Character's Physical Description: Hazuki has fair skin, she has a small amount of freckles on her cheeks but that's about all the markings you can see. Her hair is a bright red, and her eyes are a sky blue. She wears a short kimono that has a corset that holds it together instead of a traditional wrapping. Her kimono sports the colors of black, gold, and white. She wears her headband on her forehead, and her hair is up in a half ponytail. She often changes the style of her hair, but she tends to stick to the half ponytail look. She looks Identical to her twin sister, Tsuyoshi Tsuki, other than the drastic differences in hair color. Its the only physical attribute that sets them apart.
Character's Mental Description: Hazuki is bright, and speaks her mind, she rarely shows signs of being shy, or reclusive. She can often be described as arrogant, and quite vain. She thinks herself better than most others, and people of her class. In her mind she is, most would call this the Princess attitude.

Character History: Hazuki was born in Konohagakure, she was born as a twin, Tsuki was her other half, normally twins looked almost the same, but they were set apart by hair color and personality. Hazuki showed potential from a young age, making her mother, Shinyra Akane, who was a retired shinobi from Cloud, put her too high standers. She unlocked her bloodline abilities at the age of five, though only being able to shoot green sparks came naturally to her. Her sister Tsuki had much more trouble. Their mother opted to train Hazuki in the bloodline abilities since it came so naturally to her. Their mother was someone who took the "Logical" approach since Hazuki showed talent, it was logical to train her o to master it. She was tough to please and often made Hazuki think she was better and could be even better.
Through the years at home, Hazuki joined the Academy at a young age, well slightly younger than the average kid. Hazuki pushed to be promoted to genin early, or maybe it was her mother pushing her to advance early. Either way, after a long while, Hazuki took her exam. A simple battle to get a flag. She was up against several other older students, the team to get the flag would pass, simple as that. Hazuki took the lead, whether her teammates liked it or not. Her Santaru abilities stricken down the competition quickly, only think Hazuki lacked was her mothers planning abilities since she charged right in confident her power was enough. Hazuki ended up making her team fall into a trap, setting them behind. But with determination, and a little better teamwork, Hazuki, and her group were able to get to the flag and be able to pass the exam.
After getting her headband, Hazuki, and Tsuki was sent to Cloud for family matters. They were sent to live with their father to get to know him, and his side of the family. They were old enough to travel, at least their mom trusted they knew how to follow directions and not trust strangers.
They lived in Cloud for four years, they got to know their grandpa, Tsuyoshi Junko, and their father Tsuyoshi, Yoshi. They met their uncles, and grandma as well. Hazuki did enjoy her time there, but she preferred not to travel to see her own parents. She never understood why her parents split in the first place, so she set it up for them to meet again. Akane wasn't the type to do something that didn't make sense to her, so setting up a meeting was... difficult. But in the end, it worked out, and their parents decided to give it a second try. Hazuki and Tsuki were sent back to Leaf, with a letter for a person of power to read. It would explain that their father was coming to leaf, and would be requesting a transfer. Since Akane was too stubborn to move. She liked her Civilian job here too much, plus it was where she had raised her kids for the last 13 years.
