Ever since his induction into the ranks of the Journeymen, Roku had been bothered by something. The initial test he had to undertake, that seemed to place him in some sort of genjutsu that gave him the impression he was living out an ancestors past experience. That test, the feelings he felt and the knowledge he gained, had to be something more than just an ordinary genjutsu. Since then, he has seen others go through similar experiences while within certain chambers in the hall, chambers that emitted a strange chakra and were covered in hand crafted runes. There was a trick to this that laid within the Hall that he wanted to tap into, even if it could potentially backfire or prove dangerous. He had questions, however, and the best way to ask them would be to talk to someone from within his lineage. Since he wasn't even sure of his real name, the only true chance he had of that was his initiation. There was the strong possibility that it was some crafted scene meant to give the impression he was acting through an ancestor, and while the cynic in him would not dismiss that feeling, he still couldn't help but feel like the moment was more than just a complete illusion.
So with these questions and emotions running through him he started work on his own pet project. While Raijuta and his team were off in a hangar doing their own thing, Roku found himself in the middle of construction just outside of the Hall. After spending days tracing and copying each of the runic designs in the room that tested new members, after spending countless hours studying the hammer that he had held, he had begun to mock up his own designs for the room. The materials used for the building were the finest that could be found in all of Wind Country. Not just settling with one time of material for his building, he would mix and weave together metals, woods and crystals into his structure. The foundations and bones of the building would be able to withstand the most dastardly of Sovereign or Cabal based explosions. The interior was pristine, almost a blinding brilliant shine to it. There was no furniture or fixtures adorning the walls, instead the large room was empty and gave the impression of being completely sterile, as if constructed wholly from stainless steel, but it would not have been that simple.
His project was far from over, but for now his own commitment towards the project would end. That did not mean the construction would halt, however, as apprentices and new members of the Journeymen would continue working. Once they had completely the basis for the building, the finished structure, he would return to begin phase 2 of what he believed was needed.
