Acrobatics II + Quick Healer + Thick Blood:
Fleeing, running, whatever you want to call it - we all do it, so she was taught. Koho, one of seven children trained since a young age to kill, was beginning a knew lesson: a lesson on how to survive. The cowardly practice of fleeing had her performing all sorts of aerial and acrobatic manuevers just to escape from the 'dummy' pursuers. And every time that she failed, the girl was scolded heavily and beaten within an inch of her life and ordered to perform the aerial stunts again. Everyday she would be forced to train, ruthlessly cutting her way through the sticky air until her skills improved to that point where she could dodge effectively and out-run her enemies.
Due to the almost inhumane methods of her training, the young girl Koho was always battered and bruised for no good reason other than over-working her little body. It was at that time, her trainers decided to start treatment on the girl, and the other children, which would enable their bodies to recover at a much faster rate than most other people. However, this was a very risky procedure and it would most likely kill one or two children. But regardless, it needed to be done, as her body couldn't handle any more punishment and worse off: she wasn't allowed the time to stop and recover her wounds. She would need to recover her injuries during battle... How ruthless.
Additionally, this treatment granted the young girl with the resistance of bleeding out so easily. It was as if her body was performing on-the-go medical procedures to stop her from bleeding extensively and so on. It was actually quite an amazing feat for the doctors at the Makeoshimi empire, or rather 'experimental doctors'. This new ability was something that only a few of the Seven children were gifted with, but it would become very useful in the heat of the moment, when blades clash and blood should spill.

Duelist:
Her harsh, ruthless training taught the Nanjirou that your opponent should be targeted with all your wit, cunning and expertise. This meant that should there be two enemies at your feet, target one over the other and then quickly dispatch the remaining other. Well, it wasn't a great way of learning as they trained with real swords and really did do some damage to the young girl. Regardless, she was taught extensively to target a single opponent and then, once defeated, target the next (should there be a next to target anyway). This ability, the Duelist, enables the woman to fight fiercely against another opponent.
Bull's Strength + Weapon Mastery + Quickdraw:
At such a young age, her training allowed for her muscles to expand and develop much more quickly than most other children. However that was also partly due to the intensive medical treatments that she underwent just to improve her body's physical prowess. One of the first to develop such an inhumane amount of strength, Koho was skilled in using this new found strength with her loyal blade: Kosodoro. She was able to shift her way into the attack and amplify the attacking power by almost double.
As previously stated, Koho is a Nanjirou and her family blade is the Kosodoro. It is her protector and most loyal friend, it is as vile as her but yet has a sense of humanity when compared to the indoctrinated owner. There is no need to explain more than the obvious, which is: due to her bloodline heritage she and the sword developed naturally and become like brother and sister, in fact, sword and owner are probably closer than actual blood ties. Koho always felt lonely without friends, while being drilled into the ground during her children, but Kosodoro promised to look after her. And after that bond was made, her skills with sword-play became renowned throughout the empire.
She was able to work extensively with the sword, her fateful companion, and enable herself to unwittingly develop a passive skill that would allow her to quickly draw out her sword in the heat of battle. In her final test before becoming the 3rd Princess of the 3rd King, a title only meant for the trained children that were to be killers, Koho had to participate in a live battle with her instructor. He was easily dispatch within a single strike due to her passive ability to quickdraw her sword...
