Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Akkuma stumbled towards the Maw, he'd been lucky enough to find another traveller who had pointed him in this direction telling him to follow the stars. For hey would not lead him astray, so far the man had been right and he trudged towards what he hoped was the Maw. Closer and closer he got yet not a single shinobi had come to greet him. Reaching the Maws Gate he bashed on it hard once, with so much force that the massive structure shook and the loud bang reverberated in the air around him. Minutes passed and the demons patience began to wear thin, the heat from the desert doing little to keep his temper calm. 'So they think they can just ignore me...'[/b] he thought to himself feeling his muscles tighten as his rage built.

"Sunagkure...unlock your Gates. I Miroku Akkuma Dark Sage and one of the Seven High Lords demand entrance into this village immediately."
the words were thought but to ANYONE within the mile they would feel the demons will moving across the landscape and structure moving into every room as it roared the words into the mind of all those who would accept it. He'd wait just a few seconds before unleashing a demonic roar that echoed in the wind and shook he very sands with chakra. That aura full of malice and despair of his mixed with the message and the roar more then carried his message he thought. It was simple he just wanted entrance, well entrance and maybe to find out why yet another one of the great nations had it's doors locked. I mean he knew why Kumo had, due actions of his own those gates would remain closed for ages. Now he sought to find out why another village had grown stagnant and given into decay the shinobi who reigned over them clearly unable to keep the machine that was the shinobi life. Well looked after and oiled like a master craftsman these things had to be dealt with tact.

I mean all this talk of peace, bullcrap that's all it was after all. Who truly desired peace, no shinobi did for with shinobi in existence there would never be peace. By true definition their whole lives and careers depended on war and conflict. What good was a shinobi in peace all they would eventually bring about was war. No he wasn't so foolish as all those who wished for peace, he just wished to show the world a simple message. That everything burns and that shinobi need the chaos of war as much as they do this world. For without it they would grow unneeded and weak, that much had been shown by the inability of the Kage to even keep the Elements in check. It appeared that the strength of shinobi had dwindled much and he would not idly standby and watch humanity backtrack down the path of progression so obediently. No he would remind them why they fought tooth and nail for survival, love, greed and hate. Those four things kept the world spinning and anyone who thought otherwise was a fool beyond helping.

P.S woo I'm here Sand!

Demonic Challenge {Approved Here}
Requirement: DS/DA
Reason it cannot be used in battle: The preparation time alone to gather the senjutsu chakra would be suicidal to attempt within a battle. Not to mention the risk of losing control and suffering senjutsu damage.
Limitations/Restrictions: Used to challenge demons, can be heard only in roleplay player is in. [For my demon arc]

Demonic Mindlink {Approved in link provided above}
CRPJ's Effect: Allows Akkuma and up to X-amount of people to communicate via telepathy.
Example RP of how it will be used: Akkuma could feel the meeting heading down a bad road and decided to inform the others of their next actions "Alright be prepared watch the guards I'll get the old man." thought the demon he heard his teams acknowledgements and their usual rowdy thoughts of what they'd do should that happen. Chuckling he smiled a wide devilish grin as the first guard reached for his katana "Now!" thought the sage and his team disabled the two guards before they could even get a strike off. While Akkuma moved with blinding speed towards the old man coming to a stop in front of him. "Now that was silly wasn't it..." he said with a confident grin upon his face.
Reason why it cannot be used in battle: It would be impossible to maintain that kind of link in the heat of battle the chakra control required to accomplish such a feat is impossible to acquire.

Re: Come and Play in the Sand Today {Req Cabbal + Req Entran

[legend="[color=white].[/color]"]Yong followed him like a ghost, leaving no footprints in the sand. He moved to the gates and Yong simply watched, waited for a response... As the minutes passed he could feel the tension rising in his companion.

Suddenly Akumma's voice boomed through Yong's subconscious, the message not addressed to him, the Demon must have screamed to everyone in a large radius... How reckless, how blind to the danger that humans could still be towards even a Demon Lord... But it was his way and Yong had almost expected it.

Yong blurred into existence scant feet away from the Demon, from his friend. "Peace Akumma... They will come..."<i></i>

Yong moved to in front of the man... The demon... Placing himself between him and the gates baring their way so as to postpone any further broadcasting action. "...The Devil has come to them... Perhaps they are just reluctant to let him in... But they will come Akumma, have patience."<i></i>[/legend]

"Patience." Uziuke repeated after Yong as he trudged next to Akkuma. The white haired teen wore only a pair of red shorts at his waist. The chakra mark of a lone with in flames was clearly visible across his stomach. The dark markings on the boy's body began to retract until they completely dissapeared. The two curse seals on his chest were clearly visible. His eyes were bothering him a bit due to the sandstorm that he traversed through, but he could make out each of his companions' chakra aura.

The curse mark on his back was covered by a backpack that he wore full of who knows what. He would wait with the two at the gates, hoping they could get their business done. They weren't so lucky back in Iwa, maybe their luck would turn around here.

Re: Come and Play in the Sand Today {Req Cabbal + Req Entran

OOC: Sorry about the delay, and I hope you are prepared for a gate process that is slightly different in light of the events =]

As the three individuals approached the gates they would notice that not only were they locked, but heavily barricaded. The smell in the air, for those attuned with such primal instincts, could smell the mixture of blood and gun powder. The sounds of anguish inside may not be as noticeable but clearly something ominous was taking place inside these gates. If any of the three travelers were attuned with sensing chakra they would feel faint pulses of chakra. For those with some experience in the shinobi arts might realize that these pulses were the result of chakra sensing individuals set up around the area. Clearly someone was watching the gates and clearly they were not interested in answering the one who was knocking (Akkuma). So his knocks would go unnoticed. Upon backing up him, and his crew of fellow visitors will notice the message that was splashed across the gates;

The doors are locked, entrance is denied, if only you knew of the destruction inside. We are ever watching and we are ever aware, anyone who dares enter will be met with despair.
Death is the only thing past these gates. If you enter people will die and your life will be forfeited.

The three well trained shinobi could easily defer that while they have been greeted with silence, clearly someone was watching and even clearer was the fact that something was happening within the walls. Upon using his mental message, Akkuma may be able to sense that the eyes upon him seemed to intensify but there would be no sight of anyone around, so these eyes lay hidden or utilizing some other method to watch those at the gate. The primary entrance was no longer the way in, but did that mean that there wasn't a way into the village at this point? Well that would depend on the creativity, cunning and ability of the three that stood at the gates.

-------------------------------------------------------------------
OOC: This will be a moderated scenario that is to provide some challenge to get in our gates, so in essence if you wish to proceed you will be considered participants in our event (hooray!) and we will see how your choices affect you opportunity to enter. Just so you know, there are multiple ways this can go so don't fret or worry that this has been designed to make you fail, that is not the case. We hope you enjoy this unique twist and at any point, thanks to your mental communication, anyone else both inside or outside can join in and work collaboratively to either get in/out.

Hopefully this is fun for everyone involved. If you have any questions please message any member of Sand Council or this account. So make your choices and see where this adventure takes you!

Re: Come and Play in the Sand Today {Req Cabbal + Req Entran

Thank you so awesome!~~ Yes we are participants in the Event woohoo! Some new pieces on the chess board.
Akkuma's crimson eyes moved to his two brothers and that long demonic tail of his made articulated movements behind him as he thought. Blood was thick in the air and sand now he had taken the time to think. Someone was watching him, his two brothers yet they dared not show themselves. Although he did feel their focus on him increase after he'd made his mental broadcast, this was an unsatisfactory result for him. An omnious cloud of black and dark green chakra began to exude from the demon, a mixture of demonic chakra and necrotic chakra obvious now. "I'm sorry brothers but patience has never been one of my virtues and I believe this will require a mixture of my usual madness and your combined calm and yet cold killer instincts." he would say to them quietly, before sending his chakra out in bursts almost like a sonar. "Uziuke try to track their chakra or do your thing. And Yong...well Yong I'm sure you'll find a way to convince them to let us enter...but in the meantime." he said in a devilish tone before he would turn to face the maw once more.

"You have failed to comply with my directions...I would advise you change your current course of action. Accept us or become one of my undead tools..."
he sent the thought out like another mental ping as his hands flew into blinding handseals. Large voids opened up in the sky above him as he turned what was an already powerful jutsu, into a weapon of power only Akkuma could utilize. Multiple shots of dark demonic chakra launched themselves from the void into the Maw barraging it with a demonicly fueled Stardust Nova. Before the last of the blasts burst into the Gate he burst into another sequence of handseals this time the very air around the demon became tainted with demonic chakra once more.

"Now you have ten seconds to comply with my request for entrance with our group. Or I will slaughter every single person within these walls. Be they elderly, sick, children, babies or able bodies shinobi. Each one will die then finally I will track all of 'you' down." he placed emphasis on you which was obvious he meant those watching. "Once I track you all down...I will enlighten you on the subjects of pain, despair and fear. These things you think you know...but I will teach you. Once our lesson has ended...I'll make you mine forever."
those thoughts were projected to those that watched as his hands moved into another series of handseals as a black chakra void opened before him. A large wooden coffin slid out from it bursting open out stepped a lively yet demonically fueled Roku a Mednin of great reputation and skill. The reincarnated mednin looked with malice.

"Akkuma is not lying...I was one of his closest friends and look what he did to me."
Roku's words were called out before he was dispersed, he wondered how his brothers and those watching would react. But he wasn't done yet smiling he performed a quick few handseals and built up a large amount of chakra using it to summon Bikou. Massive in size this summon was a huge 40ft tall in height a behemoth of a beast. Akkuma stood atop the beast now towering over the Maw his demonic aura sweeping the dunes. He truly did look impressive on this monster of a creature he was a sage like no other. "YOU ARE RUNNING OUT OF TIME SUNA!" he would roar using his demonic chakra to fuel his voice so that it literally carried for miles on the air and shook through the sand in vibrations. Doing a demonic roar as he cried those words to the wind. 'I wonder how those brothers of mine are doing...' he thought to himself hoping they were taking advantage of the ample distraction he was making.

"I am Miroku Akkuma I will destroy the Kage and their regime. All those who oppose me shall fall, surrender now. Comply with my requests and I will show mercy. All I want are your government leaders, the Great Nations have failed to do their duty and as such they will be held accountable. Stand in my way and you will all die."
this was the last mental message he would send before things got serious.

Re: Come and Play in the Sand Today {Req Cabbal + Req Entran

After hearing Akkuma's words Uziuke knew that his brother was not at all pleased with Suna's gate hospitality. The boy's crimson eyes sat diligently on the obstacle before them; The "wall" that stopped them from entering the Village. If the smell in the air didn't turn civilians away from the gates, the message splattered across it sure did. "The message on the wall isn't too welcoming." The boy's tone was bland. He wasn't too happy with what lay before him. The fact that it said that they were being watched didn't make the boy feel any better. The black swirls that lay in the boy's eyes began to spin rapidly as the boy scanned the area for any shinobi that were hiding from the newcomers' presence. Surely the advanced form of the boy's sharingan could pick up on another shinobi's chakra aura. He could point out a couple of these hidden watchers with the aid of his eyes before a drastic situation arose. 'They're just sitting there.' Obviously the Suna guardians didn't want them to come in.

Akkuma's actions kept the boy on his toes. The boy watched the devastation from his brother's side. But it wasn't until Roku was summoned that the boy understood the severity of the situation. 'He means business.' The Uchiha thought to himself, watching as the medical ninja stepped out of the coffin. Roku's presence was more of a message than anything else, watching as the corpse was sent back to where it once rested.

Things continued to intensify as Akkuma called forth yet another summon. This one much more deadly than the last. The sands below the three's feet began to vibrate as the summon gained it's legs and feet. Uzi could feel Akkuma's rage as their plea continued to go unanswered. "AKKUMA!" The boy bellowed from below. "There are a good number of them scattered about watching us!" The three could defend themselves with no problem, but what exactly was there threat? Uzi kept his eyes peeled as he awaited an answer. If not, there would surely be consequences for Suna's "quiet nature".

Re: Come and Play in the Sand Today {Req Cabbal + Req Entran

[legend="[color=white].[/color]"]Yong shook his head, as usual his companion had flown off the handle, if they refused to allow them entry he was sure that Akumma would throw a tantrum that could bring down the gates. But he hoped cooler heads would prevail.

But then he sent out the call for the leaders of the village to show themselves, stating his intentions...

"Use discretion my friend... Don't get us killed before we have had time to get started..." <i></i>His words directed to Akumma, though he was sure that their hidden onlookers would have heard as well

Yong moved to the side of the group to allow Akumma space, his hands placed behind his back. He would calmly await what was to come next... He sincerely pitied any of the village leaders that were foolish enough to make an appearance here.[/legend]

Akkuma roared with rage and he felt the weariness of those who had left him unanswered. "When your children lay dead in the street, your soldiers screaming in agony and your lands stained with blood and death do not so you were not given a fair chance. When next we return no mercy will be shown...this disrespect will not go unpunished you cannot remain within your walls forever." with those words and a burst of tainted chakra in rage at the maw he began to leave. "Yong, Uziuke let's go to Iwa the sunans can hide all they like we'll slaughter them all once those Gates open." with those words Bikou thundered across the desert Akkuma and the fourth foot tall bear would inform the clan.

Uzi stayed behind a brief moment wondering what was behind Suna's gates. The Uchiha turned around, following after his older brother. The three were headed to Iwa. 'Something important must be going on in Suna. Either that or they are guarding something. As the boy trudged back in a damp mood, he opened his backpack and reached into it. He pulled out a rice ball. 'I wonder what it could be...'<i></i> The devoured the snack in no time.

Re: Come and Play in the Sand Today {Req Cabbal + Req Entran

A door to a shinobi village would not break just because it was hit... because a chakra-laden element made some sort of assault. OR WAS IT? From outside of the village all that could be felt was a rumble, like the kind one would experience after eating something less than satisfactory like 5,000 pounds of earth and stone. It would not be possible to know that there were others not far, just on the other-side of what was an impenetrable barrier at least to conventional methods of entry. The ground adjacent to the entrance started to give-way, not provide entrance but rather demonstrate that space that was once open was now occupied.

Something of interest has happened. Perhaps what should be more interesting is what has NOT happened. The door was not opening through the use of force externally OR internally. That door was not going to move.

*Sigh* It was an audible sound of displeasure.
M3pAsqt.jpg

Magnetica

It came from a woman, or at the very least a reasonable facsimile. A known fiend at least to the denizens of Sunagakure, she saw herself as more of an opportunist. "They are going to be dead soon, you made the trip for nothing I am afraid," she announced in a bothered voice. She was not bothered by the explosion. She was not bothered by the destruction. She was bothered by the fact that the plan was going to be put into over-drive, she had no time to deal with people who wanted inside.

"Your cocky friend left in a hurry over a door that refused to open," she remarked. His lack of dedication to his task was truly what stood out more than anything else. She could care less that he/they intended to destroy a village, she did not even care what their reason was if they had any but it seemed to be more a declaration of hubris than an actual cause. " Kaze no Kuni affairs are none of your business," she added. They had won, the village was struggling under their heel and had been for the last few days with minimal effort. "In the next few hours the entire village will be gone," she concluded. She had no time for impudent whelps making noise and declarations they had no understanding of. Wind Country was under the purview of the Daimyō not some sad sovereign state making camp in the nation for the past few centuries, if they were coming here for transgressions they had the right place but the wrong villain.

[legend="[color=white].[/color]"]Yong smiled at the newcomer, bowing slightly with his hands still behind his back. He began to walk at a slow pace towards the strangely adorned woman, he formed words to respond to her statements. "No trip is for nothing my dear..."<i></i>

He scanned through the walls of the sudo-fortress in front of him, his eyes focusing on the peepholes where he knew others still hid themselves.

"He is not use to doors remaining closed to him for very long. He is cocky, he is head strong and one day he will probably die for it..."<i></i> Yong's gaze moved to her eyes, trying to peer into her soul, to learn her secrets, "...But if your words are to be believed then he will live longer than the people these walls 'protect'..." <i></i>

He broke his eye contact with her, moving his arms into an outstretched position, a universal sign to indicate one was unarmed "As for my business here..."<i></i> He began to spin slowly, his voice raising to an audibility so that all present could hear clearly the words he now spoke, "I am the eleventh hour... I walked the halls of Konohagakure no Sato as its blood rained from the sky... I walked the tundras of Kirigakure no Sato as its souls made homes of icy graves..."<i></i>

He lowered his arms again, closing his eyes and turned his back to the great gates, "...and now I walk here, at Sunagakure no Sato's eleventh hour."<i></i>[/legend]

Magentica

Gates were intended to keep unwanted intruders out, just in this case the gate was to keep the Sunans out of the rest of Wind Country. Nobody wanted them there, they were a blight and soon to be a blip in the annals of history. "You can sit and watch the end, but I warn you it will be a dull show," Magnetica warned. She was not a guardian of the gates, rather she was quite the opposite. She hoped someone worth killing would show up, like the Shitkage and his friends. She would not even try to take the group head-on, but she did not have to: all she had to do was open the door. She could not believe that Shouki let them get away, she knew he was all brawn and no brain. She once had plans for that little village, a part of her was glad that she was defeated all those months ago - a few months in the Obsidian was a pittance in comparison to the price they were to pay, but they had to go like all of the other vermin. "All you will see is a few dozen craters form in the next few hours," she explained as she gestured to the west where she assumed the largest of the craters would soon form.

"You can't save them, not that you seem like the kind to try," she observed. Considering his choice in friends they seemed more like Aiko's punks, scary man with predictable subordinates. She was not criticizing, she truly did not care if he was a hero in disguise or a monster wearing the mask of a wanderer. "Some nincompoop already broke this path," she shrugged, "so the rats are going to have to abandon ship." She was actually referencing her comrades, not the actual villagers or shinobi of the defeated state. There were few among the Cabal members even worth mentioning: Akio, the leader was a mysterious figure she wanted to learn more about and Fuu seemed rather out of place considering the company kept. The rest of them seemed more like mindless heathens sent out to play, it almost seemed disappointing that Aiko's end game was nothing more than the destruction of a village.

"This place stinks..." she complained. The dead were buried, unlike Shouki, she had a sense of smell apparently but even with several inches of earth to serve as shallow graves for the dozens of Chuunins and a smattering of Jounins slain she could still smell their rot in the hot desert sun. [Reference Thread]. Her hands snapped through a series of handseals, the series did not seem offensive strangely enough. Parts of the door ripped away, not enough to form a passage but enough to reveal the wall of broken earth behind it that went on for more than several feet, it was probably a kilometer to the floor of the lift that was now entirely back-filled. The coil of metal liberated from the ancient door made a platform beneath her feet that she stepped on, it hovered several inches above the ground. "On second thought... no show is worth this stench, especially one so dull," she announced. "Feel free to stay, I am going to see what comes out the other side of the dune-hare burrow." Yes, it was an invitation, but it was not directly stated, like any woman or what is left of one she rarely revealed what she actually wanted.

The phase of the Cabals secret agenda was about to come to a close and she had no idea what it would mean for her, they pulled her from the Obsidian and for that she was grateful but her orders made no sense. They would find her if she did not find them first, the nearest village was Soons and staying here would not be an option for long once those bombs went off. The safest place for her was with the Cabal and with an escape plan in case she became unnecessary. There was a simple rule learned in the wilds, she took it from a a dying man -- partner with someone slower than you, he should have allied himself with an Akamichi. It was a shame the loud one had left, if things went wrong he would have been fine bait. This one seems too confident to run, a good second choice if one had to be made. If nothing went wrong, no harm no foul. If they attacked regardless of his skill-set (being a superior or an inferior warrior), she would lose nothing either way. "The Toraono Dojo is this way I think."
