His targets have little in common and he has been labeled a serial killer because we can only be sure that he has killed people and not why. If he is a trained assassin or a serial killer, we cannot be sure but considering the range of targets he has successfully killed he has earned himself A Rank status.[lb][/lb] Additional Information: Seen as departing Sunagakure's gates as reported by Aiyo Shinbatsu, she was too far ahead of him and he was unable to catch her. This entry is NOT considered to be a repetitive entry, meaning there is only ONE of her to catch. Once she is caught, there will not be another chance to catch her unless she is 'let' go. She is considered to be dangerous, you may use lethal force on her but if you do you must provide proof of her death to be provided mission rewards. If this entry has been killed or captured, notify a council person so that this entry may be removed and replaced with a new one. I have completed my mission, what now?
