Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Perhaps one of the most destructive skills of the magnetic affinity is the ability to hyper-accelerate metallic objects to insane speeds. This jutsu concentrates the users magnetic chakra within a metal object of their choice, before launching it at such velocity that the force destroys nearly anything within its path. The strength of this jutsu varies depending on the object used, but even smaller items like hairpins can become lethal weapons with this jutsu. However, building up the magnetic charge for this technique does take time, and the object used is destroyed from the force.

Information
Prerequisites: - Magnetic Affinity, A-rank, four mastered Magnetic Jutsu

Rank 1: Charges a single weapon of the users with magnetic chakra, accelerating it into an attack that deals 4400 damage. This attack has a 28% chance of activating the 'Pierce' effect.
Rank 2: Charges a single weapon of the users with magnetic chakra, accelerating it into an attack that deals 5500 damage. This attack has a 36% chance of activating the 'Pierce' effect.

Special Action: By paying +10% Cp, the user may alter the damage based on their projectile. This adds +1 Accuracy at the cost of -5% base damage, or +5% base damage at the cost of -1 Accuracy. This may stack up to three times.

Rank 1 Cost: 2200 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 2750 Cp

Notes:
- May only be used once per round.
- This jutsu always has the chance of a critical hit; even upon auto-hits or the Clumsiness ability.
- If Pierce activates upon a Clone/Creation, then it dispels the target.
- The 'Pierce' effect ignores DR, and destroys barriers, and increases bleeding by 1 level. This does not effect barriers of a higher level than this Jutsu.
- This jutsu is modded as if costing 4 Ap (But still costs only 3 Ap. They are allowed to complete the rest of their actions in a round normally, regardless of round time remaining), and is charged during the time of the user's last action up to the use of this jutsu. If the user takes damage equal to 10% of the Max Hp during this time, this jutsu is treated one rank lower.

Magnetoblast said:
Magnetoblast
A technique that emits a powerful electromagnetic field around the user, supercharged with their chakra that reacts with certain metallic objects. What happens is that ionic charges within these metallic objects begin to shift and attract/repel each other rapidly when charged with the users chakra, causing said pieces of said objects to break off in a burst of shrapnel. This technique is effective in both damaging targets with their own weapons, and weakening the quality of said weapons simultaneously.

Information
Prerequisites: - Magnetic Affinity, A-rank, four mastered Magnetic Jutsu, Polarity Shift Mastered

Rank 1: Releases a pulse of chakra that effects three targets at -2 Accuracy. The pulse deals 3870 initial damage, and gives all weapons in the victim's possession a 28% chance to 'fragment'. Up to two weapons may fragment per target, each with a 18% chance of causing bleeding.
Rank 2: Releases a pulse of chakra that effects three targets at -1 Accuracy. The pulse deals 4620 initial damage, and gives all weapons in the victim's possession a 36% chance to 'fragment'. Up to three weapons may fragment per target, each with a 14% chance of causing bleeding.

Rank 1 Cost: 2640 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 3030 Cp

Notes:
- The 'Fragment' effect causes pieces of the weapon to break off in a burst of shrapnel, automatically dealing the weapon's base damage to the owner and lowering the weapons base damage by -10% for the remainder of battle. A weapon may only 'fragment' once.

Biomagnetic Alteration said:
Biomagnetic Alteration
A high level technique that allows a skilled wielder of the Magnetic release to directly alter the biomagnetism within living organisms. By disrupting this rhythm, the user can cause the victim to feel high levels of discomfort and disturb their bodily functions. When used against those with high levels of chakra (Shinobi), this also heavily disrupts the chakra systems ability to function correctly.

Information
Prerequisites: - Magnetic Affinity, A-rank, four mastered Magnetic Jutsu, Electromagnetic Vision mastered

Rank 1: Disrupts the biomagnetism of a target at -1 Accuracy. Upon hit, each individual maintained jutsu used by the target has a 36% chance of being dispelled.
Rank 2: Disrupts the biomagnetism of a target. Upon hit, each individual maintained jutsu by the target has a 44% chance of being dispelled.

Rank 1 Cost: 1760 Cp, 880 Cp/Rnd
Rank 2 Cost: 2025 Cp, 1010 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- This jutsu is a chakra bind, and prevents the victim from using actions that require chakra while active. They may still dodge and move normally.
- Due to the careful concentration required for this jutsu, it is easily disrupted. Should the user attack the victim, the victim take damage, or if the user uses more than 10% of their Max Cp during a round, this bind is dispelled. The victim has a -3 dodge penalty to an attack aimed at them, however.
- The target has a 15% chance of resisting this jutsu for every 2.5 Ap they spend. If successful, this disrupts the jutsu.
- Maintained Jutsu dispel checks are made individually.

Polarity Storm said:
Polarity Storm
Focusing chakra into a force of magnetic energy, this jutsu allows the user to emit a burst of electromagnetic chakra around them. The effects of this jutsu are just impairing as they are destructive; this jutsu not only harms those caught within the radius, but also disrupts their chakra coils to impair jutsu use. This technique is a double edged sword however; pushing its limits too far can shortciruit the user's own chakra as well.

Information
Prerequisites: - Magnetic Affinity, A-rank, four mastered Magnetic Jutsu

Rank 1: Emits an Electromagnetic pulse that damages three targets, dealing 2465 Cp damage with two 28% chances of activating the 'Disruption' effect.
Rank 2: Emits an Electromagnetic pulse that damages three targets, dealing 3080 Cp damage with three 36% chances activating the 'Disruption' effect.

Special Action - Polarity Overload: The user may boost the strength of this jutsu to target all within the battle including themselves, with an additional +16% 'Disruption' chance. The user only takes 50% of the damage.

Rank 1 Cost: 2200 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 2750 Cp

Notes:
- This jutsu may only be used once per battle.
- Damage from this jutsu bypasses barriers and cannot be buffed/reduced.
- This Jutsu always requires full handseals; regardless of any skills or abilities the user may have (Such as channeling or one handed seals).
- If at least two 'Disruption' chances succeed, the victim's Headset is destroyed.
- The 'Disruption' effect randomly dispels a single random maintained jutsu active on the victim, and prevents it from being recast for a full round. If a Clone/Creation activates this effect, it is dispersed.
