Dynamic Art
Those skilled in ink manipulation can infuse their art with chakra to animate it, or simply shape ink into various forms. Once done, these faux creatures can then be used to attack and harry enemies.

Information
Prerequisites: Ink Affinity, B-rank, 2 Mastered Ink Jutsu

Rank 1: User creates a pair of snakes entirely from ink, which will strike at an opponent at -2 Accuracy dealing 1100 damage each.
Master: User creates a pair of birds entirely from ink, which will strike at an opponent at dealing 1250 damage each.

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp, the user may either allow this jutsu to target +1 target or allow the jutsu to perform a called shot.

Rank 1 Cost: 870 Cp
Master Cost: 910 Cp

Notes:
- The user may choose when this technique strikes during a round, or delay it until the next round. Only one Ink Jutsu may be delayed at a time.
- If used as an AoE this technique targets +1 target with a penalty -3 Acc to both targets.
- If used as a called shot this technique takes on appropriate called shot acc penalties. This has a 30%/25%/20% (Sprained/Fractured/Broke) chance of being successful.

Ink Clone
A living self-portrait. This technique forms a seemingly perfect copy of the user, capable of attacking alongside them. Once destroyed, these clones explode into ink, blinding those who are too close.

Information
Prerequisites: Ink Affinity, B-rank, 2 Mastered Ink Jutsu

Rank 1: Creates a clone with -6 of the user's secondaries and Hp/Cp equal to 20% of the user's max Cp. This clone may use Lightning and Wind Ninjutsu lvl's E-C at Rank 1. When hit with a melee attack, this clone has a 21% chance of causing the 'Ink Blind' and 'Sludge' effect. The clone is dispersed if either effect activates.
Master: Creates a clone with -5 of the user's secondaries and Hp/Cp equal to 22% of the user's max Cp. This clone may use Lightning and Wind Ninjutsu lvl's E-C at Rank 2. When hit with a melee attack, this clone has a 28% chance of causing the 'Ink Blind' and 'Sludge' effect. The clone is dispersed if either effect activates.

Special Action: The user may create and additional clone. However, doing so gives both clones an additional -1 secondary, treats all their jutsu one rank lower, and splits the Hp/Cp equally between them. This lowers the secondary effects' chance of activating by -7%

Special Action: These Clones may attempt to strike a target physically and dispersing into ink willingly rather than as a reaction. This costs 1 Ap from the clone, and inflicts the 'Ink Blind' and 'Sludge' effects with a 35% chance of inflicting one of them an additional time (The user must state which, otherwise it's random). This destroys the clone in the process.

Rank 1 Cost: 800 Cp to initiate, 400 Cp/Rnd
Master Cost: 1000 Cp to initiate, 500 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- All clones have 1/4 of the users. Lowest AP can go is .5 AP.
- Once clones run out of Chakra, they disperse.
- Casting this jutsu while it is already active will remove all current ink clones from the field.
- The 'Ink Blind' effect gives the target -1 Accuracy for a full round. This may stack up to three times, at which point the victim cannot choose specific targets other than themselves.
- The 'Sludge' effect gives all Ink Jutsu used against the target a +10% chance of being considered a sneak attack. Additionally, the victim takes +5% Lightning damage. This effect lasts a full round and may stack twice. This is removed when the victim is hit with a level C+ Water jutsu.

Black Tsunami
Condensing their chakra into ink upon a single fingertip, the user wipes and leaves a seal of ink upon a location. When activated, a vast wave of ink explodes out and crashes into the opponent, capable of sweeping opponent's right off their feet.

Prerequisites: Ink Affinity, B-rank, 2 Mastered Ink Jutsu

Rank 1: The user summons a wave of pure ink that slams into two targets at 1,600 damage. This wave has a 21% chance to suppress the opponent.
Master: The user summons a wave of pure ink that slams into two targets at 2,000 damage. This wave has a 28% chance to suppress the opponent.

Special Action: By paying +20% of the jutsu cost, the user may target an additional target -or- add +3 Accuracy, both of these lowering the base damage of this attack by 15%.

Ink Blot
A string of amorphous globes are shot out at an enemy, each one seeming to take on countless shapes at once. They can be used to blind opponents or twist other nearby art, causing them to strike in unusual ways.

Information
Prerequisites: Ink Affinity, B-rank, 2 Mastered Ink Jutsu

Rank 1: The opponent makes 4 checks at +1 accuracy, each dealing 475 damage. Each strike has a 7% chance of causing the maximum stack effect of 'Ink Blind'.
Master: The opponent makes 6 checks at +2 accuracy, each dealing 375 damage. Each strike has a 6% chance of causing the maximum stack effect of 'Ink Blind'.

Special action: The user may swap the 'Ink Blind' effect for the chance to cause the full effect of the 'Sludge' effect.

Rank 1 Cost: 650 Cp
Master Cost: 780 Cp
