This Indenture, Made the Nineteenth Day of February in the Two-Hundred and Twenty Seventh Year following the death of Primus, the One King of Sunagakure between Chikara Homura of Sunagakure & Joiner of the one Part, and Mister Aburabuta Hirotomi of the other Part, as witnessed by Nakamura Kazuhiro without prejudice that the said Chikara Homura for the Consideration herein after-mentioned, hath, and by these Presents doth Covenant, Grant, and Agree to, and with the said Aburabuta Hirotomi Executors and assigns, That He the said Chikara Homura shall and will, as a faithful Covenant Servant, well and truly serve the said Aburabuta Hirotomi his Executors and assigns in his
estate in the Diamond District of Sunagakure, for the Space of Two Years, next ensuing his Arrival in the said estate as the personal bodyguard of Mister Aburabuta Hirotomi in addition to duties as assigned including and not limited to travel within Wind Country. And the said Chikara Homura doth hereby Covenant and Declare him self, now to be the Age of Legal Consent, Single but under the contract of Sunagakure still. While this has some to the attention of the Mister Aburabuta Hirotomi, the said Mister Aburabuta Hirotomi is to compensate Sunagakure for the duties rendered by Chikara Homura. Aburabuta Hirotomi is aware of Chikara Homura's untried and alleged 'crimes' as defined as infractions against the laws set forth in Sunagakure but due to the large amount of funds garnered by this deal, $1,000,000 yen payable to Sunagakure we request that any trial against Chikara Homura be deferred and that his actions under Mister Aburabuta's employment be considered potential remediation for his previous transgressions.
During the said term Mister Aburabuta Hirotomi shall and will at the like the Costs and Charges, provide for and allow the said Chikara Homura all necessary Meat, Drink, Washing, Lodging, fit and convenient or Aburabuta
Hirotomi as his body guard in such Cases are usually provided for and allowed and pay and allow Chikara Homura Wages and Salary at a weekly Rate of 20,000 yen, payable bi-weekly. And for the
true Performance of the Premisses, the said Parties, the these Presents bind themselves, their Executors and Administrators, the either to the other, in the Penal Sum of the aforementioned 1,000,000 yen, firmly to the Sunagakure government payable in evenly divided sums payable quarterly for the duration of Chikara Homura's service. In witness whereof, they have hereunto interchanged by set their Hands and Seals, the Day and Year
above-written.
