Physical Description:

10 year old Chiyoko is born rather special in terms of physical looks. Possessing the Aikayume's signature vulpine traits, her ears fluffier and softer and very large due to having more than just Aikayume genes in her body. She possess a singular fox tail that unlike her Aikayume brothers and sisters, the tail has light stripes across its fluffy exterior. Her eyes are however her most distinctive feature; Blue like those of the Byakko and Brown, a common eye color for foxes. Standing at a height of 148cm(4ft 8~9 inches), she is tall for her age but it is cause of having tall parents and mixed genes. However like any girl her age, she possesses a rather tomboyish looking body due to a lack of development as puberty has yet to hit, however she has relatively muscle development giving her a somewhat lean or maybe spry kind of body shape. Often wears something similar to an dancer(girl on the left) to suit the desert heat, having to flatten her ears to fit the hood. Footwear wise she wears sandal looking shoes(refer to images). She keeps a shawl around her(see image)

Chiyako was born with a natural fear, a fear that comes from being different. Though she is generally accepted by both the Byakko and Aikayume, there are those from the other branches of the Toraono clan and sometimes from the Byakko and Aikayume, which fuel her fear. As such, despite hating how much a hassle her clothes are, she wears them so she would not draw attention to herself, leading to her being shy, reserved and generally cowardly. However sometimes the ferocity of her Byakko side makes it worse, she retorts with violence. Not that she means it really, it is second nature to punch first, ask questions later. If you surprise her, get punched, then she will get flustered and ask are you okay. Overall Chiyako lacks any true social skills, preferring to stick close to family, her clothing reflecting how makes her seem more robed and yet elegant at the same time. Chiyako will have to learn how to get out of her shell when she starts learning to be a ninja of the sands, to learn her powers that come from both the Byakko and Aikayume. She likes steamed fish, ramen and the occasional strawberry.

The Childhood Years:

It all started as a joke at the dinner table among the Byakko and Aikayume that maybe one day there would be a kid born from the Byakko and Aikayume, but with the clan being mainly female, it was a tall order. However this intrigue the village demon, and of course, he decided to use two significant members of the clans(Azusa Aikayume and Byakko Kyuji) and using surrogate mothers, eventually one from the main family bore Chiyoko, but died her birth. Chiyoko was a surprise to the main family. The girl was born with the vulpine features of the Aikayume, but as she possessed blue eyes, a trait from the Byakko. However they thought it was simply just heterochromia.

The Adolescent Years:

That was what they thought. Chiyoko begun to display more traits from the Byakko. Her hair naturally had stripes, like a tiger. Her tail fur was the same case to. The Aikayume and Byakko were confused by this sudden revelation. However they brought her up the same, educating her by homeschool(the Aikayume were afraid that she would be bullied but their pride said it was because she is a special clan member) and teaching her both the Byakko and Aikayume side of things. The Byakko taught her basic exercise so she is limber, agile and flexible. The Aikayume taught her how to read and write, to pray and while Chiyoko does give offerings to both Byakko and the fox spirits of Aikayume, she was generally taught for the fox spirits. Both influenced her education, but did nothing about her sheltered lifestyle and lack of a social life.

The Present:

Young Chiyoko is treated like a princess, and thus often have servants by her side and agents ready to protect her from harm. Chiyoko wants to live independently from them but lacks any social skills to let them know or communicate well in fact. Chiyoko stutters and often is unable to speak her mind cause her overwhelming amount of people ready to attend to her immediately. However ever since the day she accidentally stabbed her uncle with a kunai, the servants have been reduced to just one man who is not as intrusive as the others before. However all he does these days is bring Chiyoko to Sunagakure Shinobi Academy where she would be attending classes in the arts of the Ninja.
Chiyoko is going to find it very hard to break out of her shell, she had been around this many people, yet alone strangers.
