Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Age: 17 Gender: Male Quick Character Description: He is the stray dog hunting for scraps from the high standing society he has not been accepted into. He is the hungry vulture gnawing on the bones for any nourishment that can be found. The mysterious and often inane blatherer of half-truths, Horigome Sukejuro, is a exceptionally tall and fair built young man. Toned, slender muscles are sealed with exceedingly pale albino skin, but the true source of his intrigue comes from his hard past, his unusually optimistic outlook on most, not all, subjects, and finally his irrational refusal to share his face with peers to the point of locking a very sturdy, solid, steel mask with not even his eyes visible to the world around him. He likens himself as the Sin Eater, humanity should embrace adversity, anguish, and suffering in order to make all the worldly pleasures most valuable. Death is not a release, it is a punishment he reserves for only the most deserving, opting to rather let opponents or victims live on suffering in a most cruel fashion. The mysterious devourer of heaven's dreaming pleasures, Horigome Sukejuro is often regarded as a lunatic, an intellectual, and a babbling idiot all in the same, and some might even suspect his cunning puts on acts of idiocy in order to leverage himself, for what is however another question entirely.
Character History: The worthless dog, son of a murderer and a wicked scheming woman turned assassin. The story of Sukejuro starts firstly middle child of Kurosawa Sessue, a prominent patriarchal nobleman of a large urban village near the northern borders of Lightning Country. Kurosawa Rumiko, the envious and cruel daughter of Sessue sought leadership over the noble house, over the family, however it was her older brother, Yoshikazu, whom Patriarch Sessue favored. Rumiko devised a plan, conspiring with a local renegade shinobi, Horigome Okitsugu. Their plan succeeded in framing Yoshikazu for murder and he was executed – however the next in line was her older sister, Kochiyo, who stood to gain control over House Kurosawa.
Suspicious, Sessue met in secret with his two brothers, who in turn appealed to Kumogakure no Sato for a team of Genin to investigate this. The team succeeded in exposing Kurosawa Rumiko and her conspirator, Horigome Okitsugu, but in doing so also revealed that Okitsugu was a notorious serial murderer and had many counts of violent crimes to both men and women alike. Exposed, but not defeated, Okitsugu murdered the young shinobi and proceeded to kill Kurosawa Sessue in mortal combat before abducting the exiled Kurosawa Rumiko.
Men were dispatched to find both Okitsugu and Rumiko to bring them to justice but were not found.
Rumiko, mired in misery and despair, sired the child of her secret lover Kurosawa Okitsugu whilst being chained and tortured daily. It was obvious he wanted revenge but his madness made it difficult to plan beyond raising his son to help him destroy Kumogakure. It was a fruitless endeavor but it did not matter, the mediocre ex-chuunin made a fatal mistake and the desperate Rumiko took advantage as she strangled Okitsugu in his sleep.
The bastard child was thusly raised alone by Rumiko, She dwelled outside a village within a forest as she raised her child in a hidden lair in a cave. Having snapped after escaping, Rumiko lashed out at Sukejuro, consigning him to wear a mask as she would constantly toy with his mind, often letting him establish relationships in the nearby village before she would abduct them and force the young boy watch what happened to those which crossed his path. It was always children as Sukejuro's mother was too ashamed to show her face to anyone there. Despite reservations, the young boy at the age of 5 made a friend with an aged, crippled, retired Shinobi within this village.
When Rumiko, his mother, finally abandoned him to his fate with a small handwritten letter, she revealed to him his final name and that was 'Horigome Sukejuro'. Despite technically belonging to the Kurosawa family tree, he was technically as dead to them as his mother was, and instead given the name of a wanted murderer from the hidden village some distance away. Saitoh Tsutomu, a gruff and aged man, took the boy under his wing deciding the best fate for a boy his age would be to get proper education and training.
Returning back to Kumogakure, at first he was met with suspicion and even mild hostility at bringing an outside child with such a strange and ominous appearance, however there was little they could do to dissuade the man. Teaching the boy how to fend for himself, various basic skills he had been deprived, and how to stoke the flame and bend steel. Sukejuro proved to be a quick learner, eventually surpassing his master and father at the shaping of steel. In combat he was wild with unexpected periods of slow and meticulous repositioning that almost defied logic but still he found himself defeated soundly every time.
By his 14th birthday, Tsutomu had fallen ill and Sukejuro with his own money, took it upon himself to act in kindness, something his mother had never shown him whilst raised by her. While out he encountered lowlives who sought the money for themselves however they were beaten and sent scurrying. Though his face had never been seen, the masked boys residence was not hard to find and vengeance was taken. Saitoh Tsutomu, sick, frail and old, was thusly beaten and strangled to death in his own home. Sukejuro returned home, devastated, and Sukejuro spared no time to hunt down those responsible and handily murdered them all and mindfully left no trace of himself at the scene. A day or so following this, at his Genin exam he passed with flying colors and was noted as being eerily quiet.
Something had awakened in the now alone Sukejuro, a drive to survive, and to survive meant he would have to succeed. He he unnerved peers and former class mates he had once gotten along with, he was often paired with other such individuals, those considered untrustworthy, unreliable, intimidating, engaging in odd tasks but when the chuunin exams rolled in, Sukejuro managed also to succeed in his first shot though he managed to do so in a way that kept him under notice, This was six months ago, and though a Chuunin now, Sukejuro is aimless, and the pain of loneliness moves up through the pit of his stomach, sinking it's teeth into his gut and letting the blood drip into his soul.
