How long had he been under this spell was something Moyasu had been unable to keep up with as all he had known was darkness for some time. It was a strange existence and one which cause had escaped him. What he was aware of was two things, that he heard voices in the dark every so often and that his body felt comfortable almost as if hugged by fluffed sheets, yet the place where he was had been a complete unknown. The voices weren't speaking in a way he could understand, yet he did hear them albeit in mumbled speech. This had been his reality for as long as he could remember and that was a huge issue since he was sure this wasn't his first memory and yet this place was all he could remember. Even something as simple as his name hadn't entered Moyasu's thought process. Why was his world like this or a better question would be why couldn't he interact with the world. In this place his body just remained fixed in place, no even the slightest of movements but his mind had been active and racing trying to understand it all. Where was he and why was he here, in this place....this space. It was age old questions by now as time wasn't something he was privy to in his current condition, being that darkness didn't have a clock just hovering around. He began to think to himself and wonder if his eyes were even open...if his mouth could recite words or if he was even alive. Amist this wondering, a single small orb of light appeared for a split moment only to disappear and reappear in different intervals. I was weird but nothing he hadn't seen before or atleast experienced before. The strange activity would happen from time to time and it was not something he any longer found ineresting let along engaging. This time wasn't like the others, instead this time the light was followed by a straining pain in his eyes. Naturally one would shut their eyes in response but he couldn't, he couldn't blink to alleviate this sensation as if someone else was holding his eyelids open and subjecting him to such torture. The light stung something fierce and after what could only be guessed to have been a few minutes had all but ceased.
Sometthing would happen that hadn't for as long as he had memory of the darkness that was his home and reality. As once the light had gone he would blink, bridging the gap between two stark realities as the darkness of his world began to meld with chunks of light.....he was awake.
