creates a tornado that draws in up to three targets, dealing 3170 damage at +2 Accuracy. This has a 36% chance of causing the 'Supreme Uplift' effect.
Master Rank: The user creates a tornado that draws in up to three targets, dealing 3960 damage at +2 Accuracy. This has a 44% chance of causing the `Supreme Uplift` effect.

Special Action: The User may choose to combo a technique with this jutsu against any target(s) affected by “Supreme Uplift.” Non-AoE Technique’s damage is lowered by 20% and AoE Technique’s Damage is unaffected. The combo’d technique costs +20% CP and full AP.

Rank 1 Cost: 1760 Cp
Master Rank Cost: 2200 Cp

Notes:
- This jutsu may only be used once per round.
- This Jutsu always requires full handseals; regardless of any skills or abilities the user may have (Such as channeling or one handed seals).
- Only Jutsu using Ninjutsu or Ranged Accuracy may be used with this techniques special action. Cannot be used with A rank or higher Jutsu. This may combo with non-wind Jutsu, so long the previous conditions are met.
- The 'Supreme Uplift' effect throws all targets into the air, giving them -3 dodge for the remainder of the round. At the end of the round they fall to the ground and take 5% Max Hp damage. This effect cannot stack.

A technique that takes wind manipulation to the highest levels, enshrouding the user and their targets in the center of a violent windstorm. This makes interference from those outside the storm very difficult unless they manage to interrupt the winds, and those withing find themselves in no better circumstances; the winds viciously tear at their bodies.

Prerequisites: A Rank, 7 mastered Wind jutsu

Rank 1: When used, the user creates a massive windstorm initially trapping up to three targets within the eye of the storm. Those within the eye have a +6% chance of suffering the secondary effects from Wind Jutsu, and wind jutsu are able to still inflict secondary effects if they partially hit by 1. Additionally, they have a 34% chance each round to suffer the 'Air Disruption' effect from the frenzied winds.
Master Rank: When used, the user creates a massive windstorm initially trapping up to three targets within the eye of the storm. Those within the eye have +8% chance of suffering the secondary effects from Wind Jutsu, and wind jutsu are able to still inflict secondary effects if they partially hit by 2. Additionally, they have a 44% chance each round to suffer the 'Air Disruption' effect from the frenzied winds.

Special Action: The user may choose to have the windstorm encircle themselves at no extra cost (In addition to attempting to encircle the normal two targets). The user may exit/leave the eye for 1.5 Ap.

Rank 1 Cost: 2420 CP to initiate, 1210 CP/rnd
Master Rank: 3030 CP to initiate, 1510 CP/rnd

Notes:
- Lasts up to thirty seconds.
- Those within the eye of the storm can only escape by succeeding in a Nin check against the user. A check is made at the start of each round effected.
- This is classified as an Arena Jutsu.
- An additional escape attempts may be made for 1 Ap. This may also be done in an attempt to enter the storm. All escape/Enter attempts have a -3 penalty, and failure has a 28%/36% chance of inflicting the 'Gaspless' effect.
- Any inside the storm cannot target anyone outside the storm normally (Doing so is treated as a 'Blind shot'). Likewise, anyone outside the storm cannot target anyone inside the ring unless they use a level A+ AoE.
- The 'Gaspless' effect inflicts suppression and causes the victim to pay +10% AP to their next Action. This may only happen once per use.
- The 'Air Disruption' effect lowers the targets Accuracy by -2 for ten seconds.

Rank 1: The user conjures a powerful blast of wind dealing 4400 damage.
Rank 2: The user conjures a powerful blast of wind dealing 5500 damage.

Special Action - Northern Winds: The user may increase the base damage of this technique by +10% at the cost of lowering the accuracy of this technique by -2. Targets a single opponent, and has a 28%/36% chance of causing the 'Gaspless' effect.

Special Action - Eastern Winds: The user manipulates the shape of the air around them in such a way that direct the force of all attack aimed at them away, reducing all damage by 20%/30%. Lasts for the remainder of the round.

Special Action - Western Winds: Splits the damage into 4 checks that deal 20% of the base damage. This effects up to three targets, and has a 36%/44% chance of causing the 'Wind Slice' effect. Bleeding may only be caused once per target.

Special Action - Southern Wind: The user conjures a rapidly spinning current of air infront of them, giving all jutsu aimed their way a 28%/36% chance to be 'Deflected'. Lasts for ten seconds.

Rank 1 Cost: 2200 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 2750 Cp

Notes:
- All special actions cost an additional +15% Cp cost.
- Eastern Wind and Southern Wind may be used once every other round.
- Eastern Wind and Southern Wind do not deal damage and may be used Reflexively.
- The 'Wind Slice' effect causes the attack to deal +5% base damage and raise bleeding one level.
- The 'Gaspless' effect inflicts suppression and causes the victim to pay +10% Ap to their next Action. This may only happen once per use.
- The 'Deflected' effect causes a Jutsu to lose -3 Accuracy. If it misses the user, it then targets the original attacker at -3 Accuracy and 60% of the damage it was used with.

Master Rank: Creates a powerful dragon out of shredding winds, that can strike into a target dealing 5500 damage with a 28% chance of causing the 'Gaspless' and 'Wind Slice' effects.

Special Action: By paying an additional +20% CP, the user may choose to sacrifice either the 'Gaspless' or 'Wind Slice' effect in order to increase the other's chance of activating by +10%.

Master Rank Cost: 2750 CP

Notes:
