Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Junko opened a letter, which was recently mailed to him for a incredible mission. "Let's see what I must do today!" </COLOR>
Mission said:
Mission: You must meet a group of noble kids within the villages Shinbatsu's path, were you have to teach the group of kids the basics of swordsmen-ship. You must then escort the children home after a long days training. The group consist of three boys that has quite a hard head, so good luck.

Junko prepared a backpack with a plethora of supplies that would surely help with his teaching. Junko grabbed his great Katana on his way out which was within it's sheath and placed on a stand. Junko arrived in Shinbatsu's path within twenty to fourth minutes, noticing that no kids were in sight. "Some meeting this is, looks like their late. Reminds me of how late I usually am for missions."<i></i> Junko entered into the huge training area, noticing the place wasn't to populated and the area wasn't torn to bits due to peoples training exercises.

"I remember my first day visiting this place, this was the same place which I met my teacher. Now I guess soon enough, I will be a teacher. Hopefully I'm a good teacher because I'm still learning myself."<i></i> Junko pulled out wooden training katanas and placed them near some training dummies in the training area.

Laughter filled the quiet gap in the air that Junko seemed to enjoy for the moment. The group of boys had finally arrived! "Well you guys let's cut the laughing out early, shall we! I'm here on a mission and so far I haven't failed a mission yet, so you can probably guess I don't intend on failing this one!" The boys mouths closed quickly as they realized, it was time to get serious. "Over to the dummies! Let's get these basics drilled into your head! welcome to swordsmen-ship!"

As the boys picked up the wooden katanas they all formed their fighting stance. "As we move throughout the day we will focus on balance! This is the key to becoming a great swordsmen. At the end of today is when we will begin introductions. Let's get the hard stuff out of the way." As the kids began to hammer down upon the dummies with many combos, Junko would give advice and teach what he knew. As hours passed, Junko would end on a good note to end the training.

"From the words of my sensei Daisuke,Kendo (the way of the sword) also known as kenjutsu (art of the sword) is what I'll teach now. There are legends that state if you become one with your sword, then your sword will develop a heart of its own. "Heart of the sword" is the name of the tale, I believe. I don't believe in such wise tales, but perhaps there is something to it."

"Anyway, within kendo are two main types of techniques: shikake-waza, which means to initiate a strike against your enemy and ōji-waza, which means to counter an attempted strike or just counterattack. There are six shikake-waza techniques and about four ōji-waza counters that I’ll show you. The targets are men, sayu-men or yoko-men (upper left or right side of the men), the right kote at any time, the left kote when it is in a raised position, and the left or right side of the dō. Thrusts (tsuki) are only allowed to the throat. "

"That's all I have for now, let's pack up and move out! Time to get you guys home, but on our way let begin with these introductions!"

The kids protest, they seemed to be too tired to even talk. Was Junko too tough on them or was he just taking care of business? "Would you guys prefer introducing yourselves or starting on some advance swordsmanship? Make this choice wisely!"

The kids seem to shake in fear at the statement of continuing training, after hours had passed as they worked on balance strikes and counter attacks. The group lined up in a horizontal line, reeking of sweat with a hint of dirt.

Letting out a brief sigh in unison, the boys told Junko their names and a little about themselves, beginning from the left.

Hi, my name is Ai and my favorite food is chicken thighs, but my legs are sore right now so I don't want to even hear the word thigh again.

Hi, my name is Azura and my favorite place to be is home in my bed so please take me there.

Hi, my name is Akira and I love training! Our dad taught us genjutsu!

Junko laughed as he finished gathering his things and signaled them to follow him. Junko could easily see through Akiras sarcasm, but decided to pay it no attention for the moment. "Well, I guess I'm the only one that didn't give a proper introduction. Well, I'll give it later since I've been talking all day. My mouth needs a rest."

"Thank goodness!"

Junko smiled "On second thought, it's better to get it out the way now. We aren't too far from Shinbatsu's path and the walk would take a while, so I guess I'll get it out the way! I know you guys are excited to hear about me anyways!" Junko laughed a little as the group sighed in unison once again. "My name is..." Junko suddenly stopped, quickly raising up a fist to signal the group to stop. Observing the terrain, Junko realized they haven't been moving as far as they thought. They were still located a few feet away from Shinbatsu's path, even though they had been walking for approximately fifteen minutes.

"It's a genjutsu!" Junko placed his hands together, forming a basic hand-seal. "Release!" The illusion began to vanish, revealing Junkos true location, as if he never took two steps away from the training area. "It was a trap!" Junko readied his Katana as he began to search the area. With a small wind blow, a small stench brushed pass Junkos nose. "Sweat and dirt! It's coming from my right! Good thing those kids were stank as hell because I would have needed a inuzuka to help me!"<i></i>

Using his agility, Junko quickly maneuvered throughout the small forest near Shinbatsu's path. Six small images ahead showed a struggle. "That's them!" The three brave young noble children were defending them selves, using simple wooden practice katanas. Their moves only effected the thugs for a brief moment.

Why must kids always act tough? They should have just pissed their pants and came along quietly. the three thugs grabbed each boy, making sure they were unarmed this time. "Alright let's deliver these kids before some shit goes wrong."

"If you guys just put them down and walk away quietly, I'll forget this ever happened."
Junko smiled as he could see that the thugs weren't the type to back down from no one.

"Hahaha! Who the hell you suppose to be? Messing with us will get you killed kid!"

Junko laughed historically "I was praying you'd say something like that." Junko lust for battle had begun to take over and now that he was pissed off made things worse. "Now, I'm behind schedule for my escort! So guess who will pay the price!" with those few words, Junko had quickly maneuvered behind them in a instant. "you three! Hahahahaha!" Due to some brief observation while learning astronomy, Junko was able to cut each person in a vital area, causing them to drop the kids. As each one fell wondering what just happened, Junko gathered the passed out kids. "I wonder when did they pass out?

....hours pass

The kids had arrived home only a little under schedule. Junko explained that they were sleep due to the exhaustion of training and it took  a lot to carry them home. Once the kids woke up, they would think the incident was was real. They would find a small note on a table in their room.
Good training! I'm proud of you all! First I would like to start by saying, nice genjutsu, but my genjutsu is better! I bet you thought that you was actually getting kidnapped! Anyways, this is a note on my introduction!

My name is Tsuyoshi Junko and I have fooled all you kids! I bet that was one heck of a dream! HAHA!

Even though they might have really gotten taken for a moment, Junko felt as if it was best not to ruin their fragile minds.
