Sharp Insight: If the targeted opponent's Ninjutsu is lower than their Taijutsu, the user's Ninjutsu damage is increased by 10%. If the opponent's Taijutsu is lower than their Ninjutsu, the user's Taijutsu damage is increased by 10%. If both stats are equal, both Ninjutsu and Taijutsu are raised by 5%. (both are equal in Shiori's case)
Offensive Insight: 10% auto-hit to the user's attacks.
Observation: For every AP they spend observing in Defensive Stance, the Quick Learner gains a +1 bonus to Accuracy and +5% Damage against the target they observe stacking up to +3 Accuracy and +15% Damage. If the target changes Style in any way, the bonus is negated, and they will have to observe the enemy in that style in order to gain the bonus again. May only observe 1 target at a time.
Forewarn: May activate up to 2 Activated Auto-dodges a round. The second costing +50% CP.
Adaptability: resists -3 Accuracy and Dodge from terrain effecting techniques such as Hidden Mist or Earthslide River, this amount is reduced from the cumulative debuffs and not per-jutsu. In addition, the user has +1 Dodge against all Delayed attacks, traps and binds.
Prediction: If the opponent uses the same technique as they have previously, the user gains +1 to resist or dodge it. Stacks twice. This buffs cancels if the user switches styles. Basic melee attacks are exempt from this.
Tactical Mind: +1 accuracy with all Mastered jutsu. Additional +.5 accuracy to all attacks every round after the second. Cannot gain more than +4 accuracy on any attack.

Journeyman: Jutsus cost 5% less chakra

Clarity: The user is given a resistance check every round against Genjutsu as opposed to the normal round wait time. The user is always aware that they are in a Genjutsu unless the Genjutsu was treated as a Sneak Attack. This ability cannot be used with Willpower.
Defensive Technique: - When in defensive mode, the player receives -1 to accuracy per +1 to dodge instead of the normal +2 dodge -4 Accuracy defense penalty. The maximum amount of dodge for accuracy they may swap is 4. -10% Damage Taken while in Defensive Mode
Bull's Strength: +5% Weapon Damage Modifier. +3% Suppression and/or +3% Bleeding, depending on which status the weapon is capable of inflicting. Reduces all Natural Negative Accuracy Modifiers from Custom Weapons by -1 to a minimum of 0.

- Riyota - I am fine with leaving Riyota directly out of the fray but if he wishes to involve himself he has my consent as well as my word as a fellow player that I will not let him be killed. As a spectator per ROE you would not be affected by any of the attacks but would still be able to post IC commentary. As a participant, you would need to make sure that your profile is up to date. A lot of the information you would need for your profile can be found in your training and your dojo such as stats, jutsus owned and mastered, abilities, bloodline/core ability, class, weapons, kinjutsu, and inventory. This stuff would need to both be PM'd yo the mod (in a real fight) and be found in your profile at the time you send in your stats (not the time the B mod is called). Since I am also modding and participating and I can see everything, you only need your info in your profile and I am using this as a learning exercise for actual combat for players.
