Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

A jutsu used while injured, that that allows the user to throw their blood at an opponent. The blood begins to change its shape, density, and velocity with chakra while midair into a lethal projectile to tear through targets.

Information
Prerequisites: Blood Affinity, A-rank, 4 Mastered Blood Jutsu

Rank 1: User flings 8 blood projectiles at the opponent, each at -1 Accuracy and dealing 770 damage with a 6% chance to cause bleeding and infection. Only 6 may hit.
Rank 2: User flings 8 blood projectiles at the opponent, each at -1 Accuracy and dealing 960 damage with a 7% chance to cause bleeding and infection. Only 6 may hit.

Special Action: The user may pay +20% Cp to convert this jutsu into an AoE, to target up to three targets at an additional -2 Accuracy. Each makes separate checks against the 8 projectiles.

Rank 1 Cost: 2420 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 3030 Cp

Notes:
- Only 6 checks may hit a single target, and bleeding may only be caused once per use.
- This Jutsu may only be used while the user is bleeding (If they aren't their bleeding is raised 1 level)
- When 'infected', the victim to have their Accuracy and Dodge reduced by -.5 per Bleed rank they have, up to -2 Accuracy and Dodge. This lasts up to 20 seconds and requires the target to be bleeding. This does not stack.

The user creates a claw of blood, and strikes the opponent, digging the claws into them. However, the claws are too thin to do more than cause some bleeding, dealing minimal damage. The real use of this jutsu, is the power to drain the blood from the opponent's body, the claw becoming a line of blood connecting the user and the victim as the user drains their blood.

Prerequisites: Blood Affinity, A-rank, 4 Mastered Blood Jutsu

Rank 1: Strikes the opponent at -1 Accuracy, Automatically giving the opponent Bleeding Rank 1 if they don't have it. The user gains HP equal to Opponent's Bleed Rank x 500.
Rank 2: Strikes the opponent, automatically giving the opponent Bleeding Rank 1 if they don't have it. The user gains HP equal to Opponent's Bleed Rank x 700.

Rank 1 Cost: 2200 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 2750 Cp

Notes:
- May only be used once per round.
- This jutsu has a 44% chance to increase the targets Bleed Rank by 1. If successful, the target has a 22% chance to have their Bleed Rank increased by an additional 1.
- This jutsu deals Hp and Cp damage to the opponent equal to 1/3 of the HP healed by the user.

A Jutsu which turns blood into a thick veil of acidic mist. This cloud shrouds vision, while simultaneously corroding the skin of enemies caught within it.

Information
Prerequisites: Blood Affinity, A-rank, 4 Mastered Blood Jutsu

Rank 1: Effects 3 targets. Those effected take 3% Max Hp damage each round, and have a +5% chance of bleeding. The user has a 28% chance to have their bleed level increased each round active.
Rank 2: Effects 3 targets. Those effected take 5% Max Hp damage each round, and have a +8% chance of bleeding. The user has a 36% chance to have their bleed level increased each round active.

Special Action - Bloody Mist: The user may pay +20% Cp and lowering accuracy by -2, the user may spread this jutsu to effect all in battle, including themselves. This increases the chance of the user's bleeding being increased by +10%

Rank 1 Cost: 2420 Cp, 1210 Cp/Rnd
Rank 2 Cost: 3030 Cp, 1520 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- Lasts up to 30 seconds, and requires a Ninjutsu check at the start of each round active. The user must be bleeding upon initiation.
- This jutsu obscures vision of those effected.
- The damage done by this jutsu does not count towards the Max Hp loss limit.
- This Jutsu does not effect Chigokai.
- If the user is at rank 5 bleeding, the chance of bleeding becomes 3% Max Hp damage.
- Level A+ Wind jutsu may temporarily disrupt the red mist, removing the effects for the remainder of the round. The Jutsu returns to normal at the start of the following round with a -2 Accuracy penalty at inflicting damage.

An enhanced technique in which the user infuses their own blood into some type of animate object; from that point 'hijacking' control over it as if it were their own. Working especially good on lesser life such as animals, this has limited effect on an actual person...but works wonders on various chakra constructs such as Clone techniques.

Rank 1: Checks the user's Ninjutsu at -2 Acc against the target's Ninjutsu. If successful, the user gains control of a single Clone Jutsu the victim currently has active.
Rank 2: Checks the user's Ninjutsu Acc against the target's Ninjutsu Acc. If successful, the user gains control of a single Clone or Creation Jutsu the victim currently has active.

Cost: Ap of the Jutsu +.5, Cp/Hp cost of the Jutsu +40%.

Notes:
- This Jutsu may only be used every other round.
- The user may only have one use of this Jutsu active at a time.
- Once cast, the user takes on all maintain costs.
- This Jutsu effects the entire Clone/Creation Jutsu; not just the one that is hit.
- The Jutsu effected by this technique does not count towards the user's Clone/Creation limit.
- This technique always makes the Nin check against the 'owner' of the targeted Jutsu. This means that regardless of whether this Jutsu targets a Clone, the Original caster, or a Creation, it will always make a check against the caster.
- During the round initiated, all the Clone/Creation actions will be redirected towards a new enemy of the user's choice, and 'friendly' effects towards the user. After the mod is posted, the user will be pm'd what type Jutsu they now control, as well actions available to it (Such as a Water Clone being able to use the original caster's Water Jutsu)
- In addition to its original buffs, the effected Jutsu may now receive the user's Blood buffs.
- Cannot effect S-Rank Jutsu.
