Folded Shuriken
The user creates a small collection of paper shuriken that zoom towards the opponent with surprising accuracy and precision. It is said that some users are even known to have these paper projectiles fold midair into a much larger and more powerful version.

Information
Prequisites: Paper Affinity, C-rank

Rank 1: The user tosses 3 paper shuriken at an opponent dealing 430 damage at +1 accuracy and +1 critical.
Master: The user tosses 4 paper shuriken at an opponent dealing 380 damage at +2 accuracy and +1 critical.

Special Action - Paper Fuuma Shuriken: By paying +20% Cp, the user may condense this Jutsu into a single strike that deals 1490/1860 damage at -2 Accuracy. This strike has an 18%/24% chance of causing the Tear effect.

Rank 1 Cost: 430 Cp
Master Cost: 510 Cp

Notes:
- If used normally each strike has a 25% chance of causing the target to take damage equal to 10% of their current Bleeding damage. Should at least three strikes activate this effect. the victim's bleed rank is increased, or the clone is dispersed if it were a clone.
- The 'Tear' effect raises the bleed level of a normal target and causes them to take half their Bleeding Damage, or disperses clones on a clone target.

Paper Clone
The user of this technique causes their paper techniques to mold into a mirror image of themselves. In doing so they manage to pull off one of the most complex forms of plagiarism known to mankind.

Information
Prequisites: Paper Affinity, C-rank

Rank 1: Creates a Paper Clone that has -6 of the users Secondaries with Hp/Cp equal to 17% of the user`s Max Cp. This clone may use up to Level D Earth and Lightning Ninjutsu at Rank 2. When hit with a melee attack, this clone has a 30% chance to disperse to deal 500 damage and raise the attacker's bleed level.
Master: Creates a Paper Clone that has -5 of the users Secondaries with Hp/Cp equal to 20% of the user`s Max Cp. This clone may use up to Level D Earth and Lightning Ninjutsu at Rank 3, and Level C Earth/Lightning/Fire Ninjutsu at Rank 1. When hit with a melee attack, this clone has a 36% chance to disperse to deal 600 damage and raise the attacker's bleed level.

Special Action: The user may choose to create two clones instead of one. Each has an additional -1 secondary, and the Hp/Cp is divided between them. Jutsu used by these clones are treated one rank lower.

Rank 1 Cost: 630 Cp to initiate, 320 CP/Rnd.
Master Cost: 750 Cp to initiate, 380 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- All clones have 1/4 of the users. Lowest AP can go is .5 AP.
- Once clones run out of Chakra, they disperse.
- Casting this jutsu while it is already active will remove all current paper clones from play.
- Clones cannot create another clone.
- Paper clones take +15% fire damage.
- If a melee attack dealing fire damage triggers the clones disperse effect, the attacker will not be effected due to the clone being burned.

Burst of Confetti
When one strikes a user of paper element they must always anticipate the fact that they might simply hit nothing but a burst of paper. In most scenarios it proves they are a lot harder to pin down than the average shinobi.

Prequisites: Paper Affinity, C-rank

Rank 1: Reflexively auto-dodges an attack, and deals 540 damage to the target with a 12% chance of bleeding.
Master: Reflexively auto-dodges an attack, and deals 640 damage to the target at +1 Accuracy with a 18% chance of bleeding.


Rank 1 Cost: 1.5 Ap, 450 Cp
Master Cost: 1.5 Ap, 560 Cp

Notes:
- This Jutsu is Activated Auto-Dodge
- Does not require handseals and may be used reflexively.
- May only be used once per round, and requires ten seconds of cool down before it may be used again.
- Cannot be used on Genjutsu, while bound, or against successful sneak attacks.
- This does not work against Fire jutsu, or Level S Jutsu.

Origami Shower
A jutsu that summons a sheet of folded paper that rapidly unfolds to reveal a large origami cloud. As expected, this paper cloud then `rains` down a shower of raindrop-like spiraled paper.

Prequisites: Paper Affinity, C-rank

Rank 1: Deals 1080 damage to two targets. This attack has a 12% chance to inflict the 'Tear' effect.
Master: Deals 1350 damage to two targets. This attack has a 18% chance to inflict the 'Tear' effect.

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp, the user may choose one of the following upon initiation by sacrificing the chance for the Tear effect;
- Increase the base damage of this technique by +10%
- Grant a +1 critical with +15% critical damage
