Sara was now standing at the partially recreated gates that lead to the outer stretches of the Stone Country. Watching the people hard at work to regain the fortifications that once existed. The village was still in a slight amount of turmoil, but things were gaining steam. Perhaps a pun in such a thought, though that would be left to be seen in the near future. The young girl, though invigorated at all that was being accomplished from the ground up, was still feeling a need herself to grow. Things were turning up for her at the very least. She had gained a companion within the village, that would hopefully stem to a greater role as time went on. She looked out for a man she had trained under not long before the recent happenings that, in the end, went well. She had partially forgotten some of the turbulent moments of that training, but had gained some knowledge form the lesson as a whole, which of course was the important meaning behind that training. She was trying to remember the specifics of that academy lesson this very moment, only remembering that the lesson involved the use of stealth and reading a situation for such. She remembered that she had fought a woman, though the reasons at the moment eluded her, just remembering that she was in disguise and the woman attacked her, and she responded with force that turned the situation into a positive, though that she remembered as a horrible moment at the time. Perhaps it was the current situation that had turned her judgement of that situation into one of nonchalant mediocrity. She remembered how she felt sorry for what she had done, and a wish to forfeit or rather endanger the mission and lesson by doing such. Perhaps it was a good thing that she went through that event. A lesson unintended learned, and one that stayed with her.
But she couldn't remember the why. Why had she attacked the woman, and why was the situation so bad. She looked out over the village, hoping to see him soon enough roll on up. She was just so much happier to be given the opportunity to stretch her legs and see things outside of the village. Things were getting better in the village, yes, but it was still quite the drain on her. The sights, smells, and overall dreary feeling at the end of most days were starting to wear her thin. She still didn't have a home at the time, living day to day unsure where she was going to sleep or what she was going to eat. Outside, things were a little different she felt. Sara had money saved up from missions prior to what had happened, finding it in the ruins of her home. But money was of little importance for the majority of the village. What importance it did play were for those that wished to take advantage of the dire situation towards an end game that was against the growth and rebounding of the village. And seeing that day to day was adding to her ill contempt feelings. This venture was much needed, and would be toughly enjoyed by her. Where ever it was that she was going to exactly.
All she knew about the venture she was going on was that it was going to leave the Stone Country, a first for her. She had gone to many places that most would never visit within the country, but it was still within the country. To see what lied outside of the borders of what she knew as her home country was an exciting prospect to her. It was the main reason she wanted to become a shinobi for. The knowledge of being a shinobi, and that leaving to see other countries which had there own ninja villages, was quite dangerous was beyond her understanding, or perhaps her cares. The wish to see the world, and that which occurred and lived within, outside, and beyond her home was boundlessly enticing to the young, energetic, and adventurous girl. This was plainly obvious to anyone whom cast a gaze at the girl, an occasional bounding boundless look and movement exploding from her tiny body. She couldn't wait to leave the village behind.
