A portly individual had been seen dashing through civilians in a haste. Graceful for his size, the large man zipped through the streets and behind an alley way. He was being chased by another man. An angry, balding, mustached individual with grease stains peppered on his white apron could be heard shouting throughout the busy street and seen waving a large knife in the air as he ran. Though full of passerby and venders alike, they kept to themselves, seemingly unwilling to involve themselves in the affairs of others and let the chase happen unimpeded.

The mustached man, the owner of a ramen stall would give chase for as long as he could, his legs finally giving out from running so hard, he would return sullenly to his ramen stall. Business would continue as usual, and soon, the street would bustle with life once more as if nothing had even happened.

In truth, these attacks had become more frequent of late, and a request for shinobi intervention had already been placed.

[Akira Yogan]

The last few days had been full of rest, and getting ready for the mission he had previously signed up for. Even though he was a Genin, he had no Jounin Sensei or teammates. Maybe it was because he was the Sennin's son, or perhaps because there just weren't that many Academy graduates in his class to form official teams. He really had no idea, but as he got up, got dressed, and gathered his equipment, Yogan headed for the Torre before being assigned a Solo Mission.

This would be his very first, and he'd be going at it alone. As he read the details of it, he simply wondered throughout the streets of the Entertainment district of Kumogakure. Some petty thefts had been taking place within the village, which he immediately thought wasn't a bright idea at all. Even though it was low on the radar in terms of crimes, Kumo was still full of Shinobi. Still, something like this was meant for the village's police force; for Yogan to be assigned to it, it meant there were bigger things afoot.

As he wondered around, dressed in his attired that looked like a cross between a Shinobi and a Knight, Yogan wondered how he'd go about figuring out who was around these petty crimes. That was, until he took note of a commotion across down the street from him. Focusing his Chakra, he'd scale the side of one of the buildings to get a better view of what was going on. A large, bald man with a knife, was chasing someone else. No one else around them seemed to be alarmed; at least from what Yogan could tell.

Bewildered at this, he watched as the man seemed to give up and turn back, while the person he was chasing disappeared into an alleyway. "That was probably my que to give chase." He thought, as he sighed at the missed opportunity. "If it's a big enough problem, they'll be a report made about it." He told himself, as he climbed down and decided to head towards where he saw the balding man walk back to. Slipping through the crowd of people within the street, he soon found himself at what appeared to be a venders stall. Looking around for a bit, he found the man he had previously saw chasing the other.

"Hey, excuse me. I'm Akira Yogan, and I was sent by the village to handle a problem in this district. Was that chase about a theft or something else?" Asked young Shinobi.

The sound of a cleaver angrily landing upon a cutting board while cleanly separating a chunk of steak with each slash of the blade.

"Huh?" the bald man looked up at the red-haired brat that appeared in front of his shop.

"Oh!" After a moment, he realized why the kid was there.

"Bout' time one o' yer showed up. Mans been makin off wit all sorts o' free food for better part of a week now!" He set down the blade and began to look at the child properly, likely aggravated that he was talking to a -child- and not an adult. However, waving away the thought, he continued to explain what happened while shifting to another process of preparing ramen.

"This fat piece of-" He stopped, remembering he was speaking to a child." This guy right? He been comin round to all the street venders and dine dashin or just grab whatever's set out and then haul ass." he moved the chopped meat into a bowl and began to season and mix them with some other ingredients.

"Crazy part... he's fast for a big guy. I've chased em'. Some of the otha guys chased em'. Some guys say he's been in two places at once!" He looked the young man square in his eyes to show how serious he was, and after a moment, he'd go back to preparing a bowl of ramen.

"So do us all a favor huh kid? And do sumthin about this dude?" As he finished explaining, he'd slide a bowl of freshly prepared ramen right in front of the kid for him to eat.

The problem had been laid before the shinobi.

[Akira Yogan]

Watching the man chop some of his stalls ingredients up, Yogans eyes shifted from the blade to his face as he realized why Yogan was asking him questions. Without saying another word, the young Shinobi simply listened as the guy explained what had been happening. Apparently this theif had been stealing food and disappearing, and somehow had the ability to be in multiple places at once. He also mentioned how fast the person was, considering their size, and ended the conversation buy asking Yogan to do a favor and put a stop to things. Letting that soak in, Yogan spoke. "It honestly sounds like some homeless guy's just trying to grab a free meal. Rest assured though, I'll put a stop to it." Said Yogan, as he turned around and slipped back into the crowd of people in the street.

As he maneuvered through the people, he made his way towards the alleyway he had watched the man disappear into earlier. Instead of attempting to go into the alley, Yogan focused his chakra and began scaling the side of one of the nearby buildings in order to get more of a birds eye view of the ground below. He didn't want to randomly attempt to run across this person in a head on clash if he managed to find them.

Upon reaching a roof top, he'd begin walking the edge of it just close enough to the edge to see down below. If needed, he'd jump from one roof top to another, as he began to rapidly search the alleyways all with his Sharingan now active. He hoped that by going about things this way, he'd be able to easily scan the area for the guy he had seen earlier. At the very least, he hoped to get a good view and understanding of the nearby landscape in case he had to descend the side of the building and give chase. In Yogan's mind, this was the safest way to go about his search. Still, being ever cautious about the situation, he took a moment to go ahead and draw his bow.

Thinking back to his last hunt, where he had recently taken down a large deer with this bow, he wondered if all this would come to him having to actually use it against another person. "Non-lethal shots would be the way to go." He told himself, as he glanced down towards his bow. Taking a deep breath, he continued his search of the alleyways from up above.

Leaving the fresh bowl of steaming ramen, [Foregoing a +3% Max HP/Rnd Buff] the young shinobi began his mission proper.

Scaling the nearby building, an empty residential structure currently condemned due to mismanagement, the young shinobi's acute senses now honed even sharper with his Sharingan aiding him, he would soon discover the chakra signatures of 2 distinct natures. One felt more vibrant like a fire nature, and the other felt more fluid like water nature. The young shinobi could choose to follow either trail.

The Fire trail would lead him down the side of the building and into the alleys below. Several blind spots with various boxes and materials had been arranged via local transient civilians akin to makeshift encampment.

The Water trail would lead him into the building's upper levels. An abandoned apartment complex currently condemned due to a fire. Most of the building is intact, though various levels on the inside are unstable due to fire damage.

As Yogan continued to scan the area, he began to pick up on two unique chakra signatures in the area. "Hm, why only two?" He questioned, wondering how it was possible. Even though he was deep within the village. Still, he didn't ponder on the thought for very long as he continued to investigate. One of them seemed like it would lead him into a building, with another leading him down below into the alleyways. Stopping for a moment, he wondered about his current level of skills. Entering into the building might put him at a disadvantage, and it appeared to be old and withered made him hesitant.

That path would be something he'd want to avoid all together, unless absolutely forced to do so. Making up his mind, Yogan decided it was time to descended the side of the building and head into the alleyways personally. He would follow the fire based chakra signature. Upon scaling down the side of the building, he would hesitate with caution. There were plenty of blind shots, and openings for anyone of anything to jump out at him.

Though, right now was the time to be calm and collected as he followed the trail left behind by the chakra signature.

As the boy descended into the alleyways, the sound of crunching would begin to be audible. The sound of food being slurped, bitten, chewed, and swallowed in various orders accompanied by various burps. There was a man sitting atop a strewn-out blanket. There were several pots, plates, and bowls before him each baring some form of and it looked like a feast was to be presented. The man was joyfully eating and was thus distracted from the boy's approach. He could easily get the jump on this man -if- this was the correct man. Had the young shinobi stumbled upon a random civilian simply enjoying a meal?

As he made his descent, the sounds of someone gorging themselves could be heard nearby. A look of disgust crossed his face, as he quietly turned a corner, grabbed five arrow from his quiver, and held out his bow. (Dead Eye Ability) Pulling back the draw string, he began to breathe softly. He wasn't sure this was the man he had saw earlier, but he was large and in possession of a weapon. His eyes, crimson red from the Sharingan, shifted towards his legs, feet, up to his arms, his hands, and the left side of his chest. Yogan had the ability to five off five arrows at once, and with a little luck they would land on their marks.

However, instead of letting his arrows fly, he'd hesitate for a moment before speaking. "I am a Shinobi of our village. My name is Yogan, explain yourself. You're suspected of several thefts of food and services." The boy shouted, as he prepared to let his arrows loose. Still, ever cautious, Yogan was prepared to body switch at the last second if the man dared to attack.

The large man was suddenly startled by the red haired shinobi pointing arrows at him while he ate. He had chosen to engage the target due to drawing his weapon and threatening the man, so the vagabond quickly got to his feet and prepared to defend himself.

The boy had begun to attack the vagabond. The large man would attempt to put up a fight and defend himself, but the boy's skill seemed to outmatch the portly individual. Shooting off several arrows, multiple impaled the man, but with his sheer size and bulk he seemed to shrug off most of the attack before launching some of his own. Noting the dangerous weapon Yogan had, the larger fellow attempted to remove it from the shinobi child with force, but his efforts were in vain. Yogan retained his weapon but realized that his opponent was attempting to remove it from him, and shifted to cast an electrical jutsu to stun him. A successful hit had Yogan continue into launching a fireball at the man, but he managed to dodge out of the way just in time.

Yogan's fireball would continue down the alley, striking an already charred wall from the abandoned complex they were fighting behind. There were no signs of structural collapse, but Yogan would want to exercise caution when utilizing jutsu in such a confined space.

After managing to avoid being struck by a fire ball, the portly man would attempt to hide from Yogan by jumping behind a nearby trashcan hoping to fool the young shinobi. Another failed attempt, Yogan's visual prowess allowed him to keep sight of his prey.

Fine! If wanna fight, we'll give you a fight!"

KOJIIIIIIIII! He yelled out into the air perhaps signaling for someone or something?

After his battlecry, the large individual would leap from behind the traschan he was attempting to hide behind and attack Yogan once more, this time, a flurry of blows of his own. Some struck Yogan, others missed and the fight would continue.

Everything was happening so fast. Maybe he shouldn't have had his bow drawn? But then again, had this man attacked either way.. well, Yogan didn't regret his decision. Watching the man react, Yogan went through the motions he had recently trained and immediately performed a combination style assault where he rapidly fired off two jutsu, plus his signature five arrow barrage. As the first technique struck, he made note of a barrier. "When did he?" He quietly questioned himself, as his body seemed to flow into the second; breaking through the barrier, and striking the man. From there, he performed his signature technique; as the five arrows swiftly struck the man in five different places.

It was then that the man tried to disarm him, not once, but twice ending in failure. As the fight continued, Yogan switched tactics from his bow into a technique known as "Electroshock" landing a direct blow. "The big guy sure is fast." Yogan thought, as he began to shift through hand seals and perform another Ninjutsu technique. After performing the Classic Uchiha specialty, he watched as his technique missed entirely and shot down the alleyway. Making note of his surroundings, he watched the large man attempt to hide behind a trashcan.

Listening as the man yelled out about wanting to give Yogan a fight, a dull look crossed his face as he heard the man shout a name almost as if he were calling for someone. At that moment, Yogan remembered the water based chakra signature from earlier. Letting loose a sigh, he then turned his focus towards the man who was now attempting basic weapon strikes upon him. Dodging as many of them as he could, he jumped back and prepared himself.

"I understand I startled you, but you started this fight. It isn't necessary, but the choice is yours." He stated as he prepared himself for another round of combat.

Akira attempted to reason with the man, however, he was already emboldened in battle and showed no sign of backing down. He'd already been shot several times in several body parts so running away was no longer an option. The man would charge at the red haired shinobi in a last ditch effort to subdue him. Yogan let loose his arrows to put his opponent down swiftly.

Another powerful flurry of arrows and the large man would fall to his knees. Dull tipped arrow heads ensured the man was simply knocked out, Yogan had managed to subdue the man without fatally wounding him. Though he did manage to belt out one summoning call before Akira could finish the job.

The sound of footsteps could be heard rushing to his location. Seconds were all he had to prepare before who, or whatever was on their way.
