Oyochi was placed at the center mark of a large seal that had been drawn upon the ground beforehand. The preparations for the task at hand had been tedious, particularly because the seal in which he rested upon was entirely made of blood and incorporated the formulas for all five primary elements. The lighting was provided solely by stationary torches that burned vibrantly within the enclosed chamber, a number of cloaked figures wearing masks were present, six in total but five of which sat crossed-legged within special spaces crafted within the seal. Oyochi understood why he was assigned to be at this place at the exact time given and while he looked fearless and without much care, he truly had worries within his head about the meaning of all this. Oyochi's eyes at that moment would fly to the edge of his eyelid where he saw the lone standing figure begin to stalk around the circumference of the seal, embedding a kunai between the five other figures respectfully. Each kunai thrown had a specialized talisman attached to the handle with inscriptions designed on the paper which mimic'd those written upon the ground. Before long a palm placed itself on the shoulder of Oyochi prompting the boy to glance back towards the source..
"Remove the clothing covering your torso and we can finalize your mission and sentence."
Oyochi did not ask any questions as he already understood the nature of what was going to happen and why, if anything he was more confused on what this seal would do to his body and it was that unknown factor that bothered him the most. Sliding his arms from within his kimono sleeves and subsequently the fishnet shirt beneath, he would reveal his bare albeit malnourished looking torso. The child's eyes narrowed as he felt the cold palms of two hands press against his shoulder blades, a skip of his heartbeat providing an invisible proof of his inner fear while his surface emotions remained in a state of disinterest. He did begin to sweat slightly, the effects not due to the heat of the torches surrounding the seal but his own anxiety as words were spoken out from behind him, undoubtedly by the same individual which held a grasp on his shoulders.
"Yukata Oyochi, for your reported and investigated actions on your last mission in which you were unable to control your chakra in a manner deemed fit for the situation you will have your abilities sealed and regulated. While this seal will not affect your ability to use ninjutsu it will however significantly weaken the amount of chakra you can mold as to not over power the jutsu you do use."
No time was wasted as his words finished and Oyochi immediately felt a burning sensation paramount to being branded with a white hot iron poker. This pain had two sources and that was the individual behind him who's fingertips glowed a vibrant blue while they held a tight grasp on his body. Glowing inscriptions from the sealing formula would begin to rotate clockwise as incantations ranging from the elemental spectrum would begin to run up the body of Oyochi, all condensing around his shoulders before making their way down his spinal column. For Oyochi the pain he was feeling was enough to make his body tremble uncontrollably while his lips remained agape, unable to mutter a sound outside of grunted breathes. The entire process took less than two minutes however the feeling betrayed his sense of time and space to where it felt like an hour. As the palms were removed from his back and the lights of chakra died down, Oyochi was left to lean forwards breathing hard as beads of sweat fell to the ground and possibly mixed with tears. His fingertips dug into the ground, or at least tried to as his body adjusted itself to the limiter placed on his already frail chakra coil. He felt heavy and tired, as if he had gone without sleep for days on end.
"You will feel this way for some time, you're body will be heavier than normal due to your chakra being sealed slightly and given the data we have about your physical abnormalities...I am sure you will have some difficulty adjusting to this new hurdle. Gather yourself up....the next phase is to begin."
Oyochi stared into the masked eyes of the figure, ignoring the other individuals who were leaving now. There was something brewing in Oyochi that was akin to hate but not towards any particular person or the village, but towards morality and how people saw decisions. Leaning his body up, the seal upon his back was visible in the dim torch light...
