Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Sand Missiles
A simple, yet highly efficient technique; using streams of sand itself as a method of combat. This technique allows the user to manipulate sand around them into streams to directly strike their opponents or act as shields to protect against techniques. The streams are condensed with chakra to be as strong as steel while retaining the flexibility of sand.

Information
Prequisites: - Sand Affinity, B-rank, 2 Mastered Sand Jutsu

Rank 1: Shoots a sand missile with 2000 base damage, and 21% base suppression.
Master: Shoots a sand missile with 2500 base damage, and 28% base suppression.

Special Action - Sand Shift: When using this Jutsu, the user may choose to;
- Lower the Base Damage by -5% to increase Accuracy by +1 -or- Increase Base damage by +5% by lowering Accuracy by -1. This may stack twice.
- They may also choose to divide the damage equally into up to three strikes. The base suppression chance is increased by +7%, and then divided equally among however many strikes were created.

Special Action - Sand Wall: By paying +20% Cp, this Jutsu may be used reflexively to block damage equal to 110% its damage. Any Accuracy Buff/Debuff from Sand Shift now becomes a dodge buff/debuff to the user towards any leftover damage that breaks through the barrier. This may block Physical, Elemental, and Non Elemental Damage. Each stream may only block a single attack before dispersing.

Rank 1 Cost: 730 Cp
Master Cost: 910 Cp

Notes:
- Suppression may only happen once per use.
- If used defensively and a stream is destroyed, the suppression percentage is doubled and becomes a chance to inflict -2 dodge to the attacker due to the sand dispersing. This dodge penalty only applies to the next action made against the attacker. This does not stack.

Sand Clone
A clone technique that creates a replica entirly of sand. Unlike other clone techniques, this variant does not completely assume the form of the user, but remains as sand the entire time. Though this makes it easily identifiable compared to the user, this allows it to disperse and solidify into sand instantly and reform itself in situations where other clone techniques would be dispersed.

Information
Prequisites: - Sand Affinity, B-rank, 2 Mastered Sand Jutsu

Rank 1 Creates a clone with -4 of the user's secondaries and Cp equal to 25% of the user's max Cp. This clone may use level Earth/Wind/Sand jutsu up to Level C at Rank 1.
Master: Creates a clone with -3 of the user's secondaries and Cp equal to 30% of the user's max Cp. This clone may use level Earth/Wind/Sand jutsu up to Level C at Master Rank. This Clone may also perform Level B Sand Jutsu at Rank 1.

Special Action: When destroyed, this clone may sacrifice 1/3 of its Max Cp (As opposed to 1/4th) and reform instantly with whatever Ap it had left during the round. This may be done instantaneously.

Rank 1 Cost: 800 Cp, 400 Cp/Rnd
Master Cost: 1000 Cp, 500 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- The clone has Ap equal to 1/3 of the users +1 Ap.
- Once clone is out of Chakra, it is dispersed and will not reform.
- Casting this jutsu while it is already active will remove the current Sand Clone from the field.
- This clone does not have Hp; upon a full hit it will disperse into sand (Partial Hits are treated as a Miss). It will automatically reform at the start of the next round and will lose 1/4th of its max Cp.
- When dispersed from an attack, the next attack made against the attacker has a +1 critical chance with critical hits dealing +10% Damage.
- If Body Switch is used with the Sand clone, the user suffers no dodge penalty and may use Body Switch against a Jutsu 1 level higher than usual.
- This Clone cannot create another Clone.

An advanced Sand technique that infuses chakra into the grainy dust around them, manipulating it into dark clouds of thick sand. These clouds then shower the area with small bullets of condensed sand that do not do much harm individually, but under the combined bludgeoning force of countless drops can harm those within the area.

Prequisites: - Sand Affinity, B-rank, 2 Mastered Sand Jutsu

Rank 1: Rains tiny sand bullets upon two targets at +1 Accuracy. Both targets make 4 checks that each deal 510 damage. This Jutsu has a 21% chance to activate the 'Impale' effect.
Master: Rains tiny sand bullets upon two targets at +1 Accuracy. Both targets make 4 checks that each deal 600 damage. This Jutsu has a 28% chance to activate the 'Impale' effect.

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp and lowering accuracy by -1 and damage by -10%, this jutsu may target +1 target. This may be done twice.

Rank 1 Cost: 660 Cp
Master Cost: 820 Cp

Notes:
- A target may only be hit by three checks, and may only be suppressed once per use.
- The 'Impale' effect increases bleeding by one level and has a 35% chance of dealing critical damage. Additionally, this disperses clones.

A particularly fearsome technique that shrouds an enemy with sand, completely encasing their body in a coffin of sand to prevent them from performing even the tiniest of movements. Not only that, but once ensnared the user may rapidly condense the sand to implode inwards and crush the helpless victim.

Rank 1: Binds a single target with sand at -4 Accuracy; Coffin has 2000 Hp.
Master: Binds a single target with sand at -3 Accuracy; Coffin has 2500 Hp.

Special Action - Focused Sand Casing: By paying +20% Cp, this may be used as a called shot (No additional Acc penalties are suffered). If used this way it is not a bind, but the targeted limb is treated as Broken for the duration. Using Sand Burial inflicts the Crush effect upon the limb, with a 40% chance of increasing it by an additional Called Shot level.

Special Action - Sand Burial: By paying 1.5 Ap and the maintain cost, the user may deal automatic damage equal to 80% of the prison's Base Max Hp, and inflict the Crush effect upon the target. The bind is broken upon doing this.

Rank 1 Cost: 800 Cp, 400 Cp/Rnd
Master Cost: 1000 Cp, 500 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- When used the target is bound and cannot move.
- Coffin Hp may be increased with Sand buffs.
- Any attacks aimed at the bound target hit the coffin instead. Once destroyed, the victim has a -3 Dodge penalty to leftover damage.
- The victim has a 15% chance to escape for every 2 Ap they spend.
- The 'Crush' effect causes suppression and raises the called shot level of a single limb chosen at random.
