There was a shift in his balance, his body hugging the wall tightly as his form rested beneath a rocky overhang, Pieces of loose rock broke from beneath his feet, rolling and bouncing off the sharp outcroppings below and over into the water. His chakra kneading was the sole thing keeping him latched to the edge of the rock and given time would eventually fail him if he didn't get a move on. Shifting his weight, Oyochi began to ascend once again, taking one hand over the other and pulling his weight so that his body filed on top of the large boulder sticking from the cliff wall. Glancing around he was already trying to find the next path of progress realizing that his goal was still a bit out of reach. Breathing heavily he would stand before lunging upwards, flipping so that the sole of his feet slammed into the wall's surface and connecting the chakra at the bottom of his feet through the rock which made him cling and defy gravity.
"Why does this flow decide to only grow up here. It makes no sense outside of biology and survival. Ehh..."<i></i>
The pupils of his eyes scanned the various vegetation that lived in various cracks and areas of the rock wall, searching for something in particular which was the whole purpose for him being up here. While a lot of the plants resembled what he was looking for little subtle differences would disqualify them from being harvested and allowing him to return home with a mission complete. His iris would dilate suddenly as he spotted was he was looking for a couple of feet up ahead, which was a strange green flower that had purplish specks outlining the flower petals. While it was true that a bunch of flowers resembled this one along the cliff, this one was different in that the hue of purple was extremely bright and not dark. He would make his way to this point after a series of mishaps and close calls before resting on the edge of the stone that jotted out like pride rock from a movie about animated lions. He would then begin to process of collecting the samples, making sure not to actually remove the plant as a whole in order to allow it to continue to thrive in the area but used a small tool to pluck the petals off gently without tearing them in any spot. Placing these within an airtight container he would seal it before placing it within his belt pouch.
As one could expect however the descent was far easier than the ascent, with his body literally lunging from rock to rock in a rapid descending process at a speed that normally would have scared any other individual. The difference being that he was trained in such an environment and felt it was literally like a second nature to him.
