Had he done it? Had he really done it? Standing back and marveling at the perfectly baked concoction, Jinzo smiled to himself as he wiped his brow with the back of his hand. Thankful that the dish had come out at least looking perfect, he began to methodically inspect it for signs of imperfection. Crouching down and slowly walking around the kitchen island that it had been placed on, he was able to take his time to make sure that he wasn't overlooking anything. Perhaps it was the way that the light hit it or maybe it was his mind playing tricks on him via wishful thinking, but by the time that Jinzo had completed his tour around the dish, he knew that his thoughts were true. He had indeed managed to master...somewhat, the art of making a soufflé. With nobody to celebrate his victory, he instead danced around a bit in the quiet testing kitchen that he had managed to reserve. Even if nobody else would know of his victories, he would make sure to celebrate them none the less. A delight to behold, the final test that was worth mentioning was just as important as the first. Taking the best fork that he could find, he slowly but surely poked through treat in order to take a small, but well intentioned bite. With the aroma dancing around his nostrils and making his mouth water, by the time he finally had taken a bite, he knew that he had truly found a winning recipe.
