Description:
Little is known about Sota, he was found wandering the maelstrom near the Toraono Dojo. How such a young, sickly child could survive in the sandstorm is unknown but it was a matter of interest. This 'child' for a lack of a better term was never conscripted into the shinobi academy nor does he have access to any known shinobi techniques, however this 'child' is an interest to the village. It has been determined that he is not entirely human, what he actually is can only be assumed. He escaped from the Omni Prime Medical Center Lab, wearing only a labcoat. His hair is shaggy and blue-grey, but his face stands out in a remarkable manner. His face seemingly resembles a mask without crease or flaw. While he appears to be no older than 15, his actual age can only be assumed. He is fairly tall for his age, standing at six foot even giving him a gangly appearance. He has poor posture, his back almost kyphotic. His eyes almost pure black, like a pair of inky pits against nearly grey flesh.

No official charges have been leveled, but he is not considered a citizen or a civilian with normal rights. He is considered the escaped property of the Omni Prime Medical Center. He is wanted alive.[lb][/lb]
Description of Charges:
The subject of research at the Omni Prime Medical Center, the boy given the name Sota by the medical technicians, escaped when the lab was not locked down properly. There were no reported injuries in the course of his escape nor was there any property damage. Sightings of a suspicious-appearing boy have been reported in the Ruins of the Kazekage Tower.
He was recaptured by a low-ranking shinobi and put away after his last escape from the Omni Prime Medical Center shortly before the Cabal attacked. He was returned to his treatment plan in the Asylum but it would appear that he has once again broken out but this time he had assistance. We do not know who helped him or why but we assume that he was not the intended target of the rescue. (In reality he was the target of the rescue and he is presently in Sora and in the process of being brain-washed. There will be no more information than the fact that this youth was being brain-washed by someone for 'some reason' learned from this mission but this may lead to new missions if the player wants to pursue this).
