He has long jet black hair, and since joining the village’s shinobi force, he has adorned a set of armor out of respect for his new sensei. While this armor is kind of impractical for a modern day Shinobi, he wears it with pride. It is his hope that through training, he’ll be able to effortlessly move silently even while wearing it. When not performing official duties, he can be found wearing a more traditional kimono with red hoari, and his hair tied. Of course, this is just his casual wear and will at times were more modern clothing such as denim and leather.

Sashin is very proud and noble in attitude, despite his humble beginnings. He values tradition, honor, and appearances. He believes in living up to ideals, even when its inconvenient to him. Those values aside, he is a bit stubborn; as such, he’s the type who would rather overcome a challenge than sidestep it. Some would call him snobby, but they'd be mistaken; he has somewhat of an intense personality. Rather than wasting time and effort, he'll show his seriousness with his presence and action.|
While this all sounds nice, Sashin isn't without his own personal flaws. He's not the best at understanding jokes, sarcasm, or even carrying on with casual banter. At times, he even lets his pride get in the way of practicality, which can make things awkward socially. Also, because of of direct and persistent he can be, he has a hard time compromising with what he wants, or accepting alternative methods towards accomplishing certain goals or tasks.

However, the small village in which his parents resided seemed to somehow be forgotten along the way. Being the first born to two poor parents, within the northern most mountain ranges within a poverty stricken community, life was definitely different. At an early age, he began work on a small rice farm with his parents by morning, and by evening he learned to help herd sheep. Life was simple for his family, as well as the others within this small community.
From time to time, Shinobi from the Cloud village would roam the ranges and encounter them. Other times, bandits or wolves would trespass and steal what little they had. While he was just a kid, he only seemed to be capable of watching as the men in the community would rush to defend what little they had. As he continued to grow, as did his strength. By the age of ten, he possessed remarkable strength from all the 'farm like' work he had grown so accustomed to. By this time in his life, each day had become a routine; an early wake up, followed by breakfast, then choirs, farm work, and finally tending to animals before returning home at night for dinner. This was his life, until one evening a few years later something magnificent happened.
At the age of thirteen, Sashin found himself standing on the side of a mountain, overlooking his family's heard of sheep. A loud swooshing sound could be heard in the distance, moments before a giant shadow over took the land. Looking up towards the sky, he saw something out of a fairytale flying overhead. At first, he couldn't believe his eyes; it was a mythological creature spoken only of in fairy tails. In both fear and disbelief, he fell backwards to the grown and backed up against the rock. As quickly as the creature arrived, it departed leaving something interesting behind.
Sashin's eyes changed from hazel, to a sparkling hue of bright colors. Glancing down at his hands, he felt an arcane like power surge deep within him. Having never experienced this type of sensation, he had no idea what was actually happening to him. Standing back up, he glanced back up into the sky only to look at the fading silhouette of the creature. Unsure and worried about what was happening to him, he gathered his family's sheep and rushed back to his community. Upon arrival, he noticed a few other members with the same type of eyes as him. Calling out to his parents, he rushed home only to find his father; his eyes giving off the same hue of colors as his.
At that moment, no one could explain what was happening to Sashin, his father, or other members of the community, but as the days passed they soon had visitors. A small group of Cloud Shinobi had reached out to trade, only learn about what was happening to some of the villages. With time, soon an official from the village accompanied by a man name "Akira Kazan", arrived. The official explanation for what had happened to them was that somehow, someway, chakra had emerged from deep within them and reacted to their deep ancestral genetic traits. As a result, those who could wield Chakra would be conscripted into the Cloud Village pending official evaluations.
Among them, Akira Kazan took a special liking to Sashin for some reason in particular and officially made him his first disciple and a Genin within the village. For the next few years, Sashin would train with Kazan to harness his strength and hone his skills. Adorning armor, similar to his sensei, and learning weapon based Taijutsu techniques, Sashin stumbled across the ability to wield the elements in physical form; creating what was known as 'Arcane' weapons. With them came the ability to cast his elemental ninjutsu through his weapons, which greatly improved his accuracy and usage of them.
As time passed, he continued to grow in both strength and knowledge of his ancestry, all while under the direct tutelage of Akira Kazan.
