- Raito wears an unamori hakama with a maroon top and black bottom. His sandals are typical black ninja shoes with white ninja bandages that go knee high. His arms and torso are also covered in white ninja bandages.
- He weighs about 108 lbs and is 5'2" tall.
- His eyes are naturally a lime green color, but because it is an uncommon eye color, it is a descriptor that attracts some unwanted attention. So in turn, he simply hides it with brown contact lenses.
- He lets his black hair grow out a bit, but not too excessively. It is enough to cover his eyes if he so chooses.
- There is a small scar that indicates a stab wound directly over his heart. It is hardly noticeable, but it is the only indication of any previous injury that Raito has suffered.

- Dangerously unpredictable - Because Raito has an insane tolerance to pain as a result of a blood ritual that made him immune to most forms of attack, Raito has been known to do things that would seem more horrific or unnecessarily violent than normal.
- Loyal - Although there are few in the world other than his sister that he would pledge true loyalty to, when it does happen, one can trust in Raito's loyalty in the direst situations.
- Sarcastic - Raito does occasionally make sarcastic remarks.
- Apathetic - Raito seems to show indifference when he is "fatally" wounded. Almost as if it is a daily occurrence to him. Although in reality, the sight of his own blood does excite the Akumairo in him.

- Being the only straight male in the entire Akumairo clan, Raito does seem to be an oddity that has confused some. But at the same time, no one can deny the Akumairo bloodlust within him.
- At a young age, Raito was forced to be the subject in a powerful blood ritual that not only made the child near impossible to kill, but also fully awakened the Uchiha blood within him. It was such a sudden increase in power that Raito instantly unlocked the mangekyou sharingan. Furthermore, his wounds fully heal in a matter of seconds, minutes, or in the case of extremely fatal injury, a few hours. Virtually any part of his body will regenerate to full functionality eventually.
