Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Information
Prerequisites: B Rank, Can only be used with a Weapon that has the Projectile Damage Type

Rank 1: The user strikes 5 times dealing 285 Damage at +1 Accuracy each.
Rank 2: The user strikes 5 times dealing 345 Damage at +2 Accuracy each.

Special Action: By paying an additional +0.5 AP, the user may strikes 10 times at a single target at +0 Accuracy. Only 8 strikes may hit the single target. This may only be used once per round.

Rank 1 Cost: 520 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 625 Cp

Notes:
- This technique automatically targets up to two. If the user does not specific a second target, a second target is not chosen.

A technique that in which the user shoots a blunted ranged weapon at a target. This weapon does hardly any noticeable damage, but because of its blunted tip is capable of stunning an opponent if used properly. This technique is ideal for incapacitating rather than eliminating targets.

Prerequisites: B Rank, Can only be used with a Weapon that has the Projectile Damage Type

Rank 1: The user strikes at a single target dealing 1,650 Damage at -2 Accuracy. This technique has a 21% chance to cause suppression.
Rank 2: The user strikes at a single target dealing 1,950 Damage at -1 Accuracy. This technique has a 28% chance to cause suppression.

Rank 1 Cost: 600 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 710 Cp

Notes:
- Suppression from this technique may only occur twice per round.

- If this is used on a barrier, any damage bonuses this attack has is doubled, capping at 50%.

A powerful technique that allows the user to strike a target, that upon a full hit, is capable of binding the target against a nearby surface.

Information
Prerequisites: B Rank, Can only be used with a Weapon that has the Projectile Damage Type

Rank 1: The user strikes at a single target dealing 1,575 Damage at -1 Accuracy.
Rank 2: The user strikes at a single target dealing 1,875 Damage.

Special Action: At the cost of an additional +30% Cp, the user may target one of the following at an additional -1 Accuracy:
- Arms: Upon a Full Hit this technique has a 21%/28% chance to inflict a -2 Accuracy to all Taijutsu and Ninjutsu Techniques requiring hand seals for ten seconds.
- Legs: Upon a Full Hit the target suffers -1 Dodge and has a 18%/24% chance to stumble per action causing a loss of AP, but not Cp. This affect a single action per round. This may only effect C-Rank or lower jutsu and does not apply to reactionary or reflexive.

Rank 1 Cost: 570 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 680 Cp

Notes:
- Each individual effect can not stack.
- When a user successfully utilizes the special action, the mod must include that the target has been pinned. The target can remove this Debuff for 1 AP.
- Each special action can only be used once every other round.
- Each special action can only last twenty seconds. If both special actions are inflicted upon a single target, the combined effects last ten seconds.

In the past ninja wire was a common house hold Shinobi and Kunoichi item. It was used to set traps, bind opponents, and even had many household uses. Somewhere along the line, someone got the brilliant idea of having a weapon be thrown in order to bind those on the run!

Prerequisites: B Rank, Can only be used with a Weapon that has the Projectile Damage Type

Rank 1: The user strikes at a target dealing 600 Damage at -4 Accuracy. Upon a full hit the target is bound.
Rank 2: The user strikes at a target dealing 750 Damage at -3 Accuracy. Upon a full hit the target is bound.

Special Action: At the cost of an additional +10% Cp, the user may link ninja wire to this technique, increasing the accuracy of the bind by +1; however ninja wire must be in the users equipment and this does not cost any additional AP to equip. This may only be used once per use.

Rank 1 Cost: 800 Cp to initiate, 400 Cp/Rnd
Rank 2 Cost: 920 Cp to initiate, 460 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- The victim has a 15% chance per 2 AP spent to break free from the bind.
- This bind is broken if the victim takes damage, or the user attacks the victim. (They have a -3 Dodge penalty to the attack aimed at them though).
- If the user takes more than 10% of their Max Hp in damage during a round, this bind is dispelled.
- This bind may only last up to twenty seconds.

Rank 1: The user strikes at a single target dealing 1,350 Damage at +2 Accuracy. Upon a full hit, 3 razor shards attempt to embody themselves into the target dealing 50 Damage at +0 Accuracy each. Each shard has a 12% chance to cause bleeding.
Rank 2: The user strikes at a single target dealing 1,485 Damage at +2 Accuracy. Upon a full hit, 3 razor shards attempt to embody themselves into the target dealing 80 Damage at +0 Accuracy each. Each shard has 16% chance to cause bleeding.

Rank 1 Cost: 490 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 625 Cp

Notes:
- Bleeding may only occur once per use.
