Creepy tats aside, Tokuro is a normal, cute (i.e. creepy) kid, sporting messy black hair and a pair of expressive brown eyes that never lie, despite what tales his smirking lips may weave. Usually rocks a large, dark green bandanna and a matching robe as well. Ever an oddball, Tokuro commonly wears the top half of his robe around his waist and struts around bare-chested. Creepy brat is creepy.
History: Tokuro was born as the son of two petty criminals in Cloud. Neither of his parents were ninja, though his mother claimed to be a descendant of a branch family of a “powerful ninja family”. True or not, Tokuro was raised as a thief from the time he could walk, and regularly assisted in his parents petty schemes. By the time he was ten, Tokuro could rob any stand in the market and get away clean…usually.
However, as Tokuro grew older he developed an interest in becoming a ninja. He treated his robberies as missions,, and began developing strategies more efficient and cunning than those his father came up with. He Realizing their son had far more potential than either of them had or will, and sensing the potential profit in having a son as a legit shinobi, Tokuro’s folks allowed him to enroll in the academy. Whether he can rise above his parents influence remains to be seen…
