For the most part, I've enjoyed myself on NC. But that was because I was an optimist and gave the benefit of the doubt to those who I shouldn't have and continued to believe in the goodness of people.
The reason I am leaving is because I am tired of being proven right. Everytime I tried something, there was hope that it wouldn't turn out the way I thought it might. And every single time, that hope was wrongly placed.
In conclusion, my advice would be... just conform and follow. Don't try to do anything cool with your character cause no one really cares. People only care for themselves and they may seem jovial and smile and play happy, but those same people turn into jackals if you disrupt their perfect utopia.
