Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

“Sir! There’s a fight going on. Looks like Maru and one of the AiTs!”

Maki looked up from his ledger, a scowl on his face. He’d just been warned about that little brat, and now this. ”Do we know why?” “No sir!” ”Alright. Monitor. I’ll be right there to look into it.” He closes the ledger after saving his spot with a slip of paper and rises from the desk, stretching out his limbs. Someone was not going to enjoy this moment. Finally, Maki slips on his latest uniform and slides out of the Foundry and into the woods.

Some sentries were keeping an eye, as he’d said, when they noticed him. Armor as black as the void, it was in the style of the samurai of old with a modern touch. Under it was matching black cloth to keep him hidden and silent. He carried a sheathed katana in hand. It was his newest outfit, and one he intended for his subordinates to get used to seeing.

The cape was a bit of a dramatic touch, granted.

Maki steps beside the sentry and dismisses the man. ”Back to your posts. I’ll watch this and make sure no one dies.” With some nods they vanish into the shadows, leaving him to watch. He makes no move to interfere, however, as from where he stood is looked like Maru might just be getting his just desserts from this one.

It had struck Yoshihisa as rather odd not to hear back from someone who by all means should be trying to prove themselves as a fresh recruit, even more so considering Sugihira Juko had never stood out as an immediate rogue element according to the documents, and yet here he was, combing through the outskirts of Konoha with only a chakra signature in mind to go by at this point in time. It had been about half an hour now, one of his clay clones meanwhile dutifully instructing Hana on the task at hand, an undertaking she could most certainly not face easily on her own.

As he approached the site of by far the most promising signature matching that of a Seikon, Yoshihisa had to strain his eyes to as much as see an armlength in front of him: While known to be gloomy on its own, it was rather atypical for even the Forest of Death to be draped in this ever present darkness on an otherwise bright and clear skied day. Guided in his step by the sound accompanying what he could only assume was a battle taking place, he quickly came to the conclusion that if it was indeed Juko waiting for him up ahead, he was likely caught up in this struggle as well. A struggle with someone who seemed oddly familiar, like he had been in his or her presence before, if only he could recall when and where.

“It feels almost.. synthetic..”

Izumi had been training, that was until a lot of noise had been going on and he searched where it had been coming from to be exactly. It seemed like there was a battle and he surely didn't felt like mingle into this one... He recognized both of them and secretly was hoping that Juko was going to make it.
A lot had been going on... That was for certain.
Izumi stayed on the sides and just watched, soon spotting others??? He felt a bit cheep as he was guessing them out... he didn't recognize both of them...

Two others arrived to watch, neither acknowledging Maki’s presence but then again he didn’t expect them to. He watches, intently, as this person who Maru was going off on seemed to be more than holding their own against the newest ANBU. He taps his feet on a nearby tree before sighing as needles shower through the air. He had best put a stop to this before it gets more out of hand. The Sennin steps from his cover and begins pacing towards the two.

Yoshihisa would thread on Maki’s heels almost immediately, acknowledging he was the one with the authority to bring this brawl to a close. With the revalation of Juko’s opponent’s state as a human puppet, it had been fairly easy for even a newcomer such as himself to put two-and-two together to know who they were dealing with in this case, making him wonder what may be the reasoning behind the lastest act of juvenile outbursts.
