Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The village was decimated by the Cabal attacks, the only escape route being the quaint dojo owned by the demon-clan the Toraono's. Money buys everything, even intelligence relegated to a select few. He knew that the village was laced with bombs and that it was an impossibility for the shinobis to find every last one. Remaining within the village was a liability that he could not accept, but he dallied until the very last moment. The greatest ventures were never 'sure things,' he planted the seeds of corruption with the vigilante Roku. He now needed to venture through the storm to find demonstrable proof that the Merchant Lords were up to no good. Their guilt was not something even the tycoon was sure of, but the truth and what is known to be fact can be rather divergent.

At the gates there were no guardians, not really as this exit route was not yet well-known. The damaged passageway was a red-herring, meant to deter those who sought freedom. The walls appeared dilapidated, and refuse blocked the corridor, but much of the rubble and discarded wares were hollow and unfilled making their escape an elementary task. They was an important consideration, there were two of them in fact: Aburabuta Hirotomi and Nakamura Kazuhiro standing there alone. The youngest being a red-headed young man. His unruly tresses seemed to point in every which direction. He was well-dressed in a dark suit that lacked a tie and apparently the use of his top button. He was a slob, but he was good at what he did otherwise he would not be there. He had to let his last lawyer go in a rather permanent way not long ago. Good help was utterly impossible to find. A trek to the surface was far from a dinner party, and even by those standards he might have been overdressed if he actually donned what he was provided in the manner it was best suited. The second, a slender man dressed in all white, less his crimson tie. His fit impeccable and his garment spotless, even his shoes seemed to repel dust. His brimmed hat shadowed his face, but his thin lips were pressed together and the edges were slanted upward. The best opportunities are the ones men make for themselves.

Hirotomi tapped his cane impatiently as a gust of wind blew down the passage revealing yet another entrant. Ken was a large man with trunk-like limbs and a hard tanned face despite their subterranean environment. His head was saved bald, his only adornments were the rings in his ear and a pair of dark fitted sunglasses that shaded his face. He was wordlessly pulling what appeared to be a large metal suitcase, the spinner wheels left a pair of shallow ditches in the sands that dusted the passageway. Hirotomi raised his brow expectantly as he eyed Ken's burden, "The moratorium was longer than anticipated, I trust that my irascibility was worth this delay."</B><i></i> Hirotomi was a cold, calculating man. A pragmatist at heart, while he enjoyed the finer things in life - the best food, wine, women, linen; he would not be where he was today if he did not burden himself on occasion with trifles such as a wait. The large man known only as Ken wordlessly nodded in response.

This would make four of them in fact -- but only 3 could be seen.

There was a fourth, unseen and thankfully unheard. She was housed within the metallic suitcase. It was a long trip, the girl was probably alive. It was of little consequence either way but if she survived the trip Hirotomi's plan could be executed with a finesse only seen in novellas. "To Soon's Haven then," Hirotomi announced as the lawyer relinquished a pair of swords he had been carrying. The behemoth took both in a single hand and fastened them to his back. "I'll get the sandrunners attached hitched,"<i></i> Kazuhiro announced as he took a brisk pace to break from the group. Without another sound Hirotomi flicked his wrist towards the exit. It was time to depart.

Kimi felt so weird. She was still conscious enough to know that she was stuffed in something and now she's being carried somewhere, but that was about it. She could still hardly smell anything but that sweet scent from before. It was starting to make her a little nauseated, the smell and the sensation of being carried. Whoever took her was lucky she is basically part cat and wasn't claustraphobic. In the end, she just passed out once more.
