Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Rank 1: Hurls the target at Normal Accuracy dealing 1,500 Damage.
Rank 2: Hurls the target at Normal Accuracy dealing 1,875 Damage.

Special Action - German Suplex: By paying an additional .+5ap and +20% Cp, the user may choose to split the damage evenly into 3 attacks at -2 Accuracy dealing 550/675 Damage each.
Special Action 2 - Combo: If all three strikes of German Suplex are successful, the user may instantly follow up with the Grapple Technique at +20% Cp.

Notes:
- If the first strike is a Full Hit, this has a 18%/24% chance to give the target -2 Dodge to the second strike.
- If the second strike is a Full Hit, the target has a 21%/28% chance to be stunned, causing them to lose 1.5 Ap. This counts as Suppression.

Rank 1: Attempts to enter Stealth at -2 Stealth. The user follows up with a strike at Normal Accuracy dealing 1,500 Damage.
Rank 2: Attempts to enter Stealth at -1 Stealth. The user follows up with a strike at Normal Accuracy dealing 1,875 Damage.

Special Action: At the cost of an additional +20% Cp, the user may give them self the chance to remain in Stealth by receiving a standard Stealth Check at the end of this technique. This may only activate if the user was successful in their initial Stealth Check. This may only be used successfully twice per battle.

Notes:
- This technique may only be used once per round.
- The user attempts to go into Stealth at the beginning of this technique.

Prerequisites: B-rank, A weapon with the Unarmed Damage Type.

Rank 1: Binds a single target at -4 Accuracy dealing 375 Damage per Round.
Rank 2: Binds a single target at -3 Accuracy dealing 470 Damage per Round.

Special Action: By an additional +20% Cp, this technique has a 21%/28% chance to treat a single limb as Fractured for twenty seconds returning to normal after the time limit. Any additional called shots to the chosen limb use the Broken Status chance and revert to Sprained at the end of the twenty seconds.

Rank 1 Cost: 800 Cp to innate, 400 Cp/Rnd
Rank 2 Cost: 920 Cp to initiate, 460 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- This may last up to thirty seconds.
- If the target is already bound with the Grapple jutsu, this technique has a 21%/28% chance to Auto-Hit the target.
- The target has a 15% chance to escape for every 2 Ap they use.
- While bound neither the victim or the user can perform handseals or move (Only handseal-less Ninjutsu/Genjutsu or actions not involving movement may be performed).
- This bind is broken if the victim takes damage, or the user attacks the victim. Passive damage done by this technique does not apply.They have a -3 Dodge penalty to the attack aimed at them though.
- If the user takes more than 10% of their Max Hp in damage during a round, this bind is dispelled.

Special Action: By paying an additional +0.25 AP and +10% Cp, the user may charge this technique gaining an additional +5% base damage. This may be done up to 4 times.

A high speed rush attack that allows the user to bombard the enemy with highly accurate and painful strikes.

Prerequisites: B-rank, A weapon with the Unarmed Damage Type.

Rank 1: 5 Strikes at +2 Accuracy and +2 Critical dealing 270 Damage each.
Rank 2: 5 Strikes at +2 Accuracy and +2 Critical dealing 340 Damage each.

Rank 1 Cost: 520 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 680 Cp

Note:
- If a strike misses, all subsequent hits of Multi-hit Combo will miss as well.
- May inflict Bleed/Suppression/Called Shot penalties multiple times, rather than the standard "once per jutsu" limit. However, each chance after the first successful one is halved.
