The Sunan Hacker, aka Hax. He wasn’t a shinobi, just a civilian. He did some very slight training in the form of taijutsu but there was no way he could be able to stand up against even the weakest of the Genin in Suna. Therefore, he used what he always used best, his mind. Just as easily as he had dug deep into the computer systems and broken all the security codes of the Sunan banks to pay his employers and himself, had he arranged things to make life carefree for him. Although for whatever reason he could never get that itch off the back of his mind that his name still resided in the Suna Bingo Book. He could never quite feel one hundred percent comfortable where he was because he knew that eventually all criminal empires had to fall. In the grand scheme of it all he was just another piece on the chessboard. The only reason why he was being guarded so heavily was because he was a key piece that held some of the empires financial secrets and access….

“How else can we afford to keep staying in the Diamond District if it wasn’t for that damn Kyohi!? We need to find a suitable replacement for him, one who can take care of themselves in a fight against any ANBU or shinobi that comes after him. He is sucking us bone dry as it stands with our business model and isn’t performing enough hits to keep up with the expenses.” The short man walked back and forth, brooding over this issue that had come up. Of course, just as Kyohi had expected, a criminal empire was bound to fall, especially if each piece wasn’t completing it’s assigned task seamlessly. That was most difficult to do when rumor began to spread that authorities were catching wind of your activities, and furthermore catching scent of your whereabouts.
Fear was a hell in itself.
“Calm down boss man, I’m sure you will figure out something soon enough. There are other avenues of our business that we can focus on rather than targeting the banks through Kyohi.” A much taller, stronger, broad shouldered man tried to ease and soothsay the smaller one. Thus was life in the world of the criminals, the stronger guys looking out for the weaker masterminds.
“That’s true but we make the most money with that damn Kyohi. It’s just that the guards we pay for him are expensive and he lives too lavishly with the rest of us, rather than in a modest apartment, just getting by. He’s become too high profile and we have to take care of him one way or another, or it will be his doing that puts us all to an end.”
Everything carried on just like business as usual. There weren’t any signs of distress or care in this part of Sunagakure. Oh, the relief of what money could do for most people. The private police force was always on guard appearing to maintain this serenity, or at least take part in upholding it. Although it wasn’t really them. It was always the money in the background, which did so. If there was ever a threat to the wealth of one of the patrons, then the streets of Diamond District would begin to hear and feel commotion. For now though, the courtyard that led into the residences were still well guarded and maintained by the private…rather…the paid for, police force. And so it would remain until something else had changed.
