Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

High up in the trees this male was resting his back towards one of the thicker branches left... Slowly he turned his head towards the east and saw that Dawn had broken through. The sky in the opposite direction was still dark and looming, but in the eat, a mixture of yellow and orange on the horizon beneath a dark neon blue ocean of night had begun to evaporate. Against the tri-colored rainbow sky, trees and rooftops of houses were looking like shadows. Roughly twenty minutes later, the sunrise had become even more astounding and beautiful as the sun peeked over the horizon. The sky was now painted with a pink like the sea of cotton candy, the light of the sun coloring the clouds above with a pinkish hue... As the sun slowly ascended, the sky in the west became a deep neon blue as the light reached further out. By the time Izumi was supposed to go down again the pink had become a pale yellow mixed with the color blue.
"This... was one of the most... beautiful one sunrises I have seen before.." And on that note, the canine beside himself started to yawn. "That surely was..." Inya spoke and he held a big grin on his face. "Alright... We have to tutor one person... Let me first check the surrounding... It is still quite early on this ground..." He said with a huge grin and started to make a hand seal. "Byakugan..." He muttered and his view had started from a colorful palette towards an icy one, only black and white view. "Alright... Nothing seems to be closed.." There were veins around his eyes as he looked around, moved a bit to make sure and Inya had started to use her scent to go around on who what and or where. "This should be enough..." and with that said the veins of the byakugan started to face again. A grin covered his face as he made his way towards the start of the forest. "Deathly forest once awoke... But I guess it is too early to hunt." were the words of Inya and Izumi couldn't help but snicker.
"Alright.. .let's wait for this student that got send my way.."

Tutor for : Kiramuru
 
As the dark embrace of the night had slightly slipped away as the gigantic ball of fire's rays have aimed at the darkness and pushed the darkness onto the other side of the world,thus starting yet another time in which the sun is up for a period of a long time called the morning,and as the sun slowly rose from the horizon,it then woke up a few day dwelling creatures early,as the temperatures have been extremly different to the time they slept,because of that,the sensitive of some as it has been hit by the sun's rays

Meanwhile,in some house inside the Fire Country of fire,in the Village Hidden in leaves,a boy would still be sound asleep,but because of it's persuading parents,it was then forced to wake up and head to the forest,while he did that,he also woke up his kin,a kin that is a species far from related to him,a species closely related to wolves,to wake up the dog,he starts placing his hand on the dog's body and shakes him around,and then telling the dog.

"Time to wake up,Katsu,it's the time we have to pay some of our sleep hours so we can prepare ourselves for the Student Tournament"

Becausr of the disturbances of done,his dog slowly woke up and stood up with its four feet,then barking at him,and for some unusual reason,the human understood the dog and replied.

"Good Morning to you too as well,Katsu"

After exchanging greetings as they woke up,they then perform the usual morning ritual,the first part being a dip on a tub of warm water,to relax their mind and body,it's warm and relaxing atmoshpere would be enough to aid themselves in clearing their minds,after that,he then pulls out a towel and wiped the excess water off,using a seperate one to wipe it off his dog,after doing that,he then hung them both and walked to his bedroom to put on his usual jacket of dark brown jacket with the sign of the Inuzuka Clan on the shoulders of the jacket and a fur collar that isn't actually fur but designed to look like it,alonh with that is darker brown pants,before he finally finishes putting on his outfit,he then pulls out his Kusarigama,a chained sickle,to then wrap the chain around his body that the sickle would be hanging low beside his waist,like a fruit on a tree,after doing so,before heading out,he ate his breakfast his mother prepared,after that,he walks off and bid them farewell.

"Mother,Father...I will go now".

After bidding them farewell,he finally heads off along with his dog on his chest,heading to a place where his tutor is,after a few minutes of travelling to the place,he finally reache sit and calls out for his tutor.

"Hello?....is my tutor here?......anyone?".

Izumi came down when he heard something, or rather Inya heard the boy. He looked a bit back to inya whose airs were perking up. Two heads were tilted where then saw the head... A soft chuckle left Izumi, guess they were so busy scattering the area that they didn't even notice him yet. Slowly he got back towards the place and saw now who it was... One of the looters!
Izumi started to sign towards the other and inya started to translate them as she started to hover over behind the smaller boy. 'Welcome, I will be your tutor today. My name is Izumi, nice to meet you. He especially kept the part he was an Anbu in training secret, you didn't want too many people wanting to know it. 'I have a lesson for you that not most will be given.' He took a small moment for inya to tell everything. As Inya did that, Izumi started to station himself on the ground, the ground behind his behind and legs stretched out. He sat here in his usual training clothing, nothing much it was.

The fluffy airy texture turned soon a tad serious. Inya started to yawn as she had already noticed it and a smile crept on top of Izumi's face. He had a different thing in his mind unlike what he had with youngsters. He didn't even bother to ask what his opinion would be on the subject he was going to teach the other.
The canine already knew the lesson and started to lay on her back in the air before talking.
"Have you ever heard about feet of the wall while surviving nerf guns?" She asked as Izumi started to sign... But eventually, talk, finally revealing his gender with that as most of the people got in the trap earlier by only the visuals.
"Let me explain a thing or two. I am Izumi and this is Inya, my canine contract. We are going to teach you how to maneuver and survive me... This is how we are going to do this... And we are going to do this by the following. I am going to hide myself in a tree up... Inya remains close to the ground as a judge..." He took a moment in his talking for the other to understand the words and going over the next ones.
"You will have 3 balloons strapped to your hips, side, side, and back... Depending on your own movements, on my shootings, I will pop the balloons or hit you... Using this method you will read eventually my movements, but don't get me wrong, it won't be easy as the wind is another factor. You need to reach up to me, once it starts, with at least a single balloon left. The trick with this... You may only use the trees, once you hit the ground... You have to start from scratch with the balloons you have remaining. The only thing you might catch from this is a bruising... as I am using small rubber darts... They don't hurt much. But yes, then you at least learn to move... Learn to look more at the surrounding and make a decent idea how to approach me. You may use everything you have in your jutsu arsenal... But not anything lethal against me. Example cuts that are lethal..." He sighed as he had experienced that earlier. "if you are ready... give me the signal I will get a position."

After examining every word his tutor said,he then unravels the chains wrapped on his body then pulling out his Kusarigama,a chained sickle with a mace-like weight on it's end after that,he then said do his tutor,confirming he was now ready.

"I am now ready miss...errrr mister,yes Mister".

While speaking,he had gotten his tounge loose and mistakenly assumed his gender but then corrected it,after doing that,he then threw that sickle at a thick truk of a tree that while it did so,it started to stab onto the tree,thus the sickle stayed punctured onto the surface of the trunk,after that,he then ran at the trunk,but his plan of running up did not succeed,as he thought the trunk he threw his Kusarigama at was not deep enough as it stabbed onto it,resulting in it slowly budging out,while falling,he then stabs onto the tree,then sighing in relief.

"That was a close one...".

After speaking,he then continues to climb up the tree,in search of his tutor that is hiding on it's branches,or atop the mess of leaves,to make the task easier,his dog uses it's ears to find his target while Kira uses his acute sense of smell,then as they did so,it showed a faint spot,probably a place where his target is,to know if the place was right,he then jump,threw his Kusarigama at each brancj and swung across as If the chained sickle with a weight on it's end was a vine,after reaching the probable spot of his target,he then stopped and sat on a branch,using him,and his dog's senses to either pinpoint,or at least know which exact area is target is.

Izumi had his time to get into place and was glad to see how this male was so eager to start up. He was glad to see also he used more than one thing. A grin got to his face as he started to warp the plans a little.
Izumi had thrown the first set of his small projectiles... But none of them seemed to be hitting. Yet sharp whistles started to sound from the male as he started to summon upwind gale forces. A grin got to him as he was busy trying to stir it all up for the other. "Hard time keeping up?!" Izumi asked the other as the further away he stayed the wind stayed away. Inya meanwhile was lurking on the grounds, trying to make a small tiny genjutsu on them both that the trees looked higher and the hat was it. Yet Izumi wasn't very pleased with this sudden trick of the contract and had to stop projectiles for a small moment to actually stop the contract summon and the trees gained their own height again. "Sorry about that, Inya likes to tease..." He shouted to the small male in front of him and started to pick up the training again. He was curious how quickly he was able to get or didn't get towards Izumi at this rate.

Then as his dog senses all the projectiles it then barked as the objects flinged onto him,as a reacton,he then pulled the sickle of his Kusarigama and stabbed it onto the thick branch he was on,after that,he then grins at he and jumped off,holding onto it's mace-like weight and started swing back and forth,after that,he then pulled out a few small,round-ish stones with his unoccupied hand,after that he then threw those near round stones at her,the throw wasn't powerful enough to necessarily hurt him,but pop the balloons,and it's sheer amount,would also have a high chance of hitting her,using a similar principle with a shotgun's pellets,the tiny projectiles spreading,giving a high chance of at least a single pellet hitting a target,the same would be happening to the small stones.

"Nice one,Mister....."

He then compelemented the man who shot the projectiles at him,whilst hanging onto a branch with a sickle stabbed onto it and him,holding on it's mace-like weight on the other end,after he finishes speaking,he forcefully pulled the weight,after that,his sickle fell over him,using his reflexes,he then catches the sickle and threw it into a mass lower branches,almost similar to dissapearing,but he would then stop as he looked down,hiding on a branch,taking deep breathes,suprised to how high the branches,so thats why he said his contract was "teasing" then,after theorizing this is just a genjutau casted,he then felt a bit more,relieved,then after realzing the things going on,he starts to watch his tutor from below,to see what he's up to,so that he can make a foolproof plan to sneak up to him and succeed on popping on all the balloons.

Since he cast away his canine... he knew he had to be a whole lot more defensive... if anything were to happen now... He shook his head to clear himself of that thought occurring to himself yet he seemed to be in a loss of thoughts. A trail to be exactly as he started to think why his canine had done such a thing. Some things didn't make that much sense but he went along and started to whistle.
The leaves started to move as the wind was settling up again, smaller branches would move along the current of the wind. It reminded him of how he was taught and was using that method to teach others balance, looking over an object, using them as your own...

Izumi started to look around, trying to find where the smaller boy could be.. and threw a new set of projectiles towards the small boy just to see his aim was still off. None of his balloons were hit and neither did he or was he going to move. He had said earlier that the small boy would need to reach him and Izumi was fair to not move away or anything... Yet he also knew that if he was reaching him right now...as he was through his projectiles... That he would come to terms with it and smile bright.

Then,as Kiramaru saw that the man was not going mobile,he realised that,it was a great opportunity,while doing that,he then pulled out a kunai in his pocket,with a few bite marks on it's handle,as his dog played with it,for a pretty long time,then applying for a seal on it's handle,a seal that is used for a certain jutsu,what it does,will be seen later,after he unfolds his plan,then after looking few moments,he then finds of a spot,a large branch that he can throw his kunaI at,after cherry picking any good branches,he finnaly finds one,after doing so,he then performs a decisive throw,after a loud thud,he then performs a certain jutsu,one called the Body Switch Jutsu.

After throwing the kunai,he then started charging onto his tutor,then after that,he stages a fall? yes,a fall,as he stepped onto a branch,nearing onto the man,he then applied more than enough pressure on it that it breaks,leading for him,and his dog,that's on his chest falling,to oblivion,screaming,then as that happened,he then performs the Body Switch Jutsu,as a cloud of white smoke appeared,on him,and the kunai that dug deep onto a branch,and as the name implies,him and the kunai switch places,the boy and the dog appearing behind the tutor,and the kunai,taking his place,falling,after that,he then grins behind him,and as quick as he could,then slashes through the balloons using his sharp keratin,armament,or simply,sharp nails,the move was so quick that even him,that who planned it,is not sure if he popped any balloons,after that,he then jumps off the branch and move a few branches farther away from him.

He started to move a little on the same branch... Had he honestly lost sight of him while he was dealing with his contract? A soft sigh left the males lips as it seemed to be the case of it this time... A slowly wave with his hand was made as he started to check a little around him, eventually saw him and knew the other would go past him to obtain what was his. The win.

A moment later he took a more relaxed stance as he just kept whistling. But as he just summoned a strong gust of wind he saw the young one fall down... Izumi wanted to react but noticed already a switch with a kunai and seconds later the popping of balloons behind him. "Hmm... seems like you have bested me... I let my guard low around you, that was nicely done..." He said and would then after admitting it jumping down to the ground, making the jutsu for byakugan and started to look around the area again to make sure they were saved. Once that was the case he mentioned the other to come down and walked to where he had hidden his backpack and started to grab a water bottle out, offering it to the young one. "So... I want to hear what you thought about this lesson, what you might have learned and what else you could be doing differently next time... How does that sound?" Izumi said with a soft smile and sat down himself, either with a different bottle of water or the rejected one.

Then after jumping off,he then smiled brightly,as he saw,that his plan had succeeded,but his happiness couldn't be contained by just an expression on his mouth,as he shouted in happiness.

"Yes!.....it worked!".

Then after seeing his tutor jumped down,he then does the same,but in a different way,by pulling out his sickle and dragging down as he stabbed it onto a trunk,safely landing,after doing so,he noticed the man offering a bottle of water,because of exhaustion and after opening it and taking a few sips,after that,he hears his tutor ask about his opinions on the lesson,after pausing and thinking,he then replied.

"Pretty educational,both physically and intellectually,due to the fact I have to make foolproof plans and perform it correctly for it to work,I can say,this is one great lesson".

He said to him,as not only he conditioned him physically,but as well,intellectualy,as planning for his moves,and doing it right,made it a great,all around lessons,as it sharpens not one,but a few more skills.

Izumi was glad about what he was hearing from the other, however, he didn't hear things exactly to what he had asked him to think about. He let a sigh on that part but let it wander over. "I am glad that you thought this lesson was important to increase skills... "Please make sure to always keep in mind slowly but steadily." He said with a soft nod after that and started to grab all his things and told the other that if he wanted to keep the bottle he was more then allowed to do so.

Slowly he started to stretch. "Alright... So that is that... I will be going now, if you have any questions just ask for me or come to the uchiha household, that is where I live currently. You will be fine like this right now... Just don't get in too much trouble... alright..?" He said with a slowly tilting head.
With that being said he started to place the bow around his shoulder again, the quiver back on his hip and moving towards the city again.
