Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Current Ninpocho Chronicles Time:

Between a Rock and a Cloudy Place.

Even when a person has a professional cleaner cleaning and neatening up their office every night, hearing a foreign dignitary was coming certainly to cause a man or women to give a personal look over their office. After hearing that the cloud missionaries had arrived, the strawberry blonde man was doing just that.

Moving around at a break neck speed, Hissori was straightening up the Tsuchikage office that would soon be holding the meeting for two of the most important shinobi leaders in the known world. Currently, Hissori was staring down at the bonsai tree that was askew on the large meeting area in the sound proof room. He was trying to adjust the meditative plant so that it was not block the line of sight between the two ends. Hissori would move the multi-leveled miniature and well-manicured white pine tree.

“Buru will you stop spinning in the dumb chair!” Hissori barked in what if anyone heard the kage was not even a human language. Buru, the large white wolfdog with icy blue eyes was spinning in the large leather chair that was anchored around the back of the kage’s large wooden desk. Unlike Hissori, Buru seemed much more relaxed about the situation which was about to unfold in the properly lit room. The dog would come to a stop facing out into the room again and turn its large muzzle towards the Tsuchikage.

“There is no need to be this worked up with something so simple. We have had meetings like this before. It is just like meeting with another doctor. Just be yourself, don't lie, and act natural.” The large dog spoke to the man in a kind even tone as the wolfdog just stared at the bewildered Tsuchikage.

“This isn’t a simple meeting Buru. It’s a meeting with another dignitary, It is literally the most important meeting that people can be involved in in the shinobi world. If it doesn’t go properly, we could end up going to war, or losing allies if we ever go to war. Let alone the history the two villages have had, and I was unable to find communication between the two villages afterwards, this can turn out very poorly if we are not careful.” Came Hissori’s intelligent response as he just adjusted the couch and two leather chairs, Hissori used to conduct much more informal meetings. With a buzz over his intercom a female secretary informed Hissori that there was a group to see him. With a bit of breath, Hissori collected himself and stared at Buru who put his palm on the intercom button before Hissori spoke.

“Let them up.” Hissori said in a much calmer voice as the nervousness seemed to become suppressed and vanished behind the calm and confident demeanor of a Tsuchikage who was straightening out his robe before he moved towards the door to open it up for his guests.

“Greetings Travels.” Hissori said politely as he opened the door to greet the guests. Stepping to the side Hissori would stare out the large window that overlooked the rocky village as well as the slowly descending sun. Buru still in the chair, had spun it around so he was hidden in the chair.

Akira arrived with several of his party, it seemed a number of them wanted to take part and well they should. After all, they had travelled this distance, and they all had their reasons. Hyazo was his bodyguard, so, that was a no-brainer, and even if Akira didn't want him he'd still be there one way or another. Kouin was the recently appointed ANBU Sennin, thought the months had a way or disappearing and he had already established himself better than Akira had hoped for. In a way it was making sure that the man felt a part of the comings and goings of this type of work that he was here on this mission, it would be a good experience. Junko was here with his brother, and his brother was here in a way to see if he would enjoy taking up the mantle of his master, Hayata Shin, in the diplomacy side of things.

Still Akira was told the direction to where Hissori would be, and he followed directions with his rather formidable party along with him.

The Tsuchikage opened the door and entered the hallway as they neared, greeting them politely and letting them in.

Akira felt that he should introduce the party so that there would be no issues.

Greetings Tsuchikage. I am Akira Saito of the Saito clan and Raikage by title.

Looking to Kouin the man would then step forward to enter This is my ANBU Sennin, Kaze Kouin. He originates from Mist but Cloud is proud to have adopted him to our number.

Next he would look to Hyazo for his turn This is my bodyguard, Baaki Hyazo. He is a proud Kumogakurean and I am humbled to have a man of his calibre protecting me.

Then it was Junko's turn This is Tsuyoshi Junko, a medical shinobi of my village. He is currently my tutor in the medical arts, and is highly ranked within the hospital.

Finally it was Aiko's turn And finally this is Tsuyoshi Aiko, a shinobi who trained under former Raikage, Hayata Shin, and is here to learn what he can from this meeting.

Smiling Akira hoped that the openness about who was who would be appreciated, after all he had named the ANBU present with full names, there was full disclosure and it was hoped by Akira that by doing so the man would accept that Akira was not hiding anything. Of course they could be fake names, made up for the trip, but in this case they were not.

Tsuirakuya Shashu apologises for her absence, but she was never here to take part in this aspect of our visit and is going about her business on her own accord. She was running her own investigation, but if questioned on it he would say that she was investigating the village, how it seemed to run, any aspects that she found that Cloud might be able to provide, economic type things. Which was also true, but he would deliberately avoid mentioning the death of the Cloud shinobi at this time.

Now that they were introduced Akira would wait for Hissori to do his own introduction.

Rising early to make sure he had everything necessary for such a meeting. Though this was definitely going to be something he'd take note of. Zo wanted to be the leader of this great nation one day... He wanted to do what Saito was doing. To be the man that would take the reigns, maybe do all the things that Saito would do but with Zo's spin on it. Zo spent alot of time studying Saito... alot of the time taking notes on how he decided things. What way he would go about doing things, how his brain processed things. It would baffle him sometimes but in all honesty Zo in the end had a way of agreeing with him.

Walking in the room right behind him the aikage he would bow his head as he was introduced standing behind him wearing his loose outfit he had only his one blade on him, though he didnt have any reason to think he was going to use it. It was just to defend the Kage if he were attacked. He'd give his Kage a way out if anything happened. There was definitely going to be some serious discussion and it might not be a happy meeting at some points... but Zo didnt know anything about that sort of thing to begin with. He was a great speaker, and negotiator but this was something he'd never seen in his lifetime. Outside ot the Kiri-Kumo Treaty before Mist-fell... So there were a few Kiri Nin lingering on as well as Kouin being from Kiri, it was weird to think about sometimes...

Silent was the Walking Bundle of bushes, he was often seen off with the different plant life in Stone. He had alot to being back to Saki.

Puff, puff, pass~

Strolling into the meeting in a matter of fact way, Umashi was dark and handsome true, but his height wasn't what most would consider excessively tall. It was a wonder at times if most remembered that he was a shape shifting pirate first, before the shinobi shenanigans but that was probably a mental discussion for another day. Coincidentally it occurred to Umashi that most if not all of the higher ups in Iwa held green eyes like his own, strange. History would tell one that those of his particular earthy tone hailed from Kumo but that completely didn't vibe well with the fact that some of the Wind Country desert crawlers could get as black as night with all the sunlight that they endured. Mental rambling officially reigned in check, he took his place beside Hissori and his simple medical kimono served its purpose well of identifying his branch affiliation. Nodding to the Cloudies he greeted them with a smile. "Greetings honorable Raikage and another most welcome to your company." Setting his medicine bag down at his side and adjusting his glasses he took one of the chairs and got comfortable. This was sure to be one very interesting meeting of the minds.

Deciding to wear his medical attire which consisted of his white medical coat covering a crisp clean suit. Carrying nothing more than his medical brief case, an interesting scalpel in his lower pocket, pens in his chest pocket, and a note pad in his hand, Junko had no reason to believe anything would get out of control, but his sensei died in a simple meeting. Junko would be damned if he wasn't on his toes. Adjusting his glasses on his face as he observed the room, Junko held a rather blunt expression as usual while waiting for things to unfold.

Aiko, wearing his usual attire seemed quite relax as he stood with one hand tucked through his stylish sloppily worn outfit. Nothing was wrong with his hands, it was just his style. A wooden katana was at his side with the clan name "Tsuyoshi" on the hilt. Obviously, it was a non-lethal weapon, but anything could be considered lethal in the hands of a master such as Aiko. Being in this meeting reminded Aiko of Hayata Shin, his teacher, and the closest thing he had to a father. The Prodigy Brothers lost their teachers on the same day, in the same meeting fight as brothers in arms. Now, the torch was passed to them. It was time to learn, engage when needed, and show how far they've came as kumogakure shinobi.

Introductions began and one by one, everyone was openly introduced. Hopefully, it was appreciated. After all, as shinobi, their main skill was deceit. Giving a head bow as they were introduced, the brothers gave their greetings individually.

"Greetings Tsuchikage and it's good to be and feel welcomed."</B>

Among all of the ninja who made their grand entrance into Lord Hissori’s chamber, Jomei made a quiet arrival, somewhere after Umashi, but before the hidden cloud finished cramming their party into the room. These guests were esteemed company who traveled across the sea and savage lands of the north to come here today. Their pack remained mostly cohesive, all in time for the pleasure of meeting with two of his home’s greatest ninja. Hissori was in good form for the occasion and halted his spring cleaning. And of course Umashi was already reclining comfortably. It wasn’t a surprise to Jomei when he recognized Buru swiveling around to face the visitors. Somewhat displaced in the background of the scene, Jomei glanced out the wide window panes, viewing the great stone metropolis which they swore to protect and uphold. He recalled the day when his village’s newest legends took form; it was a day of reckoning. A pivotal chapter in our history. Alas, it had been almost a year since that fateful day, and the Stone had come quite far in making repairs and reforms. Despite the Basilisk terror causing a disruption that damaged their reputation and commerce, visitors were slowing beginning to return to the Diamond under the Mountain.

And the threat of creatures resurfacing didn’t appear to cause concern to the Raikage and his party, either. He and his companions gathered in the office and made themselves comfortable. Jomei couldn’t help but wonder about the matters urgent enough to require such a presence for afternoon tea and a chat-- after years without so much as a note of diplomacy between the nations of earth and lightning. “Still better than guard duty” Jomei reaffirmed his belief in thought, and eagerly approached a teapot and tray set upon the back counter. In the name of good hosting, Jomei unclasped his cloak and hung it on a hook in the wall, and revealing himself in an almost casual appearance. He turned his back to the gathering at hand for a brief intermission, and poured himself a steaming mug of old coffee as black as tar, with two sugars and a splash of half and half. With the steam still billowing off the top of his mug as he sipped, Jomei took in a java buzz as he stepped into the circle of his elders and their company. " 'Like what you've done with the place, Lord Hissori" he admitted between loud sips of his drink, "I almost thought we had the wrong office."

He had awoken early in the morning just as everyone else had; they were finally going to meet the Tsuchikage. From the information he had gathered from around the village he had heard that he was a former Kiri Nin, which made him want to meet this man even more. Staring out the window he watched the slow rise of the sun over the horizon; the light slowly began to encompass the whole area. His mind drifted slowly back to the land of Kiri; why couldn't he do anything? Why couldn't anyone save the village? With a quick slam of his fist, he released a stressed sigh. It's been years since the events, and he had no reason to be all worked.

He heard a brief rustling and realized everyone was already getting ready to depart for the meeting. He grabbed his robe, dusted it clean, and placed it on his shoulders. The group was filing out of the door, and Kouin too followed their suit. Walking up a few flights of stairs he began to wonder what sort of direction this will go; for any two nations with living weapons it could go one of two ways. Peace or War. Our goal was to prevent any civil or global distress, and potentially gain an ally as well; though that part relies mostly on responses and reactions, and if they actually meant to kill one of our own.

They reached the door of the Kage; he waited with baited breath for the door to swing open and reveal the visage of the Tsuchikage. He could hear a buzz sound off in the distance, and with that queue the door swung open, and he walked forward with the rest of the group. Though the chair was turned askew, and couldn't see what or who was sitting in it, but he could see the movement of chakra sitting on the chair, but he couldn't tell what it was. So either I'm touching the "Island Smoke" a bit too much, or my Rinnegan isn't what it is, and I'm pretty sure neither of those are possible; might I ask who is in the chair?

Getting a good look at the man, he realized it was none other than Hissori. He was shocked; he never thought he would see the day when a friend became a Kage. Stepping forward he reached out his hand towards Hissori, Greetings once more old Friend. His vision turned back to the chair, and reexamined the chakra. The pattern and flow seemed to be almost completely in sync with Hissori's, which is usually odd in most cases, Would that happen to be the little dog I'd always see running with you Hissori?

A warm smile would greet the first man through the Tsuchikage’s door. That same person was the Raikage Saito Akira. Hissori would inspect the older man carefully as he extended his hand. “It is a pleasure to meet you Raikage-san.” Hissori said as he gave an inquisitive look towards the Raikage as he seemed to not understand what exactly he meant. He had said his name was Akira Saito, but Saito was his clan name. So was all their names Saito, with a bunch of different surnames? It was something that Hissori decide that until he knew the answer he’d just call him Raikage-san.

Hissori would lower his hand if the Raikage would take the opportunity to shake it. Hissori would then listen to the names that were said by the Raikage as he was slowly introduced to his party. Only one of them really stood out as a man he swore he knew from his time in mist, instead the man would wait to see him to make the determination.

“Well, if you all come in, I have tea brewing and sake here as well. You all must be tired from your journey. I can also have my secretary get an intern to bring us food if you are hungry.” Hissori said respectfully as he pulled a chair by the meeting table politely for the other head of state. Within a moment of Akira sitting down, Hissori would turn his attention towards to the other cloud delegates.

The next one through the double doors was the black hair red eye man that seemed to be a much quieter than the Raikage. With a polite bow to the suborniate, Hissori would point to the chairs next to the other Kage. “Help yourself, you are free to sit anywhere you want.” He said as he figured the bodyguard would want to be close to the Raikage as after all that was his job.

Turning to the next person in a man by the name of Tsuyoshi Junko and his brother Aiko, Hissori would offer them a kind pearly white smile in turn. “Ahhh, welcome you two. Medicine is actually how I spent my younger years, it is quite a profession if you give it time.” Hissori told Junko as he looked towards the other brother who was dressed much more casually. “I am sure though if you were trained under the former Raikage, you must be a great ally for the village to have as well.” Hissori mentioned as he looked at them. “Please come in and make yourself comfortable.” Hissori told them point to the couch or the chairs next to the Raikage and the ANBU bodyguard. The next person though was the one that Hissori wanted to meet a man that’s surname was Kaze.

Buru would be the one to smell it first, even with him hiding in the large leather chair facing the window, the lion sized wolfdog would catch the faintness of scents of the ocean. A scent that all former Kirigakure villages had from growing up on the beaches of their tropical island home. Shifting his one hundred and twenty pound frame, the rotating again slowly spun until the snow white canine with the icy blue eyes was facing everyone in the room.

In one smooth and powerful motion, the wolfdog lifted himself off the chair and over the red oak desk and landed in the center of the room. His tail was wagging. The white dog would walk towards the last member of the cloud diplomatic group. The dog wouldn’t say anything yet as he sniffed around the ground of the man before raising up and resting his front paws of Kouin staring into the Rinnegan eyes with his icy blue ones.

“Woof.” The Dog said his tail starting to wag as he gave a long and wet lick to the Kumogakure ANBU sennin. Buru was going in for another lick before Hissori pushed the dog down looking slightly embarrassed and annoyed.

“I am sorry friend sometimes Buru forgets himself. I hope you don’t mind him.” Hissori said as he forgoes the handshake and hugged his former comrade. It wasn’t often that Hissori met another former Kirigakure shinobi or person, their race of people all but extinct from the realm of reality on the world. In fact out of the three people in the room that were of Kirigakure descent, Hissori only knew of one other living Kirigakure native who he had not spoken to in years.

“I am well brother. Please come in and sit down and get comfortable, You are welcome here Kouin-san.” Hissori said his voice for the moment getting thicker with his island accent that years of practice Hissori had found a way to hide. Turning around and with everyone in the room, Hissori closed the door tightly behind them smiling.
“First off, Thank you Jomei and Umashi-san for escorting this delegation to the village. You both are free to stay here and listen in though, I do have to remind you that you two cannot speak to others about what goes on here until things are finalized.” Hissori said to the two subordinates that he had. For Umashi, the man had probably had been in this position before, but for Jomei this was probably his first major exposure to anything beyond his own world. This was a major moment in the history of Iwagakure and probably the same for Kumogakure.

“Thank you Jomei, it is amazing how well I can keep my office when I have someone cleaning it every night.” Hissori joked to the youngest man in the room who was drinking coffee. Making his way across the table to sit down across from the Raikage, Hissori drew in a breath before he gathered himself, hid his Island accent and spot again.

“I am sure you have brought your delegation for something more than a short vacation, but before we discuss business, I have always felt it is necessary to know as much as possible of the people you are negotiating with. How is Kumogakure, and if I may what is your background with the village, how did you become the Raikage?” Hissori said folding his hands on the desk as his green eyes looked intently at Akir

The man from the gates arrived shortly after the Kumogakurean's. Akira nodded to him in response to his greeting, as he raised his head from the nod another shinobi entered the room as well. This man addressed Hissori but seemed to ignore Akira and his group. No matter.

Hissori so far had been an attentive and polite shinobi/leader. He had greeted each of the Cloudy's individually as they entered. For this Akira was thankful, for someone like Aiko it would likely mean much to hear something like that.

What was more interesting was the greeting between Hissori and Kouin. An oversized dog turned around in its seat and let out a bark before pulling itself out of the chair and walking up and then licking the former Mistian. Akira watched with a careful eye as they embraced. They knew each other from another time, the question for Akira was whether this was during Kouin's time as a missing shinobi or as a Mist shinobi.

This was however not the place nor the time to discuss that, he would raise it another time with Kouin.

They all took their seats and Hissori began the meeting, wanting to know more about Akira's background before they got to business.

Nodding his acceptance of this he would begin.

"I will begin with my background with Kumogakure which will end with my time as Raikage and how I came to the position. Then will speak about the village and its current state."

He clarified this so that there wouldn't be any confusion with the timeline of his answer or what he was answering. Clarity was always good in these meetings.

"As I said before, my name is Akira Saito of the Saito Clan. The Saito clan are one of the clans which took part in the second founding of Kumogakure, we have had several but this was when the Saito appeared, it was about eleven hundred years or so ago now. As you might imagine we have a rich history within the village and thus I was able to join the academy at age eight. At an early age I established myself as someone with a wide variety of skills and abilities, as a member of the Saito clan it was thought I would be Taijutsu trained but during my early years I preferred using Ninjutsu.

At the academy I met many great shinobi, both ones who would become my enemies and my closest friends, all shinobi who would enter Cloud's books as legends in their own right. Karubin, Masao, Rin, Akuhei, Daisuke, Shin, these were my friends, shinobi who had their own stories which we do not have time to share, Masao and Rin were Chuunin or ANBU when I was a student, nearly a decade older than me but people who would hold great influence over my younger years, Karubin a relative within the Saito clan, one of Cloud's greatest ever shinobi. Of my enemies I met Ryuuto and Ryuujin, teachers at the time, ANBU Captain and Jounin.

My Genin exam was run by Aion, the Raikage at the time, another legendary figure in Cloud lore, and a shinobi who rose beyond the mortal realm to become the left hand of Raiden, truly a figure to fear. My exam was with Hayata Shin, future Raikage, and two others, we were to take down a murderer who had been cornered. I received a deep wound protecting Shin from an attack which would have been mortal for him, a scar which I still bear."

Akira's hand moved to his collarbone and drew a line down his massive torso to the opposite hip, showing the size of wound which he endured, his entire body had been opened up.

"We took down the murderer, and graduated, at which time I was selected for potential ANBU training, a great honour amongst my clan. After displaying my skills before the ANBU and ANBU Captains I waited to see if I would be selected to be trained by one of them. It was how things were done at the time. I was selected by perhaps the man who would have the greatest influence over my life, Shouten Mitsukai, a man who later would change his name to Shinbatsu, future Raikage. I knew him like none before, and he trained me in combat, an art form of which he had mastered. None were closer than he and I, and even the strongest shinobi feared our combination, though I was still young, and not at my peak.

I trained under Shinbatsu till I was to take my ANBU Exam. At the time ANBU was much different than it is now, a much harsher environment. My exam pit eight trainees against each other, only one could graduate, only one was allowed to leave alive. Of those taking the exam one was trained by Ryuuto, the ANBU Sennin of the time and a man who hated my master, and the fight quickly came down between the two of us, the other six killed by our hands. I took him down quickly, there was no challenge in it, but before I could deliver the killing blow Ryuuto stepped in blocking my blade and moved to strike me down which in turn was blocked by Shinbatsu."

Akira's expression through everything so far was stonelike. He was giving his full background freely, it wasn't something that he was concerned about, everything he was saying had been written down in booked which featured in the Kumogakurean library, books about former Sennin and their stories. But the books of Akira never seemed to truly end, for he still lived.

"I graduated to ANBU and the first great Demon war began almost simultaneously. It was during this that I learned my own limitations, and the village learned of the lack of limitations of my master. He single handedly took down the leader of the demon army while their second was taken down by a team of Cloud's strongest.

The feud between Ryuuto and Shinbatsu increased, and Ryuuto was now both ANBU Sennin and Raikage. During the aftermath my feud with his brother Ryuujin increased as well, though I was still no match in combat, he had performed terrible acts against the village and I was getting the evidence I needed to act. Unfortunately Ryuuto found out and I was called to a meeting on the rooftops of Cloud where I was ambushed by both Ryuuto and Ryuujin. Karubin appeared as did Shinbatsu who was in a horrid rage. I could see that Shinbatsu wanted to murder Ryuuto and Ryuujin there and then, and between us we could do so without issue, but I could see the harm this would do to Shinbatsu's reputation which was growing stronger among the ANBU.

I told him to leave, that I would deal with them alone. He trusted me, and left them with a warning, that should I die then they would be next. They initiated combat, and I fought as hard as I could at the time, dealing significant damage to Ryuujin, but I was easily taken down in the end.

My records were burned, and I was cast from Cloud, left to wander the world alone and villageless. I went to another shinobi village where I worked as a mercenary and trained their shinobi. Then word of Shinbatsu becoming Raikage reached my ears and I returned to Cloud. He had cast Ryuujin and Ryuuto from the village in the same way they had done to me, they had no way to stand against him in his rage, in addition he was already becoming a figurehead of a new religion. A cult of Shinbatsu had sprung up, believing him to be a new god who walked among men, much like Aion except this one had a much larger following and existed before his eventual ascension.

Taking the position of Raikage through force he was welcomed by the village. Rin became ANBU Sennin, and I returned to the village, my records recreated and I was treated as a kind of hero for my sacrifice had been what had enabled this to happen. I found myself part of the church of Shinbatsu, a kind of avatar of him, his only disciple, the only man to have trained under the god.

He took a breath to let all that sink in before he continued.

After this there was a period of calm. Shinbatsu's position as Raikage meant that most avoided crossing shinobi of Cloud, yet Rin and Masao retired and I took the mantle of Sennin. Shinbatsu ascended in a display of power only those who witnessed it could believe, and after his reign which had forced a peace on the country ended, the peace continued for nearly fifteen years. If nothing else that was the power of the man.

A war broke out between Marsh and Bear Countries which I led a joint shinobi force into, shinobi from Mist, Cloud and Star villages, as well as several missing shinobi. After this war I retired as I was getting older in Shinobi years and had witnessed much. I wanted to take a pilgrimage and see if I could find a way to communicate with Shinbatsu again.

It was during that when I lost my eye. I was ambushed during my travels by a group of missing nin making a profit in the black market by hunting down shinobi with bloodlines and selling them to nobles. The bloodlines, not the shinobi. My right eye was taken from me and I was kept alive simply as a vessal to keep my right eye fresh. I wasted away for almost a year waiting for my usefulness to be spent before I was saved by my pet monkey Mojo.

He looked at the dog and then back to Hissori.

"We went to flee for I didn't have the strength to fight, let alone this many shinobi. It was then when my mission was finally successful. I found a blade when I was trapped in a room, it flew to my hand, and granted me power beyond what I could hope for. My muscles were renewed, and then the weapon enveloped my body with an armour. I killed everyone there, the armour giving me the ability to fight endlessly, the voice of my master once more in my mind.

I returned to Cloud and took up the position of ANBU Sennin once more, though I retired again a few year later to take up the work of a blacksmith. I had found peace, and I was happy.

The world had other things in store however. Rin and Masao returned from their long absence and took up positions as ANBU and Main branch Sennin's, Shin was Raikage. A young man trained by my friend Akuhei, named Kushin was the Medical Sennin. The village was strong with their leadership, and I received visits from all in my small village. But Rin came to take me back to Cloud, telling me they needed me there, so I returned and became a blacksmith for the ANBU.

I hid from the politics of the world until I found out that Rin and Masao had been killed by a group of shinobi, Masao in a final act of bravery where he sacrificed himself to kill their leader. But I was too late in my awareness, for I had no idea that a plot to kill Shin had begun.

Kushin retired and Daisuke replaced him as Medical Sennin, the new Main branch Sennin was often absent, and the ANBU sennin was unwell. Shin was scared and put the village on lockdown for over a year, and none of this brought me out from my pit.

Then Shin was murdered, Daisuke his only ally, and so I lost two of my closest friends.

His eye flickered with a rage, a rage he would remember till the day he died.

"Her name was Haruka, and with a family member and a shinobi from Mist they slaughtered my friends. She then killed the Mist shinobi, and I was made ANBU Sennin for the third time. Haruka was made Raikage, but with Junko's help we managed to find enough evidence to locate the killer, but she was aware of us by then and fled the village. I took the title of Raikage by force. I removed the council of the village from power having proven them to be corrupt, they murdered a dozen or so ANBU to keep their secret, and sent the new ANBU Sennin to hunt Haruka down.

An investigation was held into my actions, ordered by myself. I gave full access to both my ANBU Sennin and the Main Branch Sennin to do what they needed. They found that my actions were true, and the village accepted me as the new Raikage. Since then the biggest thing that's happened is Kouin here tore into the village, killed two ANBU, hospitalized the ANBU Sennin as well as Hyazo here. I confronted him and he swore allegiance to Cloud on Shinbatsu's name."

At the last part a small smile found its way to his face. He was amused by the whole thing in a way, but he'd been proven correct in his decision so far. The branch was working well, and Kouin was being watched closely by the ANBU in turn.

"As for the village, I mentioned that Shin had placed the village in lockdown. This meant that trade stalled, the village was stagnant and although he did so for the safety of Cloud shinobi it had caused descent which possibly is how he died in the first place. The village has seemingly done well with the more open policy I have used, and the fear that Cloud had during that time replaced. It will take time, but I wanted to remind my people that they had nothing to fear, we are Cloud shinobi after all, fear only blinds us to that truth like a genjutsu. I believe that this is slowly being accepted, and the village seems to be prospering with many smaller business owners getting a larger share in the economy than they had been able to before the lockdown.

Kouin here in a way was another example of this for me as well. By placing a missing nin as Sennin it demonstrated my lack of fear of missing shinobi to the people, and showed them that if dealt with the right way that perhaps they can aid the village rather than plague it.

He nodded to Kouin, almost a thank you, after all he had effectively played right into Akira's hand. The ANBU talked about needing to let go of all bonds, that they were ANBU and thus couldn't afford to have them, but the way they had reacted when two of their number had died and Akira chosen the new Sennin as their murderer had also enabled him to cleans the ANBU of those unable to do their duty according to how they were meant to.

Every move Akira had made as Raikage had been with the most careful of steps, every action with motives whether understood or not. Perhaps a weaker kage couldn't have managed it, for those who disagreed with him wouldn't move against him out of fear.

So then. I believe it's only fair for you to do the same Hissori, tell me your history, how you became Tsuchikage and how this village is currently.

He knew there had been hardships recently, but not ones caused by his leadership, rather external forces moving against the village. Among the villages it was one of the stronger villages, but still it was rumored to fall far behind Cloud and Sand as they currently stood, a distant third, but this wasn't why Akira wanted to meet with them.

[OOC: Sorry for the length, but Akira's background is massive, and this was a brief version.]

Standing next to the Saito he would examine all of those in the room. 'One, Two, Three, Four, Five, and Six.' marking everyone close with his eyes. There was no Kekkei Genkai active in them He wasnt of the Uchiha or Hyuuga, but he did respect the ideals of the occupants in this room. Zo would simply listen, as if this were a lesson to him about the runnings of the village how to go about diplomacy and what goes through the mind of a passerby. Zo wanted to be like him. And as he heard the accolades of this man, everything he'd been through that led him to this position of power. He would smile and nod... Until he reached the part about Kouin... Then Zo would eye Kouin then look down at his 'arm'... this was a fake prosthetic that worked off of his chakra but it was still not giving him alot to hinge on... Zo still wanted to take Kouin's Arm. He would one day but tha day was not today. The only reaction for now... a clenching of the teeth and balling of his fist only to be quickly released with a small huff of air..

He'd wait. Listening to both sides... as this would be getting interesting.

Nodding to Hissori and simply replying with an "Aye." It was simple but seeing as how there wasn't much else for Umashi to say, he'd mind his tongue for the moment. That being said, he was definitely enamored by the Raikages story. The guy ought to truly write a book.

The Prodigy Brothers said:

Rp said:

“Ahhh, welcome you two. Medicine is actually how I spent my younger years, it is quite a profession if you give it time.”

"Yes indeed. The medical field is a part of me. An extension of myself to be precise. Junko said giving a nod.

“I am sure though if you were trained under the former Raikage, you must be a great ally for the village to have as well.”

"Yes sir, a simple component of many, working to create a bigger whole." Aiko said with a gentle smile.

“Please come in and make yourself comfortable.”

Motioning towards the chairs next to the Raikage, the Prodigy Brothers took their seats. Immediately, the legendary eyes of the brothers caught hint of the dancing chakra flame in the seat. Making mental notes, they knew that the being would reveal itself sooner or later. Interestingly enough, the chakra seemed somewhat similar to the Tsuchikage, as if they were linked. To Junkos knowledge involving bloodlines, the chakra network, and jutsu, he knew the Aburame, inuzuka, clones, paths, or things such as stunt doubles could have such a link in chakra. The only question was, which was it. Surprisingly, the question was answered rather quickly upon Kouins intriguing greeting the brothers took note of.

"So either I'm touching the "Island Smoke" a bit too much, or my Rinnegan isn't what it is, and I'm pretty sure neither of those are possible; might I ask who is in the chair?"

"He possesses the rinnegan. Interesting." Junko thought as the chair twisted, revealing the icy white, blue eyed canine. As the dog leaped, the brothers were unbothered as the dog didn't give off any dark demeanor. As things soon calmed, Aiko found found himself sipping hot tea as the Raikage began his life story.

Listening, it was similar to the same story Junko had heard during their time getting to know each other. He helped Junko grow, somewhat molding him as if it was for a bigger purpose. It was interesting to say the least, the way the giant carried himself, stayed steps ahead, spoke, and always had a bigger plan in mind. Looking towards the ANBU sennin, Junko could still feel it in his gut that he was a wild pawn, manipulated and controlled by the Raikage. Or was that left over frustration due to the Raikage mentioning Daisuke and shins death? The senseis of the prodigy brothers that not only taught them, but became as close as family. The closest things the two boys ever had to real father figures.

Despite their emotional attachment, the brothers would seem unbothered as they kept their emotions in check. Aiko sipped his tea as Junko simply listened carefully. Surviving the cold streets of kumogakure and venturing outside the village would change any man, but with their recent operations outside the village, their very souls and mentality had morphed. It had been some years since their sensei's deaths, they had their time to grieve, and now was time for business. Getting caught up in the past with emotions wouldn't be good for this particular meeting like how Hyazo showed a small sign of, which was easily caught by Aiko's Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan behind his contact lenses. Ignoring this split second flare of emotion, Aiko continued to sip.

This meeting had only just begun. Soon, it would be time to feel how the heat rises or falls.

The young ninja Jomei had a meager presence within the meeting, and listened eagerly as the Raikage told him and his kin about the path he had taken to become the man seated before them today. His story was an inspiring tale; one that demystified Raikage Akira, and painted the portrait of an honorable man who mirrored the qualities of his own Tsuchikage, Lord Hissori. To the back of the meeting, Jomei took a few slow paces around the office until he found a seat where the shade was split by the light breaching the windowsill, and sat with his back facing the Cityscape of Maruishi. Jomei took small sips of his espresso, using the flavor to break up the cringe-worthy moments during the meeting when the room fell silent between words, and the tension would peak before breaking like a wave in the surf.

Hissori would watch carefully as the room settled in for the prolonged meeting. While most shinobi were not use to this type of setting, Hissori had grown up in rooms like this doing these type of things. This may have not been knowledge that the Raikage, but the relaxed and interested position Hissori took in his seat showed he was ready to learn about the man.

Taking a sip of his tea, Hissori would listen to the man tell his story about his life and in so give a brief story of Kumogakure. That was one thing that Hissori wanted, knowing what Kumogakure was like could be gathered from Akira’s description of his life there.

The life that Akira told was one that one could expect from such an elder statesman of the world. A live of battles and harsh prospects, the loss of friends and family, and everything that came with living in such a violent world. It was something that Hissori had come to deal with in his time in Kirigakure, and how all of that ended.

He would nod a long with the story that Akira was weaving and take a small sip of his tea. It was certainly a very interesting one. With a bit of a nod Hissori would pause and process everything that Akira said before starting his own story.

“Well, like you know Akira-San, my name is Ii Hissori. I come from the Inuzuka clan in Kirigakure. We were a clan of stalkers and trackers that resided in the village. My family had lived on the island for generation with the rest of the pack. Honestly, I never really understood how a pack of wolves and basically wild humans got roped into reside in an island village. The myth was that before the founding of the village, the Inuzuka clan that stayed in the village was ship wrecked coming from the fire country and heading towards the wind country.

When they crashed, the pack settled in the island finding them habitable. Generations past and we found ourselves working as the villages ANBU trackers as well as high level trackers as well. Just as close as we were with dogs, we were just as close with the village that formed.”
Hissori would quip as he would take a sip of his drink to move on to the next part of his story.

“Anyway, when I was born, my mother was a shinobi who became a housewife, and my father was a senior ANBU. Like most of the kids in the Inuzaka pack, we grew up all together playing and developing noraml social skills till the age of eight when we all entered the village’s shinobi academy.

My time there was rather normal. I wasn’t outstanding when it came to the field activities though all the teachers said I picked up on the methods quickly. When I was ten years old and about to graduate the academy I was given my ninken, Buru who still lives with me to this day.”
Hissori said a head going onto the large skull of the dog. Buru was easily able to see over the table and even without a chair, his icy blue eyes looking around at the group obviously gathering information in his canine brain.

“After graduating, I was not selected to follow in my father’s footsteps to join the ANBU branch. Instead I was put in a group of three other recent graduates as the stealthiest of the group. For the next two years we spent working together and growing as a shinobi and as a group. That was until a mission we were on a large island that had been infested with pirates.

During the mission, I fell from a tree, and shattered my leg. Foot, Ankle, Tibia, Fibula were all broken. Luckily for me, our squad leader was a former medic who was able heal some of it. Most of the bad injuries like the compound break and shattered ankle were stabilized enough that I was able to be sent back to Kirigakure where after ten hours of surgery my leg was put back together. Funny, enough now my leg is mostly metal than actual bone.”
Hissori said pausing as he rubbed his injured leg. He wouldn’t go showing off the large scar that boy had since his young teenage years during an important meeting that was a thing for the ladies to see. Starting up again, Hissori licked his lips before speaking.

“Unfortunately, after the injury like you may suspect my active shinobi career was basically over. For two whole weeks I spent in the hospital and then for the next seven months I was forced to walk on crutches and basically relearning how to walk on the bad leg. This time did open up new avenues for me.

By spending all the time in the rehab facility and in the hospital in general, I fell in love with medicine. Most of the time when I wasn’t trying to strength the leg again, I was reading up on medical jutsu, the procedure that saved my leg, and general medical practices. Towards the end of my rehabilitation, I started asking about how I could join the medical corps on an inactive roster schedule, and passed my test when it came up.”
Hissori said smiling a bit remembering fondly back on getting his acceptance letter into the force of medics.

“Starting off my tenure as a medic in training, I was placed in the research division where I met my sensei and teacher Nokugara Koroki. When I started we were working on research to make Sharingan implants easier for the transplant’s body to accept. Needless to say I took this research incredibly easily. I discovered a plasmid in blood that had properties that were related to the chakra system the human had. If you were able to match this plasmid according to the donator’s eye, there would be a much higher chance of success during the surgery and recovery.

Koroki helped me publish this work and it was the first time I was ever featured in a journal. From there I was promoted to medic, and when the medical sennin was elected as the Mizukage, and my teacher was put in charge of the medical division, I became the head of the research branch. Of course, it was really just me and a secretary, but that was my first leadership position.”
Hissori said as rolled his shoulders and paused to take a sip of his drink as to make it so his voice did not waver.

“However, I wouldn’t stay in that role long. Continuing my research on the plasmid lead to probably my biggest discovery. Through researching it, I isolated the plasmid and was able to determine it was related to the type of chakra the persons were naturally affiliated with. However, by using the Mizukage’s blood I made my most shocking discovery.

Mizukage Yojimbo was gifted with the ability of the Rikudo Sennin, when I studied his blood I found that his plasmid had none of the antibodies most of the plasmid did, and more importantly, when someone else’s plasmid came in contact with a Rikudo’s Sennin charka, it was converted into the originally found blank plasmid. It was rather shocking for myself, but I postulated that by injecting some of that plasmid into a living human’s body, a person could artificially contract the gift of the Rinnegan. As you would expect a discovery of this magnitude shook Kirigakure’s hospital, and at the age of thirteen I became the youngest Medical chief in the village’s history. There was a bit of a double edge sword with this promotion however.

One the positive hand, the Sennin who at this point was a man by the name of Isaki Karurosu put in me in contact with some of the best tutors for my oration, and personally tutored me on how to mature into a better leader. Sadly, the promotion also meant that I lost my freedom to do research as much more of my time was dedicated to the hospital and shinobi force as a whole.”
Hissori said as he then paused just a bit to reflect on how to phrase what he wanted to say next. Hissori had felt that because Akira had been opened with him, Hissori would be open with the man as well as a sign of trust and so he wanted to tell him everything he could about his past.

“Because of this development, I was never able to complete my research on Yojimbo’s blood. My personal research fell to the side of doing paperwork, and mission briefs as well as overseeing surgeries and patient recovery. It was certainly a great learning experience for me, but for the next three years I had to fight to be taken seriously.

It was rough and a bit shaky if I am being honest, but at the end having to fight off people questioning my decisions when they had as much experience as I was alive was good for me. I developed quickly, and by the time I was sixteen, I was the right hand man of the sennin Karurosu. When he left, actually for Kumogakure, I was placed as interim medical sennin, and would be considered the last medical sennin of the village.”
Hissori’s tone slowly changing from a jovial one to a much gloomier tone.

“During my time as head of the branch, the village’s environment started to change. The world around the volcano we were stationed in kept getting colder and colder, and soon the temperature drops were starting to become unbearable. Even for us Inuzaka, the first snowflakes the village had even seen came to us as a shock, and when the village’s temperature had started to dip into the negatives, it became too much for the village to sustain.

Some say, the village had angered the Gods of the volcano who cursed us with something we could not expect or deal with. Others say, a shinobi cursed us when he was forced to leave the village against his will. I truthfully don’t know what happened and wish I did, but alas as Kouin can tell you the village was dying. Freezing over in fact.

I… I was the last one out. After all I was trying to save as many people as I could from the great freeze of Kirigakure. In fact, I may have been the last one to ever walk out the hospital, and down on the once tropical beach. I was such a sad site seeing everything in front of me freezing over, but I left and journeyed out into the blizzard.”
Hissori said his emerald eyes finally falling from his gaze at the Raikage to the finished oak table top. He took a moment to gather himself. Nothing really cut him deeper than the loss of his whole village. Family members, pack members, patients, everyone gone in the span of a couple of months that slowly destroyed his home. Not to mention the fact of the things he had to do on the way out. Taking in a deep breath, Hissori would start again as his hand came off of Buru’s head and back onto the desk.

“Candidly, I shouldn’t have survived the trek out of the blizzard zone as I did. The trip over the frozen water was a dangerous one and I eventually gave in to the cold and passed out. When I awoke though, I had been saved by the spirits of the land who said I had a lot left to accomplish in the world. Because of this, I was able to make it to the safety of the outlying islands which were not as badly affective.

From there I spent the next three years traveling and learning. I really was a shinobi without a home to protect, and was a true mercenary. Whoever needed to be healed and could pay would get me. I went from country to country trying to figure out what to do with myself. I never really lasted that long in one place or another.

Maybe it was because of who was paying me, but they always did something to annoy me and end the contract. Bouncing around, I went to countries like the wind country, moon country, fire country and iron country taking on independent contracts for some time. It was a great learning experience for different cultures and medical style. And honestly it wasn’t that bad for the wallet.”
Hissori said slightly forcing small chuckle as he tried to shade over the inward depression he felt about bring up his past village.

“Sometime during my third year as a mercenary, I came to Earth Country in look for work and boy did I find it. Stumbling upon the large gates that you came through, I was greeted by their medical “leader” if you were to call him that. The man, Keita, was a religious leader of the village and when I gave him my resume, he seized upon me to offer me another medical chief position as the head of the civilian’s clinic.

The clinic itself was rundown to the point, I am surprised it saved any lives at all. Within the negotiations I was allowed to get the rare privilegeH to make and design a brand new modern hospital. Of course, a rather accident village like this was resistant to the change, but slowly and respectfully I worked over the higher up and the people and created the Hope Hospital.

The Hope hospital is honestly the greatest achievement in my life to date. A state of the art level four hospital which serves not only the civilians of this duel village, but the shinobi forces of Iwagakure. It was built with the thought of serving as a symbol of the evolution of the village. It was built with the first level having places for religious meetings and spiritual relaxation that serves not only the religion of Iwagakure, but most of the religions I saw in my travels. The second floor of the hospital was a free walk in clinic with a large waiting room fourteen examination rooms, and a free education section for people who wanted to learn more about their body. The third and fourth level is the center of the actual hospital, with teaching rooms, surgical rooms, and inpatient beds. Finally, the fifth level is the offices of the head branches in the hospital as well as the sennin’s hospital office.”
Hissori said twisting his seat and pointing out the large white marble building that he had envisioned and created.

“The most unique thing that I put there however was all of Kirigakure’s research and medical journals as a start of the hospital own public library. I’ve added to it over the years, and currently the library houses something close to four thousand books about medicine, jutsu techniques, and shinobi tactics.

Unfortunately, when I came to the village it was in a major state of upheaval. The village had just elected its first Tsuchikage in over a decade, and then the village received a major influx of shinobi and people because both of the country of Fire, and Kirigakure migrated here when their countries collapsed. The strife of the politics that dealt with this put a major strain on the village.”
Hissori said again another sad sigh leaking into his discussion about his history.

“It came to the head when the former Tsuchikage, Inu Endo was killed for treason by the Daiymo named Minamoto-Kono Haruka. The fight was a bloody one and it nearly destroyed the Titan’s keep. There were a couple of causalities, including the Tsuchikage Inu Endo. Haruka when she struck the killing blow attempted to claim the position of Tsuchikage for herself. Needless to say the village sennins and council were not happy.” Hissori said with a bit of an indifferent shrug to the whole event. Of course, if Akira was keeping a bit of track to what was going on, or maybe had information on when his shinobi was killed, it would be obvious that this was when it happened. In this battle between two Iwagakure political foes, the messenger had fallen amongst the innocence bystanders.

“She used a group of mercenaries to try to enforce her will on the people of the village and a civil war broke out. Most of the sennin’s were dethroned, and it was from this I took over as the official leader of the military branch. Unfortunately, because of this chaos, most of the shinobi force started to work without guidance and structure of the village. Our numbers were devastated and when the dust cleared, Haruka had vanished our threat of her newborn child being kidnapped.

It took more than three years, and when all the dust cleared, I was the only active sennin and the village was left without a military and political leader. It was truly a worrying time that I thought this village was doomed to fail. However, I could not leave this place as it had truthfully become my first home since my homeland had turned into a giant glacier.”
Hissori said showing the maturity he had gained while living in the lands and travelling the seas.

“The council gave the vacant position of Tsuchikage to a Jounin by the name Kazehi Ryu. He certainly was behind the eight ball to begin with and would have been a great Tsuchikage given the proper opportunity to settle in. Unfortunately, that was not what happened.

Instead during a rather normal day, we were attacked. I know this may not make much sense, but we were attacked by giant reptiles which began to try to enter the village. Tsuchikage Ryu, Umashi-san, myself and others fought off the giant beasts, but Tsuchikage Ryu was left gravely wounded and was forced to resign the position.

In an emergency meeting, I finally was assigned to the position of Tsuchikage. Unsurprisingly, I am the first foreign leader the village has ever had. It is a great honor, but there is still a lot of work to be done. I am in the process of remaking my inner cabinet with branch leaders. Such as naming Umashi my successor as the leader and head of the Hope Hospital.

Beyond that, I have been working on trying to establish ties to the village. First, with Umashi’s visit to your village. Then my own personal messenger heading towards the Wind Country as we speak. I hope to establish strong industrial and military ties with both of your countires which leads me to I guess the most important question for this meeting, Why are you here?”
Hissori finished.

It was interesting to Akira as he sat there and listened to the other the difference between them. Akira was older, seasoned, past his prime, but in a position which didn't require him to be at his strongest, and simply required that he use his experience to benefit others around him.

The thing which sang out most about the other was that he clearly felt a need to match Akira, there was competitiveness there. He could tell this as he went on about his life, yet where Akira had glossed over the details this man needed to go into them to have any hope of being able to talk as long about his past as Akira had. It was unnecessary and Akira had tried to make his as brief as he could, highlighting only the most important parts of his life, the parts which made the biggest changes in the briefest way he could.

Yet Hissori spoke in detail about missions he'd been on.

Still, Akira listened politely.

He was proud of the Hope Hospital, it was a good point to know. Cloud was also proud of their medical facilities which had evolved from Akira's childhood due to the efforts of many very talented individuals. Karubin at its heart, Airisuke, Daisuke, Kitsune, Kahako, even Kushin.

There were so many more, but then, it had been interesting watching them all change the hospital in their own way, adding to it.

This might be the best solution to the short term. As such Akira made a mental note.

What was also interesting was the following information about how a former Tsuchikage died, how the Daimyo had attempted to take his position. The interaction between village and country clearly strained, something Akira and Cloud fostered with Lightning Country as its main source of income came from the leaders of the lands which surrounded it.

It was an interesting road to leadership for the Mistian shinobi.

Interesting. He said and nodded his head to the other.

Now that we know more about each other perhaps we can look to how we can help each other, and from there form the foundations of a long lasting alliance?

He would wait for any sign of agreement before then continuing.

You're a medical shinobi at heart, I believe that our medical branch has developed many interesting technologies over the years. Perhaps that would be a good first place to start? I'm sure both villages would benefit from the exchange. Junko here is the second-in-command at Cloud's hospital and I'm sure would be happy to spend some time with your medical leaders sorting out a fair means of exchange if you're willing to have that type of exchange opened?

He might have gone too far describing Junko as the hospital's second. After all, Akira wasn't the Sennin and thus couldn't name her second while she was in charge, nor would he step in and force her to take Junko as such. She could run it how she wanted, but at this time in Akira's mind should she leave Junko would be her replacement. There were no others there who deserved the job more, or who would treasure it as much.

[OOC: I suggest that if you're happy to go ahead with this we end the thread with the following posts which effectively sum up that several hours of meeting passes, different things discussed as potential future intervillage opportunities but nothing set in stone. Even several more meeting taking place over the course of the following week or so but in effect the only agreement being put on paper being the medical interaction. This way we can end this after such massive periods of lack of posting.]

“I would truly be interested in starting to form a long lasting relationship with your village.” The strawberry blonde shinobi replied in kind as he took another small sip of his drink. It was a monumental moment for the two villages to be sitting down and talking peace, trade, and an exchange of idea. In the back of his mind, Hissori was aware of what this meeting meant for the culture of the world.

The people in this world could usher in a new era of unity between the last great shinobi nations that stood. An era where the villages would work together and get past the tensions that three large militaries had when dealing with each other. Of course, it would be a slow process but this man that was sitting across the table from Hissori was certainly interested in attempting this.

The talks would go on for hours. Everything the pair talked about was rather monumental for the isolated village hidden in stone. Economic trading was discussed and potential deals to export materials that stone had incredible amount of surpluses. In turn Hissori got the chance to exchange for unique and advance equipment that the Lightning country had. Finally though, they came to the discussion of what they could do to grow their military and shinobi program’s closer.

“I would be more than willing to have Junko-san here to come stay in Stone and learn about the village’s medical practice. I am sure he will find our herbal medicines extremely interesting as I did when I came here almost a decade ago. If you want, I’ll even give you my apartment, which I own, near the hospital to make the commute easier. “ Hissori said offering a smile at the cloud medic as he then nodded.

“I would like to return the favor as well, though at this point I’d need to have a private meeting with our branch leaders in order to figure out who would benefit the most from this exchange program.” Hissori would comment as he looked down at his wrist spying the time on his watch. Standing up, Hissori would straight out the burgundy and white Tsuchikage robe he had been wearing as he offered a kind smile.

“We’ve been at the meeting table for nearly seven hours now. One thing in my experience has taught me is not to meet or negoiate on an empty stomach. I say we break for an extended period before returning to the table at a later date. If you want my secretary can give you a list of some of the finest resturuants that Inner Marushi has to offer for you to spend your night. I also assume that your group has rooms already selected, or should I straighten that way for you too.” Hissori said signaling for the large white wolf to walk over the door and open it wide for the group to leave. He would finally offer a handshake to the male in a sign of peace before the cloud delegation would depart.

Akira nodded "Very well. Thank you for your time, we have been made to feel most welcome."

He made his way out with his party. They would enjoy the rest of their stay, Akira making sure that jobs had been done and Junko had the time to do what needed to be done.

After all this they would make their way home.

The mission had been a success, they had repaired relations with Stone, and had put an arrangement in place between them.

Zo would stand listening and recording all that he saw for later resolve. He needed to definitely talk to Saito about the coming news.

"Hm." he found himself within a Rock and a cloudy place here... And he didnt much know how to feel about it all. However this would be discussed. And as Saito would leave so would his loyal guard. Bowing as he would make his way out.

He already collected some plant life.... And he'd do some experimenting on it when he got back.... This was going to be an interesting ordeal.[Topic Left]

Listening to the Tsuchikage's story, it was quite unique. Both of the village leaders had trials and tribulations. They struggled, something many individuals didn't have the pleasure of. Struggles turned boys into men, girls into women, soldiers into leaders, and separated average from the elite. Struggles meant hard work and that's what the Tsuyoshi family was all about. Working hard towards the future to achieve happiness was the way of the Tsuyoshi.

As the meeting cut to the chase and really began to flow, the prodigy brothers seemed to focus even more. The Raikage already knew Junko's goal or proposition and he placed it into the flow of the meeting with ease. The Tsuchikage's practice in the medical field was a big help as well. It created many relatable subjects, views, and more. Even the Raikage could relate due to his recent medical training under Junko and overall mindset to further clouds relations.

The prodigy brothers were a team, contributing when needed, and overall strategizing how this operation would occur. Aiko was gentle and was very careful with his brother. He had been away from him once and it was for far too long. So, his brothers safety was a top priority. He knew he could handle himself, but it was in his nature to have his brothers back. Still, he wouldn't let the feeling sway his opinion on things being a good call. This would simply be more hard work for a better future. Of course, Junko would be fine.

Communicating with the group, Junko would use whatever opportunity he had to speak. "As I said during my visit to the hope hospital. I wanted to explore the hospital, research, develop, and simply network. Junko said thinking of the beautiful attraction. "In return, it would be a pleasure to have a member of your village come to kumogakure to do the same. This could be the start of an abridge program to travel, learn, and network." Junko said with a pause. "If this program is a success, further plans in the future could be discussed. Such as a merged research or medical facility between Kumo and stone. Travelers between the two countries could go there for healing. This could be another ground for medical exchange while making new developments side by side. I say this to give my vision and share the potential we could have together. Typically, this is the part in which someone would say, the skies the limit. In my opinion, we can go pass the stars. We'll have no limits. " Junko said finishing up and giving a nod. He'd carefully analyze the responses and the meeting would continue.

Eventually, things would come to an end though. Hours of diplomacy was tiring. It was time to relax a little. Nothing was signed and by the looks of things, another meeting would occur. It would likely be the signing of the agreement and anything extra. Luckily, Junko didn't have the title of Raikage. He was so lazy when it came to doing his paperwork at the office. Handling the Raikages paperwork would likely kill him without a doubt. Standing and taking their leave with the rest of the cloudies, the prodigy brothers gave their good-byes. A review would surely be written up of today's work and everything was recorded using the snapshot jutsu to analyze later.

Standing outside and looking at the clear sky, Junko took out an herbal cig and placed it between his lips. Igniting the cig with his lighter, he exhaled a cloud of smoke. His brother placed a hand on his shoulder and gave a small nod with a gentle smirk. He was referred to as the second in command, something he enjoyed, especially coming from the Raikage. Knowing that the particular decision was up to Kahako, Junko didn't let it all go to his head. He wasn't into rank much, but the fact that Junko held a meeting with Saito-sama and Junko needing experience before he could lead was mentioned. Now, he believed Junko worthy enough to do the job if Kahako was to ever drop down.

"Sensei Daisuke.... Continue to watch me from above. Your student has been truly moving forward as you asked." Junko thought before stepping to follow the group. A miniature smirk crept upon his face. Today was a good day.
