Do you like technological gadgets? How about magic? Welcome to the
planet Dral'galadh, home to the homo superioris, a genetically modded
evolved version of humans. 2,000 years ago, Earth began to collapse in
on itself, giving rise to the need to force evolution in the human race.
The resulting conflict between h. sapiens and h. superioris was an un-
foreseen disaster for life on earth, but a new world opened its arms
to the homeless h. superioris, and gave them a place to start anew.
Dral'galadh isn't perfect - many problems reminiscent of their Terran
roots still plague h. superioris. Will they ever find a way to fix them?
What ever happened to h. sapiens? Are they still out there somewhere?
Burning Steel is a no word count, application-less, fully member-driven
original sci-fi fantasy, with a focus on characters and their personal plot-
lines. Our site plots offer many options for members to get into, and span
a wide range of possibilities. We offer androids, a magical race similar to
the Fae, and several ethnic divisions of h. superioris for play. Designed to
be as easy as possible to get into, the world has a basis, but is loose and
ready to be fleshed out by its members.
