Description:
A pretty young woman in her early twenties with blonde hair that falls in ringlets about a heart-shaped face and large grey eyes. She looks rather sane for the most part, less her attire with his often far too warm for the region we live in. She often dresses in layers, leaving only her head and hands exposed. She could be seen as exceedingly modest in her attire choices, button down dress shirts and long sleeve shirts beneath often a thick jacket and always long pants. She wears boots instead of dress shoes or sneakers, always durable and often well-worn. She had many markings that could help identify her but they are all under her garb. Thick purple scars and remnants from old thermal injuries cover her skin. While these injuries have long-healed, the marks they left in their wake go deeper than flesh alone. Her eyes appear dead, somber and fearful. [lb][/lb]

She was a new graduate Genin at the time she was placed in the asylum. It is safe to assume that she knows most E-Rank techniques. She does not have a known preferance for a singular fighting style yet but considering her injuries it is likely that she will not use fire attacks and that she dislikes the appearance of blood. Description of Charges:
A victim of terrible circumstance, this young woman was one of the many victims of the Cabal. When the Cabal attacked Sunagakure, the shinobi forces attempted to muster an organized response but they were taken by surprise. Kana was attempting to enlist in the ANBU program as a new AiT when the Cabal broke into the Obsidian Palace. She fled, or at least tried to but as the bars receded that held back the worst society had to offer she was run down by a terrible sadist. She spent three days being tortured and lord knows what else before she was left for dead, barely more than a quivering mass of flesh. She was found, or what was left of her, in a dumpster in the Black Market. The Medics revived her but perhaps it would have been a kindness to let her die. She has not been right since, mute and self-destructive since. We do not know what will happen now that she is out in society nor do we know if she is dangerous but we do know that she should not be left in society. Please recover her and bring her back to the Omni Prime Medical Center so that she can get the treatment and care that she needs.
