Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Prerequisites: A-Rank, A weapon with the Thrown Damage Type.

Rank 1: The user strikes at three targets 3 times dealing 1,155 Damage each at -1 Accuracy.
Rank 2: The user strikes at three targets 3 times dealing 1,375 Damage at Normal Accuracy.

Special Action: By paying an additional +15% Cp, the user may have this technique only a single target. If two hits are successful, the target suffers a -2 Dodge for twenty seconds. This does not stack.

Rank 1 Cost: 1,735 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 2,065 Cp

Information
Prerequisites: A-Rank, A weapon with the Thrown Damage Type.

Rank 1: Prepares the next Thrown Taijutsu, allowing it to be immediately cast twice at +1 Accuracy, with the second strike(s) dealing 60% of the damage.
Rank 2: Prepares the next thrown Taijutsu, allowing it to be immediately cast twice at +2 Accuracy, with the second strike(s) dealing 80% of the damage.

Special Action:
- At the cost of +20% Cp the user may choose to sacrifice the Bonus Accuracy from Twin Rising Dragon to hit an additional target.
- At the cost of +20% Cp the user may choose to sacrifice the 2nd Strike from Twin Rising Dragon to have their next Projectile Taijutsu be modded as 1 AP.

Rank 1 Cost: 90% of the combined Cp total
Rank 2 Cost: 90% of the combined Cp total

Notes:
- Can only be used once every other round.
- Can not be used with Shadow Projectile.
- Can only be used with B-Ranks and below.
- If used on a Multi-Hit Jutsu, Accuracy Bonus from Twin Rising Dragon is evenly divided among hits.
- The Ap cost is the sum of both techniques +1 AP. Using this technique does not cost actual AP, but is modded in the timing of a regular A-Rank Taijutsu.

An advance technique designed to protect ranged fighters. This technique causes countless projectiles to protrude from the ground, causing the slightest misstep into an agonizing pain.

Information
Prerequisites: A-Rank, A weapon with the Thrown Damage Type.

Rank 1: A single strike against a single target dealing 2,630 damage at normal accuracy. Upon a successful hit, each time the target successfully dodges one of the users techniques, they must make a Ranged Check at -2 Accuracy dealing 1,000 Damage.
Rank 2: A single strike against a single target dealing 2,955 damage at normal accuracy. Upon a successful hit, each time the target successfully dodges one of the users techniques, they must make a Ranged Check at -2 Accuracy dealing 1,500 Damage.

Rank 1 Cost: 1,815 Cp; 910 Cp/Rnd
Rank 2 Cost: 2,230 Cp; 1115 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- Lasts for twenty seconds.
- This technique can only be used on a single target once per battle and this technique can only be used twice per battle.
- The user may only have a single use of this technique active at a time.
- The Ranged Check Damage can not be buffed in any shape or form.
- The Ranged Check can only successful occur once per round.

An advance technique that releases projectiles around the user as a temporary barrier, absorbing blows before unleashing it to all unsuspecting enemies.

Information
Prerequisites: A-Rank, A weapon with the Thrown Damage Type.

Rank 1: Creates a Barrier that has 2,970 HP and DR against Physical Damage. At the end of the round, Spiraling Silver will detonate and target up to three targets dealing damage equal to Spiraling Silver's remaining HP.
Master Rank: Creates a Barrier that has 4,125 HP and DR against Physical Damage. At the end of the round, Spiraling Silver will detonate and target up to three targets dealing damage equal to Spiraling Silver's remaining HP.

Special Action: By paying an additional +15% Cp, the user may detonate the barrier dealing 2380/3300 Physical Damage split amongst three targets at normal accuracy upon initiation; meaning this does not block damage, but only deals damage.

Rank 1 Cost: 1,650 Cp
Master Rank Cost: 2,065 Cp

Notes:
- This technique may be used reflexive/reactionary.
- Requires a 10 second cooldown after use.
- May be used three times per battle.

An advance technique that uses power instead of speed, unleashing a devastating ball of mashed projectiles. Note that the speed is fast enough to light the whole thing on fire.

Prerequisites: A-Rank, A weapon with the Thrown Damage Type.

Rank 1: Hurls a ball of projectile at a single target, dealing 3,795 Damage at -3 Accuracy.
Rank 2: Hurls a ball of projectile at a single target, dealing 4,620 Damage at -3 Accuracy.

Special Action: By paying an additional +10% Cp and an additional 1 AP, the user may cause the Meteor Breaker to detonate upon hit or miss, causing an additional target to make a dodge attempt against this technique; however this technique will only deal half of its normal damage to the additional target.

Rank 1 Cost: 1,900 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 2,310 Cp

Notes:
- This causes the user to suffer a -2 Accuracy for the remainder of the round.
- This can only be used once per round.
