This charismatic individual used to work as a sensei at the shinobi academy after he became a Chuunin. Well-liked among the students and other faculty. He tends to use very polite conversation and tends to very quickly create a positive rapport with those around them. He dresses traditionally, preferring a kimono to blue jeans and a T-shirt and very formal language. Grey eyes and hair, he is well-groomed.[lb][/lb] Type of Fighter: He dual wields a pair of katanas and is part of the Nanjiro clan. He is sly but not stealthy, very capable of making the surprise attack, he does not do this through advanced jutsus but rather through conversation and slight of hand. [lb][/lb] Last Seen: Few months ago [lb][/lb] Charges: Assault, Murder and attempted Rape. [lb][/lb] Description of Charges: It was a surprise to us all when a string of murders at the Academy were investigated by the ANBU. We discovered that one of the instructors (Shiba) had assaulted and murdered several of the other instructors and varied academy staff because he felt they had affections for one of the other instructors, a Miss Obata Ai. Apparently he felt the need to kill any and all other suitors. He fled upon suspicion to Soons Haven where he took on an assumed name -- Shigenobu. He lured Obata Ai to Soons Haven, claiming to be a long-lost relative and when she arrived she was sexually assaulted. He was unsuccessful, some of the local authorities in Soons Haven heard her cries for help and subdued Shiba. He was transported back to Sunagakure but considered unfit for trial so he was placed in the Asylum from which he escaped during the Cabal attack. We believe that Miss Obata Ai is in grave danger. This mission is considered to be C Rank, so if you are C Rank or above, you may do this mission. What are the rewards for Solo Missions? This is an C Rank Mission, for completing an C Rank Mission you will earn 4,000 Yen. What is the required word count for this mission? This is an C-Rank mission, the word-count requirement is 700 Words. Someone else has already caught this BINGO Book entry, what now? This entry is NOT considered to be a repetitive entry, meaning there is only ONE of him to catch. Once he is caught, there will not be another chance to catch him unless he is 'let' go. He is considered to be dangerous, you may use lethal force on him but if you do you must provide proof of his death to be provided mission rewards. In addition, it is expected that you protect Ai. If this entry has been killed or captured, notify a council person so that this entry may be removed and replaced with a new one. I have completed my mission, what now? Drop you mission off in character (IC) HERE. I am not from Sunagakure but I am visiting and I would like to perform a solo mission listed, is that OK? YES! While you are always welcome to join our community (and we do encourage it), leaving people out of the fun goes against the out of character spirit of this community. You can serve as a mercenary or a helpful foreigner and complete these missions as well, just keep it in character and drop your mission off at the office as listed above but re-linked HERE.
