This jutsu controls a spiraling vortex of razor-edged paper, ferociously tearing away at the target. Among those who have survived are usually amputees.

Information
Prequisites: Paper Affinity, A-rank, 4 Mastered Paper techniques

Rank 1: Deals 3960 damage at +2 Accuracy. This jutsu has 2 chances to inflict called shot penalties to random limbs, each with a 36% chance of success. Should both succeed, the victims bleed rank is increased.
Rank 2: Deals 4950 damage at +2 Accuracy. This jutsu has 3 chances to inflict called shot penalties to random limbs, each with a 36% chance of success. Should at least two hit, the victims bleed rank is increased.

Shredding Tsunami
The massive wave of razor edged paper flows towards and tears apart whatever happens to get caught within the stream of razor paper.

Rank 1: Deals 3695 damage to three targets at -1 Accuracy, with a 28% chance of causing the 'Tear' effect.
Rank 2: Deals 4620 damage to three targets at -1 Accuracy, with a 36% chance of causing the 'Tear' effect.

Notes:
- The 'Tear' effect raises the bleed level of a normal target and causes them to take half their Bleeding Damage, or disperses clones on a clone target.

Torn Downpour
A jutsu that works in the same fashion of a common trap. Though with a much more theatric appearance. It causes a large origami cloud to form over the opponent before it rains down a violent downpour of paper shuriken.

Prequisites: Paper Affinity, A-rank, 4 Mastered Paper techniques

Rank 1: 3 targets make 7 checks, each dealing 740 damage at -1 Accuracy. Only 5 checks may hit a target.
Rank 2: 3 targets make 8 checks, each dealing 770 damage at -1 Accuracy. Only 6 checks may hit a target.

Special Action: By paying +10% Cp and lowering accuracy by -1 and damage by -10%, this jutsu may target +1 target. This may be done twice.

Rank 1 Cost: 2200 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 2750 Cp

Notes:
- Bleeding may only be caused once per use.
- Each check has a 10% chance of bleeding. If this hits a clone, it is a 5% chance to disperse it.

Maelstrom Document
Tornadoes composed of paper rip through the battlefield and attempt to rip the opponent from the floor and smash them into anything nearby. On its way they usually collect debris which causes cuts and scratches better than most blades.

Information
Prequisites: Paper Affinity, A-rank, 4 Mastered Paper techniques

Rank 1: The user creates four cyclones of paper that deal 1390 damage each at +1 Accuracy. Only three may hit a target.
Rank 2: The user creates five cyclones of paper that deal 1240 damage each at +2 Accuracy and +1 Critical. Only four may hit a target.

Special Action: By paying +30% Cp and sacrificing the Accuracy buff, the user may combine this technique into a single large cyclone dealing 4400/5500 damage with a 28%/36% chance to activate 'Tear' and ignore Barriers.

Special Action: The user may choose to maintain this jutsu after use for 400 Cp/Rnd. While maintained, Paper Jutsu have a 10% chance of being a sneak attack. This effect may be maintained up to twenty seconds, or until a B+ Fire Jutsu is used during battle.

Notes:
- Each strike has a 30% chance of causing the target to take damage equal to 10% of their current Bleeding damage. Should at least three strikes activate this effect. the victim's bleed rank is increased, or the clone is dispersed if it were a clone.
