Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

One of the four states of matter, plasma is found in our entire universe, covering everything from the stars in the sky, to the plasma within our bloods. When the ions within plasma are concentrated into a single area, they can unleash a deadly power that can cut even through diamond.

Information
Prerequisites: Plasma Affinity, C-rank

Rank 1: Focuses plasma into a single beam, firing it at a target to deal 1350 damage. This has a 6% chance of activating the 'Overcharge' effect.
Master: Focuses plasma into a single beam, firing it at a target to deal 1690 damage. This has a 9% chance of activating the 'Overcharge' effect.

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp, the user may use this jutsu as a called shot. This takes on any called shot penalties, and has a 18%/24% chance of success. If the 'Overcharge' effect activates, the limb is raised an additional level.

Rank 1 Cost: 450 Cp
Master Cost: 560 Cp

Notes:
- The 'Overcharge' effect allows this jutsu to deal critical damage. If this activates upon a naturally rolled critical hit, then the critical damage is increased to x2.25. This effect cannot be raised passed a 30% chance of activating.

When a large amount plasma is blasted in a wide area, it can deal deadly damage and cause burns that never seem to subside. This burn seems to rip away the top layer of the skin, revealing the sensitive dermis area, where neurons are more prevalent.

Information
Prerequisites: Plasma Affinity, C-rank

Rank 1: The user slings plasma into the air, coating the opponent in burning energy. This deals 1010 damage per round, and causes every attacked made against them to have a 6% chance of activating the 'Sear' effect.
Master: The user slings plasma into the air, coating the opponent in burning energy. This deals 1265 damage per round, and causes every attacked made against them to have a 12% chance of activating the 'Sear' effect.

Rank 1 Cost: 450 Cp, 250 Cp/Rnd
Master Cost: 560 Cp, 280 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- Lasts up to two rounds, and requires a Nin check each round active.
- When 'Seared' the target has a 10% chance of taking critical damage to the attack that hit them. If this is not successful, then they only take +10% damage from the attack. This does not stack.

One of the more fascinating aspecta of plasma is its ability to filament; an effect that allows the gaseous energy to freely flow and in a display of many different colors. This jutsu allows the user to control their plasma chakra even while it branches out and constantly shifts shape and appearance.

Prerequisites: Plasma Affinity, C-rank

Rank 1: Charges plasma chakra to enable it to glow and shift form during attacks; giving the user's Plasma jutsu a 6% chance of being treated as sneak attacks. Additionally, the user's Plasma jutsu have a 12% chance of stunning the target.
Master: Charges plasma chakra to enable it to glow and shift form during attacks; giving the user's Plasma jutsu a 8% chance of being treated as sneak attacks. Additionally, the user's Plasma jutsu have a 18% chance of stunning the target.

Rank 1 Cost: 450 Cp, 250 Cp/Rnd
Master Cost: 560 Cp, 280 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- This effect lasts up to two full rounds; the effects are treatede one rank lower the second round.
- This jutsu only applies to the user's Plasma jutsu.
- The 'Stun' effect lowers the victim's dodge by -2 to the next attack aimed at them, prevents them from auto-dodging it, and gives the attack a +1 critical chance.

Rank 1: The user makes a ninjutsu check against a single target. Upon a successful check the target suffers +10% jutsu costs and -1 Accuracy. If the target does not have the Plasma affinity, their jutsu are modded as if costing an additional +.3 AP.
Master: The user makes a ninjutsu check against a single target at +1. Upon a successful check the target suffers +20% jutsu costs and -1 Accuracy. If the target does not have the Plasma affinity, their jutsu are modded as if costing an additional +.3 AP. If the target does have the Plasma Affinity, their jutsu are modded as if costing an additional +.2 AP.

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp and treating this jutsu one rank lower, the user may have this effect an additional target.

Rank 1 Cost: 450 Cp, 250 Cp/Rnd
Master Cost: 560 Cp, 280 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- This jutsu lasts up to two rounds, and requires a Nin check each round active.
- A target may only suffer the effects of this jutsu for a total of two rounds per battle.
- This does not actually effect Ap costs; only their speed during a round. They may still perform all actions during the round.
