Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Blind Unlucky [Going Missing]

Watashi stared out through the gate of the Cloud Village, gazing out at the scenery that lay beyond it. The vast mountains, the freedom that it all contained. Watashi could almost see it but there was a little thing called blindness stopping him from actually seeing.

The lad pulled one of the rocks out of his pocket and flung it out into the great unknown too, listening to hear it clattering to the ground shortly after the Blind Lad tossed it. It clattered to the ground pretty quickly. The boy didn't exactly have the best of throwing arms.

"Well, what am I waiting around for," The blind boy muttered, striding through the gate. "I've been out there before. The taco place closes at eight. I can't just be standing around here."

Whistling a carefree tune, Watashi pulled out the little air horn out of the other pocket, beginning to toot it. He was going to get tacos after all, it was going to be a celebration!

HONK HONK HONK HONK HONK

Momo was surprised to be invited to some place called Taco bell by Watashi the boy was happy to see that he actually made some connection with the other boy, the two could be friends and Momo liked that. so the boy quickly made his way to the specified place the blind boy told him to go to. wearing casual clothes, no armor or weapons Momo took his time walking to the place whistling and looking at the nature around the boy was excited at the prospect of eating a taco.

but when he got there he did not see everyone, only Watashi doing his signature war cry the HONK. Momo looked around again to make sure he is not missing the others. disappointed the boy yelled so Watashi can hear him over the mighty war cry.

"HEY MAN, WHERE ARE THE OTHERS ? I DONT SEE THAT WHITE HAIRED SMUG GUY, OR THAT QUITE BLACK HAIRED BOY ? THEY ARE NOT COMING FOR TACOS ? WE CAN DO THIS ANOTHER DAY IF THIS IS NOT GOOD WITH THEM."

[requesting Naohiro]

Dramatically riding towards the gate on a colorful clown bike, the white-haired rogue had an aura of determination. The others had begun to adventure out for the most precious treasure of all, a delicacy that any academy student would die for, tacos. His vehicular device of choice, the common clown bike was having difficulties staying balanced on the rigid terrain around the gate, but for the taste of tacos, Naohiro would be willing to take the risk for additional speed.

“I’m coming, I’m coming!” Naohiro shouted to the others, determined grin on his face, “The tacos are ours for the taking lads!”

The wind blew past the white-haired rogue as he sped over to the others at the gate, his white t-shirt with the logo ‘I LUV TACOS’ shaking in the wind as the determined academy student sped to a stop infront of the others. Giving another wide grin and a confirming nod.

“I’m ready!” Naohiro confirmed as he looked at the others, “Anyone else we’re missing?!”

As Watashi walked across the gate, he stopped just before passing it, hearing the voice of Momo behind him calling out to him.

"Momo, is that you?" The boy shouted back, hand reaching into the bag at his side, moving things around. "I thought I had something in here for you, just give me a second!"

Moving his 200 pack of explosive tags out of the way, handling them with care, Watashi pulled out his scroll that he had kept carefully stowed away for his meeting with Momo again.

Unfurling the piece of paper, Watashi cleared his throat, preparing to read it out load to the other lad before remembering that he could not, infact, read the paper. Sighing, he rolled it back up once again before turning it around, preparing to dramatically unfurl it for Momotaro.

[I regret to inform you that you are a massive nerd and being cool isn't possible until you buy us tacos. Sorry, nerdling!]

well Naohiro finally arrived, Momotaro was waiting for Yuuto to come but before that Watashi came up to him and said that he had something for him. Momo was excited but quickly got annoyed when he figured out what Watashi wanted to say about him. smacking his face with his own palm Momo sighed, he forgot he was dealing with Academy student kids, gotta lower his expectations a lot.

"well since I am the gennin and you are an academy students I gotta be the adult and let you go, just a heads up nerd is a weak insult try harder you can do it I believe in you and your ability to come with some more creative than this. now I gotta go do some mission or something, I dont have money to buy all you guys tacos and if you keep insulting the people you want to cover for you, you wont get it anyway. next time lets do this properly if you want, my time is valuable."

with that Momo turned away and left back to the village, to go do a mission and buy ramen with that money. this was a waste of time, he will have to do more training to compensate for this.

Watashi waved Momo away after hearing that the nerd was a genin, absolutely disgusted by the audacity of the high ranks to show up for tacos and then immediately bail.

Something creation!? Bahh, Watashi was going to show that no-good mission-doing nerdling real creativity. Looking around for Naohiro, he started investigating what the strange wheeled device Naohiro had rode in on.

"Nah, I think it's just the two of us. We'll get to hang out with some tacos now that Momotaro isn't actually coming anymore." Pulling a few strands of fiber off of his rope belt, Watashi started twisting them together into a smaller length of rope.

"Now hold that bike thing still, I know just what it needs." Watashi began to fasten the little clown horn onto the frame of the bike, wrapping it around a few times with the rope before pulling it tight. The lad stepped back to admire his handiwork before remembering that he couldn't see again.

Dusting off his hands, he turned back towards the other side of the gate. "Alright then, toot the horn! We've got tacos to get and we've got money now that we got paid for the pizzas!"

Happily waving his little oar-cane to make sure he didn't fall on his face on the journey to get tacos, the Blind Boy started walking out of the village towards the Outer Village Zone, beginning to chant and hoping to be able to eat soon. "WE LUV TACOS!"

The white-haired rogue watched Momo come up with excuses and comebacks for the nerd insult, all the while his grin just grew wider and wider, clearly amused by the attempts to save face. Reaching down to a horn that Watashi taped to the bike, Naohiro and honked a farewell to Momotaro as he left the gates in shame.

“Good enough insult to work on you!” Naohiro shouted back with a smirk, leaning on the front of the clown bike, honking the clown horn mockingly.

With his amusement done, Naohiro glanced towards Eyes for a moment before giving a thumbs up, not particularly caring that he can’t see it. The white-haired boy then hopped off the clown bike and began to walk off from the gate.

“Guess we get tacos for real without the nerds,” Naohiro said casually, dragging the clown bike with him, “WE LUV TACOS”
