Shino was finally back to work, she had that smile on her face and was always happy to be doing something. This time it was nothing more than a simple travelling mission and she could work with that, being sent out by the Hokage himself to deliver a message, in the time since she had once been the Sennin she had now moved up in the world and it was clear that this task was important, Takeshi had a message for the Raikage and it seemed that she would be the one to deliver the note in person.

Taking the note, she allowed it to be slid into her back pocket before skipping to the gates, smiling to herself in those few seconds as she hummed a delightful tune, it seemed that she would be the one that would deliver messages for Takeshi and he even allowed her to keep the rank of Sennin, though she had no power at all it was a nice gesture from the man that had her breathing down his neck for a while. She allowed herself to pull the lolly pop from her mouth as she skipped down the street before arriving at the gate.

“Anyone wanting to let me out, got something to do for the Hokage!”

She waited patiently for anyone to come and let her out, the one free hand coming and playing with one of her pigtails as time passed by.

Kenshin was patrolling the gates as was his new duty. He needed to train up some more main branch people if he wanted more people at the gates. For now, it was almost just himself and Shinzo watching them so they set up shifts. Kenshin took more shifts and let Shinzo work on some more paperwork. It was a perk of being a Sennin to delegate tasks he didn't feel like doing and paperwork was always a task he didn't want to do.

Wearing his military vest and black pants he would approach the one that was asking to be let out.

"Name Passport and reason for leaving?" Kenshin would ask as he approached his headband placed firmly on his head his Sennin cloak on. He was still getting used to the Sennin cloak and figured that he more people saw it the more people would recognize him in his new position.

 

[Uchiha Takeshi]

The girl looked at Kenshin and giggled slightly as she looked at the man approaching, it seem she would be making haste on leaving as he looked towards him for a few minutes, though it seems that he was still following protocal and there was nothing wrong with that one she allowed herself to glare at him though it seemed that her eyes betrayed a much darker side as she allowed the lolly pop to come out of her mouth in those few seconds and spoke, the worlds showed fun side of her but hid such a dark meaning.

“Such a big brute coming to question me, here are my papers, reason for leaving is to return Shinobi from Cloud back to Leaf under the orders of that weird Uchiha man. Name is Shino Hana, Sennin of Leaf.”

She drew the passport from her pocket and handed it towards Kenshin keeping the letter hidden as per her instructions though her eyes glanced, once she finished speaking she popped the sweet back in and allowed herself to wait for a reply it seemed it was business straight away but the girl had no qualms with holding her own against the Main Branch Sennin.

Kenshin looked at her, the passport, and the letter. It seemed straight forward enough. The woman was a Sennin and was definitely strong. If Takeshi trusted her with a letter to Cloud then it was a rather simple matter.

"Everything checks out Miss Hana. You are free to exit the village. Safe travels and safe return." Kenshin would say as he nodded his head towards her.

HE would watch her leave and then head towards his patrolling route. TO make up for lost time he would make a clone of himself and send it the opposite way just to make sure no one had snuck in while he had been distracted.

The changing of the guard was a perilous time for all.

The women seemed to be given leave quickly. It seemed that she was ready to go and, in that split, second, she headed straight out. Though it was clear that she had a mission she didn’t want to spend her whole time lingering around and right now the task of this was a simple one to deliver the note, Kenshin had finished his checks and she nodded towards him before allowing a small yawn to come from her lips, once more the lolly pop came out as she spoke.


“Have a nice day mr brute man”

With that she was already gone heading straight towards the direction of cloud, there was no point lingering around and it seemed that she would rather be home in time for supper though how much work there would be would be a completely different matter. With that she was gone in those few seconds not even looking back.
