Sometimes it was hard to believe what could end up in Sunagakure. Despite being so closed off to the world, we still accepted people with open arms. This was how dangerous figures ended up hiding in the shadows until they can enact their treacherous deeds. Uri knew all too well this was the essence of life and chaos. Digging a hole and hiding in it wouldn't protect them from all the dangers the world had to offer, but instead only make it that much closer to home when it found them holed up underground. Now it was more of a risk for the villagers because they had no where else to go, trapped by the one thing they were told was meant to protect them.
Now bandits had invaded their home, a branch of people who were long thought gone from the village, but was no returning looking for some form of retribution. Sunagakure's history was filled with a lot of death and loss that had no answers. These people were demanding explanations that no one had and didn't care. They would bring the cavern down around them and drown everyone in diamond sand. Magnetica had been wreaking havoc upon the underground city for too long and Suna's forces hadn't acted decisively enough. People had been hurt, the village has been considered unsafe and that was unacceptable.
Instead of being put behind a desk to research, Uri was put behind enemy lines, going deep into the less friendly streets of the Red Lights district, a place that housed some of the less savory types in Sunagakure. Over some time, a large tower had been built within the confines of the Palais, and it was being used to help channel this bandit leader's powers to bring greater harm to the village. In Uri's mission dossier he saw the word "deconstruct", a less colorful way of saying "destroy with extreme prejudice". While Uri was an advocate for peace and the advancement of humanity as a whole, he also had a special talent for disrupting that same progression through rather devastating means. The earth was his ally and as long as he remained in contact with it, none would slow his path.
He took multiple approaches. Clones sprinted towards the towers, masking the chuunin's true presence. Magnetica's forces intercepted them and soon they were engulfed in a belch of fire and white smoke. Shouts and screams of pain soon filled the darkened allies of the red-hued district. Nearing, the decoys thinned and Uri was confronted with a small group of guards. Not slowing his pace, he ran at them full speed, sliding at the last moment and passing between the legs of the foremost guardsmen. While their eyes had been on him, they weren't on the trail of white clay left at their feet where he had dragged his hand during his maneuver. As he rolled to his feet, a snap of the fingers later and the last standing group was enveloped in hellfire.
Now the white-haired ninja stood alone, at the base of the tower, looking back at the trails of smoke in his wake. Fate had seen to place them in his village, to harm its people, and Uri had cut their time short. Only thirty seconds passed when Uri was leaving the site of the tower. Strewn along its framework were carefully placed explosive charges that would bring the tower straight down into its foundations. This would avoid any collapse and subsequent damage to the buildings around it. There was an audible snap and the whole district shook. The screech of metal and twisted cables assaulted the air as the tower fell inward on itself, nothing more than a pile of junk now.
