Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

The most devastating Archery technique, that allows the user to shoot a single shot with utmost precision and strength with nearly no downsides. This technique is a combination of previous, weaker techniques, with each quality exaggerated and emphasized. There is nearly no stopping this technique when fired, though the increase strength and combination does leave the user a bit exhausted.

Information
Prerequisites: A Rank, Can only be used with a Weapon that has the Projectile Damage Type

Rank 1: The user strikes at a single target dealing 3,465 Damage at -1 Accuracy. This technique cuts through 15% Damage reduction and has a 36% chance to cause suppression.
Rank 2: The user strikes at a single target dealing 4,125 Damage at Normal Accuracy. This technique cuts through 20% Damage Reduction and has a 44% chance to cause suppression.

Rank 1 Cost: 1,735 Cp

This technique is utilized by inserting a Ruby containing explosive fiery chakra onto the weapon. It is said that upon contact with a target, a large pillar of flames ignites from the ground leaving the land barren and scared.

Prerequisites: A Rank, Can only be used with a Weapon that has the Projectile Damage Type

Rank 1: The user strikes a single target dealing 2,100 Damage. Upon a full hit this technique explodes into a pillar of fire targeting the original target and an additional two targets dealing 1,200 Fire Damage at +0 Accuracy.
Rank 2: The user strikes a single target dealing 2,600 Damage at +0 Accuracy. Upon a full hit this technique explodes into a pillar of fire targeting the original target and an additional two dealing 1,525 Damage at +0 Accuracy.

Special Action: At the cost of +15% Cp, this technique has a 36% chance to set a target ablaze for three rounds dealing 335 Damage per round.

Rank 1 Cost: 1,650 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 2,065 Cp

Notes:
- This technique may only be used once per round.
- C-Rank or Lower Water Based Jutsu have 18% chance to douse the fire, while B-Rank and Higher Water based Jutsu douse the flames.
- This technique may be buffed by either Projectile or Fire Buffs. The user must state which buff they are using upon initiation.

Prerequisites: A Rank, Can only be used with a Weapon that has the Projectile Damage Type

Rank 1: The user strikes at a single target dealing 3,300 Damage. Upon a full hit, the target suffers a -2 Dodge that lasts for twenty seconds.
Rank 2: The user strikes at a single target dealing 4,125 Damage. Upon a full hit, the target suffers a -2 Dodge that lasts for twenty seconds.

Special Action: At the cost of an additional +1 AP, this technique may attempt to bind the target in sheer ice at -1 Accuracy. This special may be used once per battle.

Rank 1 Cost: 1,650 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 2,065 Cp

Notes:
- This technique may only be used once per round.
- Dodge Debuff lasts only for twenty seconds and does not stack.
- Damage may be increased by either Projectile or Water Buffs. The user must state which buff they are using upon initiation.
- The victim has a 15% chance to escape per 2.5 Ap.
- This bind is broken if the victim takes damage, or the user attacks the victim. (They have a -3 Dodge penalty to the attack aimed at them though).
- If the user takes more than 10% of their Max Hp in damage during a round, this bind is dispelled.
- This bind may only last up to twenty seconds.

This technique is utilized by placing a Topaz containing electrical chakra so powerful it is said to be that of a Santaru's. It is said upon contact, the chakra is released into the air causing those around to have muscle paralysis for at least an hour.

Prerequisites: A Rank, Can only be used with a Weapon that has the Projectile Damage Type

Rank 1: The user strikes at a single target dealing 3,135 Damage at +1 Accuracy. This technique has a 36% chance to stun (Suppression) a target for 1 AP.
Rank 2: The user strikes at a single target dealing 3,795 Damage at +2 Accuracy. This technique has a 44% chance to stun (Suppression) a target for 1 AP.

Special Action: By paying an additional +15% Cp, this technique can target an additional two targets along with the original dealing 1,045/1,265. Each strike has a 15%/17% chance to stun a target for 0.5 AP. This stun delays all actions by 0.5 AP's worth of time. This may only be used successfully, effecting at least a single target, once per battle.

Rank 1 Cost: 1,570 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 1,900 Cp

Notes:
- This may only be used once per round.
- Stunning counts as suppression.
- Damage may be increased by either Projectile or Lightning Buffs. The user must state which buff they are using upon initiation.

This technique is utilized by inserting an Emerald containing chakra much similar to that of an Earthborn onto the weapon of choice. It is said upon contact with the target, the chakra releases itself in such a way that an opponent feels as if they are literally being struck by the Earth itself.

Prerequisites: A Rank, Can only be used with a Weapon that has the Projectile Damage Type

Rank 1: The user strikes at a single target dealing 2,970 Damage at +2 Accuracy. This technique has a 36% chance to inflict a Sprained Status to a single limb.
Rank 2: The user strikes at a single target dealing 3,630 Damage at +3 Accuracy. This technique has a 44% chance to inflict a Sprained Status to a single limb.

Special Action: By paying an additional cost of +15% Cp and 1 AP, upon contact a mass of vines spring from the Earth creating a "barrier" in front of the user blocking up to 1,000 Damage. If this special is used, this jutsu is still modded as 2.5 AP's worth of time. This may only be used once per battle.

Rank 1 Cost: 1,485 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 1,815 Cp

Notes:
- This technique can only be used once every other round.
- Damage may be increased by either Projectile or Earth Buffs. The user must state which buff they are using upon initiation.
- If a limb is already Sprained, this technique has a 21%/28% chance to inflict a Fractured Status.
- The Special Action does not act a barrier.
