Description:
With white hair and pale skin, consequences of living his entire life underground perhaps as melanin was necessary. He has a runic symbol on his chest that resembles a phoenix but it would be unlikely visualized through his lightly armored attire. He does carry basic weapons such as knives and makes no effort to conceal them. His face is often brooding and serious. He is most likely to be found in a place of learning, his slender fit body and casual lightly armored attire will likely stand out next to others researching various tomes.[lb][/lb]

A capable shinobi, he has shown a natural skill with stealth but the extent of his abilities is wholly unknown. Killing him will not keep him down, he always comes back to life. Restraining or boxing up the body is also ineffective, we have no idea where he is getting the bodies.[lb][/lb]

Description of Charges:
Goro was a shinobi student who graduated with honors, often the most studious is not the top student in a shinobi academy due to the physical requirements coupled with mental dexterity. He had a rather uneventful Genin-hood as well and became a Medic despite being better suited for ANBU. It was not realized until much later that he was purposefully killing off some of his patients with the intention of bringing them back to life so that he could learn the secrets of life and death. We fear that he has done such, while not physically powerful he does not seem to be able to die completely. Once his offense was discovered, he escaped but he never left Sunagakure. Twice before ANBU found him and ran him through, each time he should have died and DID. But every time he died, AND his body even monitored he came back to life from seemingly nothing. His body remained dead. CAPTURE HIM and bring him back to us.
