Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

A young teenage girl stood outside the headmaster's office. She stood right outside the door, her right hand outstretched as she prepared to knock it. She wore an old hand-me-down student uniform and carried a red leather randoseru. Her brown hair was neatly combed and tied up. Just as she was about to knock, she retreated her hand and took a deep breath of air. She had been outside the headmaster's door for a half hour now without knocking on it once.

Who was indecisive girl?

It was Hakase, the village hidden in the clouds' newest academy student.

"Come on Hakase, you came this far...." the girl whispered to herself, "You promised pa and ma you'd stand up for yourself. So do it Hakase. Do it."

With a stern face, the girl knocked on the headmaster's door three times.

"Headmaster. Headmaster. Headmaster. Do you have a moment?"

Midori has gotten used to working in the daylight, it was like the graveyard shift for a vampire. She usually sleeps from four in the morning to eleven so she would be up and about to live a normal human life too… or at the very least a semi normal human life. Right now she was just filing some of the students grades before heading back to the hospital, currently there wasn't any acting headmaster at the moment since the last one they had was demoted for blowing up a small village out in the country and then a few years later blew up the village gate trying to catch a missing nin (long story), so now the duties of the academy was placed on the shoulders of the sennin. Midori was the volunteer for today but her shift was just about over for the academy. Just a few more files then she gets to go to her real job which was– running the medical branch!

Midori was hunched, occasionally bumping into a bookshelf then knocking over a few books while clearing out a few things left behind by the former headmaster. Needless to say the man who was running the academy did like his sake because she tossed out numerous empty jugs along with a few magazines stashed under the desk. While she was just finishing up with reorganizing some of the student records, Midori could hear a rapping coming from the door of the headmasters studies followed by a childish shreaking. The giantess wasn't expecting any students to come to the office today but kids rarely give a heads up when they want something. Stoping what she wants doing, Midori lumbered over to door; a loud thumping as well as the pounding of wood was audible since the vampire was rushing. Opening the door, she saw a small young teenager standing there and the child would be met with a massive ogre of a woman within the doorway.

To put it in a better prospective, Midori was so large that Hakase wasn't even capable of seeing the inside of the office. It was completely eclipse by the massive woman who had to duck through the doorway and move through it from her side since Midori ontop of being freakishly tall had a much heftier looking than the average kunoichi. Holding onto her hat, Midori lumbered forward so she could squeeze herself out of the threshold before carefully raising so when her head tapped into the ceiling she would already know to creak her neck to look down and hunch over so she'd would be able to function in this tiny place. Even with her hunched, Hakase was just about below the giantess waistline when it came to height. Midori even losing sight of the child but after looking over her mounds she could see the teen again.

"Zorry, zee headmaster is
unaffailaple for nov."
she spoke in her rather odd accent that made her sound like she wasn't born here in Kumogakure. "Ve zennin are taking turns vith running zee academy in zee abzence of zee headmaster. Zo perhaps I can azzist vu darling– pleaze enter into zee office freely und of your ovn vill." she said while ducking back into the office and began to lumber backwards to give the child enough space to enter the office if they chose to enter the office that is…..

Hakase's eyes widened as she saw the figure appear from the headmaster's office. She took a few steps back in the hope of giving the figure more space. Throughout the initial interaction Hakase tried to make as little noise as possible. What had the young academy student gotten herself into?

"Zorry, zee headmaster is unaffailaple for nov." Hakase nodded as she tried to fight an unconscious desire to look up at the woman. The figure's accent was thick, but Hakase did not seem to be phased by it. Then again, Hakase herself was a migrant from Lightning Country's northwestern provinces. The people in the village hidden in the clouds all spoke with a different accent than her own.

"Thank you Sennin-sama...." Hakase said as she slowly entered the office after being invited in. She seated herself after putting her book bag down. She took the moment to pat herself. Since arriving in the village she had grown several inches. No doubt this was a consequence of having access to three regular meals a day. Back in her home village it was considered a luxury to eat breakfast, and her older siblings tended to eat most of the family dinner. If she stayed in the village hidden in the clouds, would she too one day grow as big as the figure before her? Just what was in the village's food?!

"Ummm...." Hakase opened her mouth before closing it. After a few seconds she opened her mouth again.

"Sennin-sama, I was just wondering if I could sign up for a flying class."

Thankfully the child was a bit more open minded then some of the students that she dealt with before. She has had a couple of tutoring gigs around the academy after her…. height began to become more noticable. One class, the entire class began wheezing since they believed her to be a monster and another one tried to hide from her. At least she didn't have to work hard with this tiny child to prove that she wouldn't make kid burgers out of them… The small child invited themselves into the headmaster's studies, Midori went over to the headmaster's desk; kneeling since sitting in the chair would probably make it collapse and she didn't feel like paying for a replacement for it. This wasn't her office, just something that the giantess was allowed to work in. Folding her hands together on top of the desk, the giantess would look down at the child. "Velcome child, vat may I help vu vith today?

Midori waited for Hakase to find their words, probably still in shock but that's okay. Finally when the student asked if there were any flying classes that they would be able to sign up for. "Flying clazzes vu zay? Hmmmmm…" she thought about it for a moment, rubbing her chin for while the vampire pondered over this for ten seconds. "I zupoze zere are clazzes zat vould be able to teach vu how to fly. Zee courze zat I vould recommend vould be zee Special Blaohdlines und Abilities courze; a program meant to teach zee schtutents how to unlock zeir povers a piece at a time. Flight being one of zoze zings zat is taught for certain blaohdlines zat gives zee schtutents zee ability to take to zee skies– vith proper training zat is.." Midori explained to the child. Since certain bloodlines have the ability to fly, it was perfectly reasonable to think that a class focused on flying wasn't too crazy, at least to Midori at least.

But now Midori was interested in what kind of abilities that the young student has that would grant them the ability to fly. "Of courze, zere is alvays free tutoring. Hoveffer, zince vu felt schtrongly enough about flying to come to zee headmaster's chambers; vould it vrong of I to azzume zat vu haffe a gift zat could allow vu to fly dear child?" asked the vampire with a bit of curiosity in her voice since Midori did know of a few bloodlines who could fly without having to work too hard for it.
