The receptionist looked up to see three women, though two of them went to be seated while one remained to address her. "Very well, I'll inform the... oh," the receptionist responded before realizing that the Sennin was absent. He did, however leave a representative. "Just a moment, please," the receptionist said, moving her hand to press the intercom button on her desk. "A woman has come to speak to you about the ANBU branch," the receptionist said. "Send her up," was the simple command that came through from above.
"The Sennin is not here, but he left a representative to deal with matters while he was gone. He'll see you in the ANBU Sennin's office... here," the receptionist said, pointing to a box representing the Sennin's office on a floor map on the counter. The map gave the floor and location of the office which could be reached using the elevator or stairs if one was feeling the need for exercise. Above the receptionist desk, a camera focused upon Ayumi's face. Administrative records concerning her were quickly brought to the Sennin's representative for study during the time it would take her to reach his office.
---The Sennin's Office---
As Ayumi entered, she would find a masked ANBU sitting at the desk of the Sennin. Normally, the ANBU Sennin himself would be sitting there without a mask, but all ANBU aside from him kept their identities separate. He was looking down at Ayumi's file as she entered, but looked up as she passed through the doors. He beckoned for her to have a seat at the chair across the desk from himself, a comfortable looking chair that looked markedly like the one the Sennin's representative was sitting in himself. The doors would be closed by two ANBU guards once Ayumi had come further into the office.
Shuusei Touma - ANBU Captain
ANBU Sennin Kogami's Representative
"Welcome. What can I do for you today?"<i></i> Touma asked, his voice surprisingly clear despite the fact that he was wearing a mask. His posture was very straight, and the desk before him impeccably organized, a drastic change from when the Sennin himself sat at that desk. It was fairly clear that the representative was no-nonsense and perhaps humorless. He certainly took his time as representative very seriously. To be fair, he did a lot of the Sennin's work even when Ayumu was present, so it wasn't as though he wasn't used to this. Those who commonly came to the Sennin's office would often see the same mask here on a daily basis, if he wasn't in the Sileo, but Ayumi wasn't here often. Hopefully she wouldn't mind speaking to a representative rather than the Sennin himself. Unfortunately, he was out of the village on business.
