Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The wind was calm, the day was bright and sunny and there was a high temperature. "Do you remember the last time we had to ship? The weather was terrible. Muddy boots, wet tinder, and cold food the last time!" One of the three sounded with a booming voice as he started to load more cargo into one of the two wagons. "You big old grumpy..." A younger man sounded as he took over a crate and repositioned it inside the wagon. "That was also in the winter period of time... So that we cannot even count!" The talk went back and forth while one with a clipboard stood there writing down all the goods and checking them. He was also the one waiting for the people that had signed up to take on the transportation request.

"I still don't think we need this..." He muttered as he made a final check and started to stach the clipboard away, all the goods were allocated. "As soon as you got everything tied up, we are able to go... But please make sure to pack your own lunch this time! I ain't sharing!" The group groaned as they now started to wait for the group to come in. The wagons were ready, along with the two horses grazing near the tree. They were still tied up to the tree to have them relaxing till the work really needed to start. The man around started to gather their own last bits of equipment and small bags which held stuff for on the road. Only one of them seemed to be able to use some aspects of Chakra, which was the head of the three. The other two weren't gifted in the ways of Chakra.

Merchants.

It had to be merchants, not that Soku minded them. It was their unhealthy addiciton for money and that it was the only controlling factor that shaped them that was more of concern to her either. She was of the firm belief that if it were not for Konohgakure developing such an aggressive approach in making sure it's line of income and ecnomy were protected down to the last man than half of the merchants who had booming trades in the village would not be standing before them today.

Typically, it was unheard of for a Jounin or any senior shinobi really to tackle an escort misson unless there was some real concern but really, the only reason Soku was tagging along was to establish her newfound interest in the genin squad who would be primarily responsibile. Sure, by seniority, the task of making sure everything went smoothly fell to her but until things went downhill, she wanted to see if the Academy had taught them anything or if they perhaps needed to revisit the classroom once more.

She was dressed for fieldwork, her sword sheathed across her back and garbed in a traditional Konoha uniform with the headband looped around her arm, the good one at least with the sunlight reflecting off the one that was a prosthetic, an alluring fact that might catch the interest and eye of some.

As she approached the area where the wagons were being set up for their travels, she sighed under her breat catching wind of the bickering already taking place.

"This is going to be a long day."

She would be surprised if they got onto the trail before the sunset as Soku put on her best charming smile, a feature even Uchihe Hoheto would approve of, that memory flashing back to her for a brief second as she approached the gaggle gently clearing her throat to put an end to any sort of additional fire that may further incite whatever good-reasoned conflict they might be undergoing at the present moment. "Good day to you all."

She'd wait for some sort of acknowledgement before continuing on pleasantly smiling at all of them as if trying to gauge who was the reasonable one and who was the one that they would need to keep an eye on make sure nothing went up in flames and whatnot.

"Nanjirou Soku at your service, the shinobi escort for your caravan."

Silence followed those words as she glanced back behind to the path she had taken down here still empty and void of any of her other ninja. "Well, one of them at least. I'm sure the others are not far behind."

Soku hoped so at least, the concern about time was something she shared with the merchants as the seconds ticked away.

Shusuke had left the hospital not too long ago and was ready to get back into the heat of the action, especially after his track record is on the decline as of late. First Shishiwakamru was able to show off how much potential he had before the graduation exams, and then the who fiasco with the Redcoat Thieves that resulted in his knockout and the loss of Kiriyomi's arm.

Letting out a sigh, the young Yamanaka would tie his hair up into a ponytail, it was getting rather long at this point, and finish wrapping his body with the medical gauze he was given from the Byoin. While he was given permission to continue his duties as a Shinobi there were still some lingerig wounds and bruises, noteably on his back and neck. The faint purple hue was hard to see as most of the hand print on his neck had finally hit the green and yellow stages of healing. Still painful to touch, and his voice still hadn't fully returned, but fortunately the young Yamanaka knew a technique that allowed him to communicate without actually using his voice, another perk of his heritage he guessed.

As he donned the rest of his outfit he situated a tool pouch to his thigh and looked in the mirror. With a frown on his face he crossed his arms to cover his chest. He could start to see his femine figure developing as he aged. A flush of rose came to his cheeks as he remembered that Shishiwakamaru was the one that treated him and noticed that he didn't have the body of a typica boy. Nevertheless he had a mission to accomplish today.

Making his way through Crater City to the meeting point just at the edge of the town he would make sure he was checked out of the room he was staying in and was packed with the typical supplies needed for a venture out into the wilderness. It was better to be safe than sorry after all.

Approaching the caravan Shusuke would see Soku and would place his ring finger and thumbs together to cast his Yamanaka Style: Third Eye Blind Jutsu, which would allow him to connect a spiritual thread from his mind to hers that would allow them to communicate freely through telepathic means.

`Yamanaka Shusuke, reporting for duty!` he would touch his throat softly. `It is still painful to speak, so if this form of communication is okay with you, it will be my preference. If not I will speak when I need to.` He was hoping that the Jounin and previous Sennin would be okay with this kind of connection. He could speak, but his voice was whispy and often sounded more like a whisper as his vocal cords were severely damaged in the last fight he was in.

`I think all we are waiting on is for Shishiwakamru-kun and then we will be set to go. Any tips on what I should keep my eyes out for the most? I have never down a guard duty like this before.`

WC: 512/4000

CRPJ's Effect: This allows the user to connect mentally with anyone within a close proximity, approximately half a kilometer. The recipient of this connection can feel Yamanka's extended use of Audial Genjutsu and the two may communicate telepathically by the use of hearing each other speak despite not being near one anoher, but the connection is easy to sever and requires no more effort than it does to blink to break the said connection. As the connected individuals move further away the delay in the message increases and the volume in which the message is heard is diminished until the limits are met and the connection is automatically severed.
Example RP of how it will be used: Running through the street Shusukue knew he was going to need help from his teammates. Can you hear me? The suspect turned left up ahead! The Yamanaka Focused as he sent out the spoken phrase to his teammates where we just a few blocks away. Damn, he wish they would just invest in some headsets.

The sun was high in the sky, probably mid morning to afternoon. The sweltering heat was going to get the best of them if they did not prepare correctly. After tying his hair up in a spikey bun he would don a mesh undershirt to keep the heat from beating him. Putting on a grey half-shirt he would then tie his headband across his arm. Preparing further he strapped a toolbelt on his right thigh, full of nick knacks and maybe even a few paddywacks. Looking up at the sky he scowled a bit, not being a big fan of the heat. Ya know what they say, you can always bundle up more with the cold, but there's only so much you can take off during the heat.

Releasing a lamenting sigh he headed off towards the assigned meeting place. He wasn't entirely confident in himself today, or rather not confident in that Shusuke should be joining them today. He had only just recently been released from the hospital and was already taking on a mission. Granted it was just a caravan guard type, but anything could go wrong depending on what they were hauling. He wondered if Soku-sensei would have the information on what they were guarding. That seemed like a most important aspect to their mission, he intended to ask about it when he arrived.

Being the last to arrive he saw the caravan crew finishing up the last touches to their own mission, he also saw Soku and Shusuke nearby appearing to be conversing. But when he got closer he realized that Shusuke wasn't speaking at all, merely staring at Soku. Either he had arrived and they suddenly stopped speaking or Shusuke was utilizing their third eye blind technique. Shi nodded with approval, Shu-kun was as smart as ever, it was wise to use that technique when your throat was still barely healed. He would know, he was the one that provided the main part of the healing on their throat.

Suddenly, before he was about to speak, he remembered what had transpired that day and how Shi found out that Shusuke was not all that he led on to be. There was more that met the eye with this one, a tremendous amount to be exact. Pushing away the distracting thoughts he would announce his arrival. "Shusuke! Soku-sensei! I'm here, sorry I'm late." In truth he was a little tardy, but he didn't have a good excuse for it. He didn't want to give off the impression that he thought his own time was that much more valuable than anyone else's here. He would bow low in shame. "Please forgive me for my tardiness, it won't happen again." Rising back up he would inquire about the mission as he intended to. "So what exactly are we guarding today? There wasn't that much information in the briefing I received." Locking eyes with Shusuke he would blush a bit and look away quickly. It was a little awkward at the moment, he wasn't entirely sure what to say or how to address the issue at hand. Hopefully they could overcome it during this mission, he didn't like not having his friend to chat away the hours with.

The one with the clipboard easily noticed the woman coming around. "Good day, Ma'am." He greeted her back, any person could be a potential customer in the future. Just a moment after she told her who she was, one of the guys grunted. Not understanding too well why he couldn't be the muscle head. "Please pay him no mind. I am Kōki Yosuke, the one grunting at you earlier was Yuu Katsurou. The one quieter and the grumpiest of them all is Hideaki Shigeru." He had just introduced them to Soku before she said that they were waiting.

It indeed didn't take all that long or the next person came along. This person was in the view of Yosuke rather... small. He would adjust his glasses before hearing a voice n his head. It honestly started Katsuro who let a yell. "Who is there?!" In a quick movement, Shigeru was already standing there with a wooden plank and heard the voice once more.

Everyone stopped in their tracks and started to stare towards the child who seemed to do something out of nothing. "Witch..." One spoke as they mistook the guy for a girl and placed down the plank. "That child is creepy." The other big brute spoke before turning around and sitting down on one of the wagons. "That.. was rather odd without a warning," Yosuke spoke up as he would look towards the shinobi causing the most ruckus. "Seems like you are true shinobi after all. I am glad with your services, as I now understand. We seem to be waiting for one more person before we can roll out; this is correct?"

After hearing that they were; he would then go one final go over the list; before giving a copy to Soku. So she could see what the shipment was all about. textiles. All different colors, sizes, and textures. You could easily spot some expensive kinds in there and less expensive of course.

It was then that the last kid decided to show up. Seemed this child was named Shusuke... Yousuke started to speak up. Explaining who they all were so that the two also knew. "We work under Lago, our boss believes there are people out for this cargo. Shigeru and Katsurou are in believe there is not. Please pardon those two as they are more muscle than brain.. They do mean well though. I am Yosuke, unlike the other two. I am slightly chakra gifted. Not enough to enroll in the academy at the age of you two. The only thing I am able to do is to create a rather sorry Puppet jutsu... I cannot get higher than the lowest there is." He spoke as to inform those two. "I have no sensory or the likes; so we heavily depend on oon you all to keep the shipment save."

After that, he would point to two carriages. "Soku, please go in the first one... with the mind speaker Shusuke... I believe the name was Shishiwaka, please go to the second one with Shigeru and Katsurou. You can shorten their name to Shi kat if you wish." They both were looking at the child that was yet to sit down.

At the front part of the carriage was room for 2 people to sit down, inside the room for 1 maybe 2 if you squeezed in. Shigeru was sitting inside the carriage so that there was room left on the wooden bench up front for Shishiswakamaru. Yosouke was sitting on the first one to guide the horses where to go, beside him was room for either Soku or Shusuke, and then inside was still a spot for one of them. "please make yourself comfortable... We have yet to upgrade to a more luxury tool of transport."

First carriage;
"So.. please tell me a bit about yourself, and if you do I will tell you something about myself." He would try to keep a conversation going for the two with him, hoping that the two others on the other carriage would be doing the same.

Second carriage; At first 5 minutes.. Both big males would remain quiet until the one guiding the horses would lower his shoulders a little. "Sorry, I am nervous. I never have seen Ninja around. Let around puny ones..." He spoke honestly and the sound from inside the carriage would sound. "Ninja's cool but scary... You scary?" It was clear that the one inside, Shigeru wasn't that clear in talking the hidden village's tongue. Clear that he was from somewhere else originally.

Legenda:
Kōki Yosuke, the brain; clipboard and knows the wares, knows only basic puppet jutsu.
Yuu Katsurou. More brains than Shigeru, but still more muscle.
Hideaki Shigeru; Not original from Hidden Leaf, grumpy as hell.

Not soon after that, they began tricking in one after the other.

She raised an eyebrow wariliy at Shigeru, he certainly looked and acted like the town grump. "I trust he will not be a problem for us?" She added to Yosuke. The last thing any of them needed was squabbling among themselves. Soku knew their dutties was limited to only protectiing the wares and making sure no gung-ho bandits decided to help themselves to the goods but that situation could be worsened if there was disunity so in a sense, she had maintain the peace and enforce order if needed.

Her figure stilled for a moment as voices entered her mind and her head jerked around before settling on Shusuke. The Yamanake was casting his Mind Jutsu and she knew how odd it might look to the others, two shinobi staring at each other seemingly not talking but yet it looked like they were undergoing some form of communcation. She had never been much too comfortable with the mental prowess the Yamanake posseed, the mind was a poweful tool that could be used against you and she appreciated it's advantagaes and it's dangers.

She replied to him, sending her thoughts right back at him,

'Let's wait until Shi is here. I'll assign roles there but in the meantime, don't get too comfortable chatting. The last thing we want to do is get caught up in converstation and not realize what's happening. Our firstmost priority is the merchants and the cargo. Moreso, the merchants but try to preserve the goods too..'

Speak of the devil, there he was as she turned, an eyebrow raised as their latecomer joined them. "Do try not to make that an habit. Sometimes, tardiness can have more of an impact on a mission than you think but rest assured, no damage done."

She nodded her understanding at the limited information they had been provided with.. That was what she intended to find out, the village brass was always a stickler for the rules, only telling them the bare essentials when really, Soku knew they needed to know the ins and outs, literally every single thing regarding the details but she supposed this was better. They could have an one on one with the merchants and that would give them a better understanding of how this would proceed.

"Right then, we're setting out. Do as Yosuke says, you guys but before that, a word." She wait before looking at each of them in turn.

"Right, responsbilites. Shishiwakamaru, you're the rear guard. That means you'll be scanning for potential threats from the back, traps, threats that we might not have seen, you're double checking what we are checking so keep vigilant, keep observing. The same goes for us, Shusuke as we'll be in the first carriage. We need to be doing the same, we don't want to be robots but we dont want to be too friendly, we're professionals on a mission representing the Hidden Leaf Village, not their best buds out for a chat."

Regardless of what happened today, it would come back on the village and it would either hurt or bolster the village name, that much Soku knew as she added on a last statment, hard as it was to say. "One more thing ,both of you." She waited making sure she had both of their attenionts before speaking..

"Remember, as the jounin here, it's my responsbility to make sure you all are safe. That means if I tell you to something, I expect it to be carried out without delay. That means if I tell you to leave me and run for help,, you will do it. It doesn't matter if I'm bleeding out on the verge of death, you need to do as the situation demands even if it comes to making a choice as important as leaving one of your own."

She didn't expect that they would run into anything that critcal but Soku had been proven wrong. With a few additional words of encouragement and a smile, she took to the first carriage with Shusuke while leaving Shishwakamaru with the second one as they got prepped to get underway.

It seemed they are already starting off with introductions as she took a seat swinging up one of the horses leaving the interior of the carriage for Shusuke to take with the local grump,, Shigeru.

"Name's Soku, Nanjirou Soku. Jounin of Konohgakure and retired Sennin and clan head of the Santaru chapter here in the HIdden Leaf. Safe to say, I've seen my fair share of things so I'll say you're in capable hands." She said with a smile scanning the treeline as they chatted.

Shusuke listened in and nodded to the group before extending out a mental connection to Yosuke for the first time. An invisible thread that was a direction connection between only Shusuke and those who we wished to connect to mentally. This would allow him to speak with Yosuke directly like he had with Soku just moments before. Stepping up slightly he would finally speak to Yosuke telepathically. `I am Yamanaka Shusuke, I am a sensory type Shinobi, so please do not stress about that.`

Breaking the connection he would look over to Soku and Shishiwakamaru and listen to his mission leader. Moments later Shusuke would follow Soku's lead and approach the first carriage, but instead of taking to the lead the young boy would stand by the actual cart itself before taking a few deep breaths before climbing inside. Sitting beside the crew member, Shusuke would extend a hand before making that mental connection once again.

`As I stated, I am born to the Yamanaka Clan, and thus have a natural inclination to illusory arts, or Genjutsu.` Seemingly forming from nothing a single dagger would be begin to float above the young boy's head. `I also hold the skills of the Chimeiarashi, or the Storm Born. This proclivity allows me to manifest some of my illusions into reality, like this dagger, and while it's use is still illusory, the lingering effects remain as if the dagger was real.` The dagger would fade back to the nothingness from which it came. `And while my skills in Ninjutsu isn't as strong as Shishiwakamaru-kun's or Soku-sama's I do possess an affinity for all of the basic elemental jutsu.`

The group of Shinobi set out to the mission where they meet up with the merchants, the merchants seem to be a strung together group of people The group learned that only one of them was a little to almost nothing in chakra gifted senses. Right as they made way for the carriages the shinobi forces spread what each would do, what their positions were with Soku in the lead.

coo5VjG.png
Inside the bushes out of reach for all of them yet, were people moving. The rusle in the bushes made it so that small critters quickly scattered. But these bushes were hiding not just animals. Multiple people were getting closer yet still at a fair distance as one of them raised a hand. The one who raised his hand closed this hand and all of them stopped moving. The leader looked towards the person in front. "Hm?" He questioned the man who smirked. "Our intel was off." A nose rose in the air and a companion was trying to sniff what was going on, but with the winds direction it couldn't really tell. "What do you mean?"
"I don't count only 3 people... but I count the double of that." The man smirked as he looked to the rest.
"Glad we got you with us, with that sight we would have run into them ambushed them... But now the question is. Who are they." The small blond was the leader of them but it did seem that they were more or less experienced at this.

They halted their movements fully before trying to get to a new plan of attack. One of them started to create a few handseals and slowly the wind started to pick up a little, where it had been a slight breeze before, it now was a solid breeze which had turned around for them. "That should solve it for our little nose." He smirked to the two beside him, the leader was cunning in the arts of the wind. Luckily for them.

--- b a c k a t t h e c a r r i a g e s ---
First carriage:
"So.. please tell me a bit about yourself, and if you do I will tell you something about myself." He would try to keep a conversation going for the two with him, hoping that the two others on the other carriage would be doing the same...

"Name's Soku, Nanjirou Soku. Jounin of Konohgakure and retired Sennin and clan head of the Santaru chapter here in the HIdden Leaf. Safe to say, I've seen my fair share of things so I'll say you're in capable hands." For Yosuke she sounded indeed like someone with a lot of experience, yet he didn't dare to incline too much in to that life. He knew that SHinobi were often people on the frontlines and saw a lot of odd things.

`I am Yamanaka Shusuke, I am a sensory type Shinobi, so please do not stress about that.` A sound sounded inside of his mind and he did froze up for a solid second as it happened before looking back in the cart. Yosuke blinked for a few times before slowly nodding. "R-right.. I will try to keep that in mind." He would sound before looking back to the road. It seemed clear and as the child took their place; he would shake his hand. before he saw the weapon. ' I should not mess with them for real. I hate to be that person against them!' Those were his thoughts as he wasn't entirely sure how to handle this situation anymore. He was just a plain merchant after all. A skilled Yamanaka could surely read those minds if they were still linked.

As he gave the go moment of the horses to start moving, the wind started to set up a little. "Hmm... Could have sword the news had only said about soft winds... Must have heard it wrong." Yosuke spoke before looking if the back cart was following, which it seemed it was.

"So.. To be fair; I will tell you a little about myself. I am Kōki Yosuke, I am slightly chakra gifted. I tried to enroll when I was a child, but I didn't posses it enough to enroll. With that I started to train myself the best I could; which sadly isn't much. I know the following with my puppet: Swift Spin, Guided Strike, Castling and Hidden Smoke Bomb. That is sadly all I could teach myself. I am a man of 32 years old and always lived in Crater and studied Economics." He ended it like that as it seemed as if these companions didn't want to get too much into small talk. "What...do you expect if I may ask?"

Second Cart:
chirp-cockroach.gif
The second cart had gotten a lot more quiet as the scary little child shinobi remained silent on the way, making them an easier target as due to the awkwardness they would get a lot more skittish to the little things. Even the horse towing the second cart would slowly display that.

    • A user is allowed to perform Missions twice a week; the first gives the normal reward and the second gives only half that.
    • Players may also perform one mission with 2x the word count in order to gain the rewards of having done two missions. This still only yields half rewards for the second mission.
We are almost eligible for the above already. So we can already get rewards for 1.5x for it =) Giving us: 1.5x 37.500 YEN 82 ASP/STATS
However, Kaen's sub isn't eligible for any rewards, if they remain away I need to fail them. Sadly to not make the regular word count of 600WC they won't get the failed rewards either.

Now with all this; my question to you guys will be; do you still want to treat it the old mission would go; or rush it through since we all already have a wc... Please let me know.

Legenda:
Kōki Yosuke, the brain; clipboard and knows the wares, knows only basic puppet jutsu.
Yuu Katsurou. More brains than Shigeru, but still more muscle.
Hideaki Shigeru; Not original from Hidden Leaf, grumpy as hell.

Shusuke thought nothing of the situation as Yosuke spoke because honestly he wasn't here to make friends with these merchants. It wasn't until Yosuke said something about the shift in winds that Shusuke would begin to become suspicious of their surrounding. Stepping to the back of the caravan Shusuke would send a message to Soku. `It should be nothing, but if the winds are noticeably changing something may be afoot.` He made a handseal before summoning a burst of wind in front of him. A pair of identical clones would appear before him that would land just outside of the cart he was traveling in. Each of them would quickly dart out in a wide flank of the caravans.

Yamanaka Style: Third Eye Awakened.

Closing his eyes, Shusuke would act as a conduit to connect the visual input his clones were seeing and the mission leader, Soku. The visual cues would become present to Soku, if she allowed the Jutsu to connect, much like a vivid memory of what she did this morning. Shusuke would sit essentially still like a statue at the back of the cart acting as nothing more than a tool as he focused in on to his clones. Each clone would be listening and looking for anything of note, and if something was found they would instantly engage and investigate. So long as the clones did not surpass a quarter of a kilometer away Shusuke would be able to maintain this connection, though the furthery they went the harder it would be to maintain. Additionally, the relayed information would be slowed as the clones gained distance.

`Soku-sama, I can maintain this as long as we need or until the Wind Style Clones are dispersed. If there's anything you need me to do instead, please let me know and I will make sure I accomplish the task set before me.`

The question was a peculiar one if Soku had to be honest? What did they expect? She raised an eyebrow at that as the carriages rumbled on, the steady beat of the wind breeze obvious enough to be noticed. "Well, I trust we won't run into too much trouble but like I always like to say, expect the unexpected. Merchants like you carry valuable goods, prime targets for bandits and news travels fast among thieves. I wouldn't be surprised if we run into trouble, maybe we'll put tsome of those abilities of yours to use."

He might not have been an Academy admit but it was still impressive he had trained himselves. Most vendors did these days, caravan raids were as frequent as the leaves that were shed by the trees here so it was hardly surprising to see merchants arming themselves although the only thing that most of them knew about a weapon or jutsu was just throwing it around hoping it would work like magic.

That most certainly was not the case.

Shusuke's voice wafted through her head again, that really was going to take some getting used to, she thought to herself. She kept her emotions constant not betraying what she was thinking but it was a good thing to take note of, it could things running their natural course of things or it could be something else altogether.

'Good observation. It could be nothing or it could something. Just keep aware and we'll see if we run into any issues.' If they did, Soku didn't expect it to be too much of an hassle honestly, the type of brigands that attacked these carvans were usually a rabbble of thugs and it was very rare to find organized groups laying waste but it was possible as they continued on their path without interupption. She didn't like the treeline on either side of them, it provided for ample cover for an ambush but Soku wasn't some immortal deity who could shape terrain and whatnot.

They adapted and that was they would do if the situation called for it.

"You mentioned you studied in Crater City. If you don't mind me asking, how was that? I was not aware Crater City had any formal schooling. From whaat I understand, it has been struggling quite a bit and most of our villagers tend to steer well away from it."

Shusuke was keeping in contact which was good but what about Shisi? She had not heard anything from the rear carriage. She hoped they would heard something if something had gone awry.

'Send a clone to check on the rear carriage, will you? It's been awfully quiet back there. The last thing we need is to be getting hit from the rear.'

The horses in the front were already a bit older, rather then the horses in the back who were still young. This made them skittish for everything that was surrounding them… The clones that Shusuke had send in spooked them badly and made them rear up. Even the ones on the seat didn’t expect this and soon the carriage with everyone had ran off.

[ooc note; This means the party is now in half, and gone from this rp. Due to the IC afk from Shishi.]

“Oh no!” The merchant spoke as the carriage got to the other way. “T-they.. will be fine right..?” He asked around to the other two as there was at least one shinobi of them in there. Yet he himself was kind of worried regards of all the goods. He quickly gave Soku the reigns of the horses and started to get back to where Shusuke was. “They had most of the goods!” He later exclaimed and looked towards the shinobi in his wagon.

That was when the rogue shinobi got to the other wagon and had their fill on everything that was inside, but outside reach for the shinobi in the first wagon. “They have the most… but not the expensive ones… we have those… If we deliver this, it will be a huge accomplishment at least…” He would mutter sad and if Soku let him, pick the reigns over before trying to get more speed into it.

"You mentioned you studied in Crater City. If you don't mind me asking, how was that? I was not aware Crater City had any formal schooling. From whaat I understand, it has been struggling quite a bit and most of our villagers tend to steer well away from it." Those words made the man smile a little sad as he finally took time to answer that as the gates of leaf were slowly coming in vieuw.

“We never got schooled really… I use those words as it makes the more impress on people rather than saying I gave myself a study. Everything I do I learned on my own and try to pass that forward to people inside the crater city. That way we are at least somewhat knowledgeable regards of certain things. We are long used to not have that much support from the main village.” His tunes were sad, but they were true.

It was about an hour later that they arrived at their destination. “Thank you Soku, this could have ended worse if you weren’t around.” He would give the seal of approval of the mission towards her so she had her proof.

[ooc; I cut it short, deleted about 300 words sadly. Soku you are the only one who passed.]
