Arriving on the outskirts of the Land of Fire, he can't help but feel a sense of relief. Turning to the sign that led to Konoha, he let out an exasperated sigh, although he was home, he wanted to sleep in his own bed once more. “Almost there.” he’d mutter to himself.
Shoving his hands back into his Pocket, he’d continue on the road, huffing. He had wondered what awaited him, he was rather isolated when he spent his time in the Cloud Village, mainly sticking to himself and keeping himself busy. But now he could finally get back on track of becoming a Shinobi that would defend the leaf.
When he left he was a young child, weak he called himself, looking down at the burns he sustained in a mission where he and his friend had to fight an evil shinobi. He grimaces at the memory. He trained himself everyday to ensure that something like that wouldn’t happen again. Before he had no self-control, being stubborn and too eager to rush into conflict. Now he had matured and he knew his strengths and now he can commit himself to defend the Leaf.
Scratching the back of his head, “Who knows what I’ll be up to. The leaf, involving myself more to help out the village.” he’d tap his headband on his head, whistling a tune, thinking to himself, “I wonder how I’ll be able to make myself useful to the Hokage.” he’d finish his tune as he materialized the thought out loud, “Last I remember I didn’t even make it past Genin. I guess that’s on me for going on such a long trip.”
His eyes then shifted from their normal black to the Sharingan, which then spun within his eyes, spinning into a distinct shape, a wheel-like pattern. “Maybe I’ll try to join the Anbu, that one I met in Cloud reminded me how cool their masks can be.” he’d remark as he made his way down the path that led to the gates of the Village.
