Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Hanae made her way down the busy street, holding tight to the packages in her hands so she wouldn't lose them. She smiled at the thought of her brothers, the ones who would soon be gifted the items in the packages. They had been gone for about 2 weeks now and tomorrow was the day they would finally come home. It was rare that all of them were together so she wanted to make it special for them. In the largest package was a new jacket for her elder brother, the large bag had different candies for the second oldest, and the wrapped box contained some new scrolls for the younger of the three. The three had such different personalities and tastes but Hanae knew them all well enough to know they would love these gifts. She was pulled from her thoughts when a small drop of water hit her head.

Then another.

And then two more until a steady downpour of water covered her. A small groan escaped her as she began to run, not really watching as she sprinted through the rain. Only when the water stopped did Hanae pause, checking over the packages to make sure they weren't too wet. She breathed a sigh of relief when she saw nothing looked damaged and finally heard someone next to her.

"-and then you can get dry and I can splash in all of the puddles!"

Hana turned around and saw the small boy who had spoken and the girl sitting down. When Hanae finally looked around at her hurried shelter she felt her face grow red.

"Oh no, I'm sorry I didn't realize this was a shrine..." she said, bowing her head in apology, "I hope I didn't interrupt you."

"It's abandoned miss! No one is gonna mind!" Mio's cheery voice rang out. He bounced around excitedly, earning a stern look from his older sister. He knew he should have stopped jumping around, he meant no disrespect, he was just full of energy and too happy for his own good.

Iolanta remained silent, pulling her hair up into a ponytail to keep it off of her shoulder since her black locks were soaked. Her brother on the other hand was the complete opposite.

"What's your name miss? Do you go to the academy like sissy?" He asked excitedly. "My sissy is really great, and she is going to become a medical ninja like my daddy, and my momma!" The young boy babbled, revealing information about his sister that she wanted no one else to know. Staying mysterious and allusive was what Iolanta wanted.

The girl didn't reprimand him though. She felt it would have ruined his happiness if she scolded him now.

Hanae breathed yet another sigh of relief and a smile returned to her face as she bent down to address the boy, "My name's Saito Hanae, it's very nice to meet you."

She glanced over at his "sissy" and sent a smile her way as well, "Yes I do attend the Academy with your sister and you're right, she is pretty great. I hate to admit it, though, but I don't think I know your name."

Hanae felt awful not remembering, considering she saw the girl a lot at school, but they both seemed to keep to themselves quite a bit. Hanae had seen the girl's performance in her lessons, though, and it was true that she was very great.

Hanae smiled at the boy's enthusiasm, watching as he rushed back out into the rain, "It's very nice to meet you both as well."

Setting her bags down Hanae sat a little away from Iolanta, knowing they both liked their space. Hanae ran a hand through her hair, almost dry by now considering how short it was.

In an attempt to break the silence Hanae started to make light conversation, "Your brother is very polite, how old is he?"

Hanae noticed the glare that was sent her way, not letting the look shake her. She had seen that protectiveness multiple times when she was with her brothers. Siblings would do anything to protect each other, even against something as simple as information about one another.

Hanae just smiled again and turned to her bag, rummaging through it for her book. Iolanta seemed like one who disliked too much conversation so Hanae wouldn't make her uncomfortable with too much small talk. Pulling out the novel Hanae began to read, taking care to keep the pages dry from Iolanta's brother's splashing.
